Obliterated
The golden faced man looked down at his fingers, “Are you sure you wanna hold on to it? You should be able to tell that even though your physical strength is superior to humans, it’s nothing compared to us.”
“You don’t know that for sure.”
Yang Chen landed his left fist on the golden faced man’s stomach while finishing his sentence!
The deep booming sound showed everyone how terrifying his powers were but everyone was shocked to see the golden faced man unstaggered. Only his cape moved from the breeze brought up by Yang Chen’s punch!
Yang Chen’s eyes widened in disbelief. He had used all his power in this punch, so theoretically even a ten layered tank would shatter under this force! Not to ntion that his body was refined and strengthened by the Endless Resolve Restoration Scripture and Shang Qing Heavenly Lightning!
Cai Ning and Rose were dumbfounded at the change of events. They never could have imagined that this man could remain fearless against Yang Chen’s punch.
Before Yang Chen could react, the golden faced man looked at him mockingly before throwing his right fist at Yang Chen’s stomach!
Yang Chen flew backwards like a missle. He couldn’t even groan before crashing onto the walls of the colosseum!
Stones were sent flying and a large hole made through his crash, Yang Chen braced himself in ti with the Heaven and Earth Restoration Energy.
Even so, heavy pants escaped his mouth and he subconsciously touched his stomach. His white shirt was completely destroyed.
It felt as if his intestine were tied into a knot and if it wasn’t for the Heaven and Earth Restoration Energy healing his wounds, he would have coughed up blood from internally bleeding.
“Hubby!”
Cai Ning and Rose jumped down from above. They landed in front of Yang Chen, trying to pull him out of the hole.
“How are you doing? Are you injured?” Cai Ning was worried.
Yang Chen shook his hands, “I’m fine, I just wanted to test out my physical strength but I guess I’m not a match for him...”
“Why didn’t you protect your body with True Yuan? They have the Titan’s Blood, their bodies are stronger than the Gods.” Rose grumbled.
Yang Chen grinned, “It’s really wicked. With their physique, it’s no surprise that their descendants who are mixed blood completely outcompete the rcenaries.”
The crowd turned restless at Yang Chen’s participation. It all happened so suddenly that it confused them.
The rest of the Gods nodded at each other before getting down to the stage.
The five golden faced n didn’t take the opportunity to attack Yang Chen. Instead, they stood together nonchalantly as if they were waiting for sothing.
“We haven’t t in 20,000 years and you guys have changed beyond recognition.” Their leader said.
“Stop hiding, Arius, your voice never changed.” Poseidon said with a solemn face.
Arius chuckled and he motioned his comrades to take off their masks.
Once the masks and capes were off, their faces were finally revealed to the audience.
Unexpectedly, they looked rather bleak. Other than the sharp features, they looked rough and ugly to so extent.
They had tan skin and were semi-bald. Their hair was so patchy that it made them look like middle-aged n.
Even so, no one dared to look down on them because of their abilities!
Yang Chen rubbed his stomach and walked to the Gods. He motioned Nasri and Mira to bring the casualties out of the stage.
Christine introduced the God Slayers to Yang Chen, “Look, the three n standing in the middle are Briareus, Cottus and Gyges. The rest are Cyclops, Steropes and Arges.”
“Hecatoncheires and Cyclops?” Yang Chen raised one of his brows, “I don’t see a hundred arms and don’t they have two eyes?”
Briareus snickered, “Ignorant Hades, you’re so ignorant that it’s pitiful. It’s unfortunate that you have to die so quickly after inheriting Pluto’s divinity.”
“Heh, Briareus, you’re arrogant. Do you think returning from the other dinsion will change the rotten root of yours?”
The Giants glowered at his words, anger creeping up their mind quickly.
“Rotten roots...” Briareus smiled from the anger, “You don’t have the rights to call us rotten when you’re all a bunch of cowards and hypocrites who had given up on the Titan’s Blood. Titan’s Blood still flows within us and we’re the true Gods!”
“Cut the crap. Even if we have sealed our Titan’s Blood, you guys can’t do anything to us. Co at and let see if you guys have gotten better!”
Ares was pulsing with adrenaline and he bent his finger at them. He had unleashed his spiritual energy, preparing to break the seal!
“Ares, have you lost your mind?! There are thousands of humans here!!” Christine tried to stop him.
“Aphrodite, from 20,000 years ago we had nothing to talk about, do you think it’s possible for us to settle things peacefully now? They’re the one who approached us, we have no other choice but to fight!”
Ares’ eyes glead as he growled. The colosseum was trembling from his aura!
However, just when Ares was close to breaking the seal, the energy in him depleted abruptly!
“What?!”
Ares widened his eyes, staying still at the sa spot in disbelief.
The Giants smirked.
“Psycho, why did you stop?” Hers asked.
Ares looked at his hands and balled them into fists. He forced the words out of his throat, “I...I can’t...I can’t break the seal.”
“What?!”
The rest of the Gods were astonished.
“It’s true, the space laws...it isn’t working. I don’t know why but it won’t link to my divinity. I can’t summon the laws with my spiritual power either.” Ares’ knitted his brows together.
“How is this possible?!”
Hers didn’t believe him and he tried to summon his divinity too. His spiritual power surged at a greater extent than Ares!
However, no matter how hard he tried, the seal could not be broken!
Poseidon, Apollo and Artemis tried it too but to no avail. The shock on their faces was evident and they froze in place.
Yang Chen tried to break the seal too but just like the other Gods, the space was locked. Nothing could be done!
The space laws aren’t working?!
The Gods were well aware of the consequences!
Gods were superior and invincible with the space laws and without it, they were just humans with powerful artifacts!
