Wu Jie handed her the porridge, explaining:
“Your gluttony and sleepiness are due to your body undergoing a second developnt, just like a newborn baby, who goes through a phase of eating until full and then sleeping, and vice versa!”
“Unlike a baby though, the nutrients you take in are not for growing taller, but for tabolism, replacing old bones, muscles, nerves, etc., making your entire body seem like it’s brand new!”
“As for the dreaming, that might be because your brain, which is also in its second developnt, has beco more sensitive and has a stronger mory than before, imprinting the sensations of the surrounding world more deeply.
But when sleeping, your brain doesn’t shut down completely and is still excited; that’s why you dream!”
