The Sanctuary is a major faction in Valoria Veridia, with branches in every main city.
The two of them headed toward a round, white building in Cryostad, navigating the path with ease.
The Sanctuary’s design was created by the ga company from the Western Continent. The architectural style had a strong religious feel, featuring pointed spires, square steles, and perfect geotric symtry.
Many Holy Temple Knights stood guard at the entrance to the Sanctuary, clad in silver armor and looking majestic.
This was also the birthplace of the Knight class.
The pair walked into the Sanctuary and found many stone carvings and murals.
The murals depicted nurous scenes. While they seed to tell the history of the Sanctuary, they were actually subtly revealing the history of the Holy Mountain.
The Holy Mountain was located at Frostcrown Peak. Originally, there was no life there, but after tens of thousands of years of nourishnt, life began to erge.
These life forms deeply revered the Holy Mountain. They called themselves the children of the Holy Mountain, and their mission was to protect it.
After an unknown amount of ti, a troop of outsiders clad in armor discovered this place.
Like savage invaders, they brought advanced weapons and plundered everything on the Holy Mountain.
The clan protecting the Holy Mountain was slaughtered, causing them to doubt whether the Holy Mountain they believed in was truly protecting them.
It wasn’t until the invaders broke into the Holy Land that the Holy Mountain’s fury was roused. Gigantic bolts of lightning rained down from the sky—a full thirty-six of them—forcing the invaders to retreat from the Holy Land.
Later, the invaders and the clan protecting the Holy Mountain reached an agreent to guard the Holy Mountain together.
Afterward, outsiders would intrude every few decades, but they would all eventually beco its protectors.
’Based on this story, the Holy Mountain has existed for tens of thousands of years...’
The two of them explored the entire Sanctuary, examining all the content on the reliefs and murals.
"There’s a library here. Let’s go check it out."
They walked over. Most of the books here were about the history of the world of Valoria Veridia, and the majority were fictionalized accounts. However, a small portion still subtly ntioned the Power of Heaven and Earth.
"Morgan, look at this book."
Aurora Sinclair was holding a very ancient-looking book.
It recorded the Strength elents within the world of Valoria Veridia.
It stated that the World Power was composed of the following elents:
Common Elents: Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth
Rare Elents: Wind, Thunder, Light, Dark
Exceedingly Rare Elent: Vitality
"This Vitality might be the Power." Alvin Morgan boldly speculated, rembering what Alaric Winslow had said. "Aurora, let’s go to the entrance of the Alternate Dinsion..."
The two of them imdiately flew to the entrance of the Alternate Dinsion.
The design here resembled an oval mirror, its interior looking like a deep abyss.
The entrance to the Alternate Dinsion was guarded. If they wanted to enter, they had to be wearing a Space Ring.
That Space Ring was identical to the one Ancestor Winslow had given Aurora Sinclair.
After accepting the Alternate Dinsion quest from the guards, the pair went directly to a nearby deep forest to capture Rift Stalkers and craft the ring.
The quest was simple, and the two of them quickly crafted the Space Ring.
Aurora Sinclair looked at the Space Ring that had appeared on her hand, her feelings complicated.
The pattern on it was identical to her ring in the real world; only the texture felt different.
When the ring was crafted, a floating text box appeared before them, introducing the ring.
[Alternate Dinsion Quest Ring. Can be used to start the quest.]
"Morgan, don’t you think this ring is a bit redundant?" Aurora Sinclair asked quizzically, holding her finger up to the sunlight to examine it closely.
Alvin Morgan understood what she ant. In Valoria Veridia, every quest item had a specific role in the quest’s story, but this ring seed to have no function other than opening the dinsion.
He particularly recalled their previous runs through the Alternate Dinsion. He had specifically checked the ring then; it remained on his hand the entire ti they were inside. It would only inexplicably disappear after they completed the quest and returned to the guards to turn it in.
Furthermore, the disappearance animation was a bit over the top. The entire ring would dissipate into the air, as if so kind of energy was breaking apart.
Then, a line of text would appear: Congratulations, hero, on completing the quest. The World Power has been restored.
"Aurora, let’s get this ring appraised." It suddenly occurred to Alvin Morgan that there was a mysterious appraiser NPC in the ga.
This NPC only appraised strange and rare treasures from the world of Valoria Veridia.
A Space Ring was so unusual that it should be appraisable as well.
However, because players saw it as a quest ring, they would rush to do the quest, and no one ever thought of getting it appraised.
The pair imdiately headed to a map called Floria Valley, which was a level 60 zone.
The mysterious appraiser was located in a mountain stream in Floria Valley. According to the lore, the appraiser was there to examine a mysterious stone stele within the stream.
Unexpectedly, when the two of them arrived, a question mark suddenly appeared above his head.
They had actually triggered a hidden quest.
A wizened voice suddenly asked, "You two heroes, are you here to have appraise a rare treasure?"
Aurora Sinclair and Alvin Morgan exchanged a glance, and she imdiately stepped forward to reply, "We’ve crafted a Space Ring and would like you to appraise it, Master."
With that, they presented a ring for him to inspect.
"Heavens! Is this not a Secret Realm Ring from the Ancient Tis?"
Startled, they imdiately asked, "You know of this ring?"
"Follow ."
They imdiately heard the ga’s system voice: "Accept Vick’s exploration quest?"
"Accept!"
Delight appeared in both Aurora Sinclair’s and Alvin Morgan’s eyes.
They imdiately followed Vick into the mountain stream.
This was a narrow cave, damp inside, with a pitted and uneven path.
Vick held a small kerosene lamp, walking unsteadily ahead of them.
After walking for a few minutes, a light appeared a short distance ahead.
Ahead was a round, altar-like area.
Stone walls flanked both sides, but the ceiling was open to the air, offering a clear view of the azure sky.
In the center of the altar was a round stone platform, upon which stood a blank stone stele.
Aurora Sinclair was stunned; this stele looked very similar to the one on the summit of the Holy Mountain.
Vick stood before the stele, then suddenly turned back and said to them with a smile, "Heroes, you are the first to help find the Secret Realm Ring. I can offer you a gift."
Two choice boxes imdiately appeared before them.
[Option 1: Refuse the gift and continue inquiring about the origin of the Secret Realm Ring.]
[Option 2: Accept the gift and leave.]
"That’s not necessary. We just want to know the origin of the Secret Realm Ring."
Vick seed to sigh, then walked to the stele and placed the ring into a small, ring-sized indentation in front of it.
A loud RUMBLE echoed as the entire cave began to shake violently, as if in an earthquake. Cracks started to form on the blank stone stele, revealing two lines of ancient script from the Ancient Tis.

Aurora Sinclair and Alvin Morgan were dumbfounded.
Vick said, "This is a ruin left behind by a God from the Ancient Tis. This ring is also a divine object. Only a Son of God can activate the ring and begin their cosmic exploration."
After he finished speaking, the ga’s system voice suddenly sounded before them: "Congratulations to players Master Rory and Madam Whitlock for completing Vick’s exploration quest. Reward: two Secret Realm Keys."
Then, a text box suddenly appeared before them:
[Attention all players! Due to a hidden quest being triggered, the Valoria Veridia - Veridia server will be entering a 3-day maintenance period. The server will automatically shut down in 10 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! —The Valoria Veridia Team]
