My Whole Class Isekai'd to a Xianxia? Good Thing I Can Do Mind-reading Chapter 155 I Guess I Didn't Slap Hard Enough
Outside the pocket dinsion, in the main plaza, the elders of the White Crow Sect struggled to maintain their composure.
The one feeling it the worst was Elder Jiang, whose face twitched every ti he caught the mocking laughs and murmurs around him.
'Damn it, Feng Fan! Setting traps, stealing orbs, even looting their space rings… That's all fine! But what's with the underwear? And why does everything that cos out of his mouth sound so… ridiculous? I don't even have the words!' Elder Jiang thought, his frustration mounting.
Beside him, Sect Master Yin Jian noticed his expression, a mix of sha and anger, and let out a hearty chuckle.
Elder Jiang turned to him, baffled. "What's so funny, Sect Master?"
"It's just been a long ti since I've seen you lose your composure like this. It seems Feng Fan really is special. He has a knack for pushing your buttons every single day! Hahaha!" Yin Jian replied, his laughter spilling out, unrestrained.
Elder Jiang rolled his eyes, doing his best to ignore the Sect Master's amusent.
—
Feng Fan glanced at both Qian Xiaoli and Huang Xue, each of his cheeks sporting a red slap mark. "Was it really necessary to slap that hard...?"
Qian Xiaoli crossed her arms and shot him a sharp look. "If you're still talking, I guess I didn't slap hard enough. Next ti, I'll do better."
Huang Xue nodded in agreent, her brows furrowed in disapproval.
Feng Fan clicked his tongue in frustration. "You two were competing so fiercely earlier. What's with the sudden teamwork?"
Qian Xiaoli ignored his question and pressed on. "We've collected a lot of orbs. Let's stick to your plan, but next ti, use a robe as a mask, not underwear!"
Feng Fan sighed and reluctantly nodded. "Alright, fine. Let's go. We'll keep going with this for one more day, then we head toward the white orb. We haven't run into anyone from the White Crow Sect except Huang Xue. Also, Xiao'er, don't you want to search for people from your family?"
Qian Xiaoli shook her head. "No way, I'd rather stick with you guys. Let them collect their points sowhere else."
Feng Fan rubbed his chin, feigning curiosity. "Ah, so you really don't like them. What if we run into them?"
Qian Xiaoli smiled coldly. "Do whatever you want. As long as they don't bother , I'm not concerned."
Feng Fan grinned. "Ah, what a cold-hearted princess... I never would've imagined…" He trailed off, putting on a dramatic expression.
Before he could finish, Qian Xiaoli cut him off. "Want another slap, Fan'er?" she asked sweetly.
Feng Fan imdiately decided to stay quiet. He knew the next one would be even worse than the last.
He quickly changed the subject. "Alright, let's head sowhere else. We should still be able to catch more fish."
With that, the three of them picked a random direction and moved on.
—
Ti passed, and the competition grew fiercer, with only five days left before the two-week period ended.
Gong Long, Tan Wei, and Cao Zhu had managed to get within a few hundred ters of the white orb. They could already see it from a distance.
Standing guard by the orb was Hou ngyao, his aura unrestrained, clearly displaying his cultivation at the 7th level of the Golden Core Formation realm.
Beside him stood around twenty disciples from the Heavenly Sword Sect, their cultivation levels ranging from the 8th level of the Foundation Establishnt realm to the 1st level of the Golden Core Formation realm.
Cao Zhu gulped. "Are we really going to compete with them? This Hou ngyao... he's a monster."
Looking at their strong lineup, Cao Zhu's initial excitent faded. Where he had once been eager to join the fight, now he felt it was nothing short of suicide.
Tan Wei sighed, knowing that winning the battle would be nearly impossible. "Let's look for the others; they should be around here sowhere."
Gong Long nodded. According to their plan, Huang Xue, Feng Fan, and Xue Qiang were collecting orbs near the center and would join them when there were five days left in the competition.
"They should be looking for us. Let's wait here," said Gong Long.
Cao Zhu and Tan Wei nodded in agreent. It wasn't long before a familiar voice echoed behind them.
"Hey, guys! Where are the others?"
The three turned around to see Feng Fan with his arms crossed. Beside him stood Huang Xue, Qian Xiaoli, and Xue Qiang.
"Brother Feng!" Tan Wei greeted, his face lighting up slightly, though soon after, a feeling of sha washed over him.
"I'm sorry, Brother Feng, we…" He hesitated, unsure how to explain why they were alone.
Feng Fan read his mind and quickly understood. Placing a hand on Tan Wei's shoulder, he smiled.
"It's okay, Brother Tan. Thanks for making it here. Let's take down those bastards from the Heavenly Sword Sect. Shall we?"
Tan Wei smiled with determination and nodded. "Yes!"
"Brother Feng, who is she? Isn't she from the Qian Family?" Gong Long asked, eyeing Qian Xiaoli with suspicion.
Feng Fan waved his hand dismissively. "Don't worry, she's with us. This is Qian Xiaoli. She'll help us get the white orb and secure first place. In return, we'll give her our orbs and make sure she has enough to take second."
Gong Long still found the deal a bit off, but he nodded. He trusted Feng Fan and didn't think he'd be easily tricked. Plus, Huang Xue and Xue Qiang seed to agree with this deal.
"But…" A different voice interrupted the conversation. "Brother Feng, even with her, they're too strong. How are we supposed to deal with them? Not to ntion the others, Hou ngyao alone is an insurmountable challenge," Cao Zhu said, his confidence wavering.
Feng Fan rubbed his chin, his eyes scanning the area where the white orb was located. Slowly, a plan began to form in his mind.
He grinned, then turned to the others.
"Alright, I've got a plan that might just work. Here's what we'll do…"
