AJ Entertainnt was one of the up-and-coming entertainnt industries, leading the world in new stars. They focused on influencers of all sorts, amateur actors, singers, idols, and more.
They were breaking into the industry, transitioning those popular on new dia types and bringing them into the light of traditional dia, helping them grow. What many people didn’t know was the fact that the Howlers owned the majority shares in AJ Entertainnt.
In the past, it was an equal split, but after what had occurred within the company, now the Howlers were the majority shareholders. However, Ash, the director of AJ Entertainnt, was still running things.
He was impressed with what the Howlers did. They didn’t just beco the majority shareholder to take a slice of the profits, but also invested heavily to improve their programs that they would run, broadcasts, and more. They were becoming a big na.
However, when the battle between the Phoenix Gang and the Howlers had begun, AJ Entertainnt was hit hard. In this industry, it relied heavily on contacts.
Several contracts that were in place with their stars were being canceled, business was being affected massively with no answer or reason as to why this was happening.
Still, Ash knew the truth; he had heard what was happening from Kai and was told that it would be a rough ride for a while but to hold on as long as possible.
Currently, Ash was sitting at his desk staring at his computer. His eyebrows were furrowed as he looked at the screen and continued clicking away.
‘The staff are panicking from within slightly, as well as so of our stars. They have threatened to try to break the contracts with us because of the situation that is happening.’
‘So have already left; others I have been able to keep on by using my personal finances. Then there are thankfully those that are loyal to us and believe in us.’
Once again, Ash was clicking on several stories and links. What he was currently watching was a video on the matter at hand. It had next to no views, about one or two viewers, and it was the carnage of what was going on in Slough.
The videos showed houses completely destroyed, burnt up. Burn marks that so of the victims had, and the cries and pain that people were in.
‘There are quite a few of these videos when I directly search up incidents in Slough, yet next to none of them are getting any views. Even the live streams aren’t doing well.
’When I look up reports as well, not a single news outlet, even the small ones, are reporting on this matter. It’s impossible to be a case of no one knowing about it. Most likely the small ones have been told not to, threatened by the Phoenix Gang.
‘The larger ones are in the pocket of the Phoenix Gang as well, and then they’ve sohow got connections with the video sites and live streaming services to shadow ban the video and services.’
In the situation Ash was in, he felt helpless. His whole company was saved because of Gary, and if there was one news article that he could see was always circulating, it was Gary being placed in White Rose Prison.
Ash had no doubt that they were behind that as well. ‘If there was so way the world could find out what was happening in Slough. The general public are affected by this; it's a large matter. A lot of pressure will be put on the White Rose and the central governnt to act or do sothing.’
‘Even if the Howlers end up losing this war, it will still hit the Phoenix Gang hard if we can get public opinion on our side. It’s the only thing we can do.’
Just then, slamming open into the room, a female walked in. She was shining bright with her blonde curled hair and in a colorful dress. All her makeup was done; she was one of the stars, a presenter of sorts that had been making a large na for herself, Clem.
“We have to do sothing; have you seen all the videos and everything? No one is seeing them!” Clem shouted, holding up her phone.
Raising his fingers, Ash started to push against his nose. “I know, I know, I’ve been trying to co up with sothing all day, but I don’t know what to do.”
That’s when Clem gave off a big smile. “I have a plan... didn’t we have a live streaming platform in the works for our own stars at the mont?”
“We do... but no one knows about it,” Ash replied. “If we broadcasted on that, we wouldn’t have anyone watching either, and we can’t even pay our staff, never mind push for advertising.”
“That’s fine, for now, we just need a big push,” Clem said. “I’ll be the first on our AJ live-streaming app. Get all of the stars in AJ Entertainnt to push with a link to follow . Use all the platforms out there to follow on AJ live-streaming. I’ll do the sa as well.
“We won’t post anything about what’s happening in Slough, just telling them to follow . They might find out about what we’re doing eventually and shut them down, but by then enough people will have seen what was happening, and the word will start to spread.”
Ash didn’t think it was a bad idea. Certainly, with all their stars' presence, they could reach at least 100,000 viewers. Their services could handle the load, especially if it was just one strear.
However, would they just listen to Clem talking about what was happening in Slough? No, they needed to do more; the backlash against the Phoenix Gang needed to be bigger.
“I’ll send the order to all our staff to tell our stars to do as you said. I’ll get a link set up. As for us two, I’ll tell them to get the helicopter ready.”
“Helicopter?” Clem gulped.
“Yeah, we're going to Slough, and going to show the whole world what is happening,” Ash said with a clenched fist.
