ng Jinyang was taken aback and looked. The last two Mathematics questions had two solutions. The handwriting was exactly the sa. When she received the lollipops, she removed the wrapper and put one in her mouth.
Lu Yang’s eyes could not shift away from Gu Mang’s face. Unable to hold it in, he asked, “Sister Mang, what happened to you last night?”
Gu Mang turned to look at him slowly and shot him an indifferent glance.
Lu Yang was petrified instantly. He picked up a book randomly and began flipping through it as he covered his face. “I shan’t ask, I shan’t ask.”
Xi Yan was absent during morning reading. Everyone in the classroom read lethargically.
Before morning reading ended, Xi Yan suddenly appeared at the back door and tapped Gu Mang’s shoulder.
She turned around.
Xi Yan inched closer to her. “Yi Chen and the boys’ parents are all here. They wish to speak to you.”
Gu Mang said nothing.
Xi Yan gave it a thought. “If you don’t wish to, it’s alright.”
Gu Mang raised her eyebrows and smiled wickedly. “Why wouldn’t I go since they brought themselves here.”
Lu Yang saw Gu Mang stand up with her hands in her pockets and leave with Xi Yan.
His curiosity was piqued instantly. Poking Fatty who sat in front of him, he asked, “Fatty, go find out if anything significant happened at Experintal High School last night.”

The science staff room was on the sa floor as Class Twenty. When Gu Yin left the staffroom, she saw Xi Yan and Gu Mang’s silhouettes. She paused before following them while carrying Luo Songhua’s lesson plan.
Year Three’s eting room was filled with people.
“Principal Fu, I’m hoping that you can get Gu Mang to withdraw the lawsuit. We’re each willing to donate a building to Ming City High School.” Yi Chen’ father was a well-known entrepreneur. He had never bowed down to others but he did it now for the sake of his son.

They were all pleading with him.
Principal Fu smiled. “Since the matter concerns Gu Mang, I shan’t ddle in it. Why not wait for her to co and hear what she says.”
He dared not to ddle in Gu Mang’s affairs since she was surrounded by the rich and powerful. Not only were her supporters big in Ming City, there were even so big shots from the capital as well. He just wanted to work with dignity till retirent with the hope that a top student would co from Ming City High School.
Upon hearing his words, the parents looked at each other. Without saying anything further, they waited for Gu Mang to arrive.
