Standing by the door, Killer just stared at the man and the woman who was next to him, who were both wearing masks. They weren’t wearing any playful masks, but the sa dical masks that Gary and Big Mask had been wearing when they first ca in.
At this point, it had already beco a realisation that all of those that wore this type of mask, probably belonged to the sa type of people.
“Look, I really don't want any trouble, I’m just following the order of Big Mask. Pease can I stop getting hit, and my life threatened.” Killer said.
Of course, the two of them had no clue who Big Mask was, so it made no sense for them, but with Kai taking a peek past the open door, he could see a full werewolf boy in action.
“Olivia, you head inside and help the boss out.” Kai said. “But don’t transform and don’t use your whip.”
Kai was still being very cautious about the whole situation. They had an auction to go to, and now really wasn't the ti for them to be making enemies. Unfortunately, thier group had appeared on a couple of TV broadcasts, and the gangs that had done their research would know what their Altered forms were or what weapons they used.
Listening to the order, she rushed in, and could imdiately see Austin’s back as well.
“You said soone asked you about these two people right, bring them with , and put them in the car. anwhile, I want you to answer all of my questions otherwise you will receive a beating.” Kai siad.
So of the minibus vehicles were already on their way back to Slough, along with the other Howlers mbers that had arrived with them. Kai had only co with a small group of people, and so of the workers on board.
Honestly, if he could, he wanted to do a drive-by, pick Gary and Austin up and leave this place, but it appeared they were in the middle of everything.
When they had eventually reached the car, Killer had given a quick low down on everything that happened. Who Big Mask was, what they had done at the event, and even a green haired person interrupting the fight, wearing the sa mask.
Based on the texts he had received, and information that Kai knew he was quickly painting a picture of the situation.
‘Was it Austin that was the one that caused more trouble this ti, but then again Gary had already caused the scene at the factory, so one way or another we would have been put in this pickle.
The back of the minibus door opened up, and they placed Vlad in first, after that they placed Vere in as well.
“Wait, I need to head inside, I need to make sure that Nox is taken care of!” Vere shouted.
“From the sound of things you were already close to death, and for so reason my teammates have been dragged into this whole thing. I’m not blaming you, but the situation has gotten too dangerous, now that they are involved.”
It was hard for Vere to argue back with that. It was clear to those mbers that her father was making so type of deal with a bigger organisation than that of the Scavengers.
‘What is going to happen to now though. These people are with Austin right? Just who is Austin, how are they able to pull off sothing this big?’ Vere thought, looking behind her. ‘If I stay in this town and Nox is still alive though, then I can’t live here, he’ll kill in a heartbeat. I… I have to leave.’
Just as Killer and Herbert were ready to head back into the establishnt before people branded them as traitors, an old man ran to the end of the minibus.
“Kain!” the man shouted.
Turning around, Killer was wondering who the heck would call him by his real na. When he saw who it was, his eyeballs nearly popped out of his head.
“Dad!” Killer shouted out.
“Kain, you were here all along!” The old man jumped from the back of the car and hugged his son, when Killer went to hug him back the man squealed in pain from the wounds he had on his body.
Because the old man in question was Earny from the factory, the man who had been whipped and then saved by Gary.
“What happened to you, dad, is everything all right?” Killer asked.
“It will be.” Earny said. “These people, they're helping us, they're taking us out of this city once and for all, and giving us all a better life. We can finally escape from this place. I was so worried that you didn’t get my text. We went and stopped by our house, but you weren’t there.”
Earny knew nothing about Killer’s life, what he did outside from ho. Since his father worked at the factory and lived at the factory, Killer hardly saw his father but on the day’s he would return, he would head back and play the good son image for the day.
“Wait, but how can we trust these people!” Killer asked.
“I don’t have ti for that.” Kai answered for Earny. “You're going to have to make a decision fast, because we're leaving this place.”
Kai ran from his position, his footsteps deep in the grass, and banged the tal door open. He was now in the Phantom Brawl arena and could see everything going on.
For one, it looked like Olivia was completely confused about what to do, without transforming and her whip, she was struggling to get any of the Retrievers. There was soone by Austin's side that looked to be trying sothing to trap them down, and Gary, well he had pinned down one of the Retrievers and was slashing at them.
Now he could rely on his teammates to keep the others busy. However, there was no good situation that could co out killing those in NIRV and the longer they all spent in here the more trouble Kai could see.
“BOSS, EVERYONE!” Kai shouted. “Let’s get out of here now!”
Gary heard the words, and when he turned his head he wondered why Kai had turned up.
“We have everyone Boss, it’s ti to leave!” Kai shouted again.
At that mont, a quest had popped up.
