A helicopter marked with an Arican flag and Self-Defense Force personnel gathered at the hospital. Patients and hospital staff looked out the window to see what was going on. In no ti, supplies were piled up. Then, several helicopters flew away.
Once they were all put together at the Self-Defense Forces base, they were loaded onto large airplanes.
I don't know for sure, but this action itself caught everyone's attention. It sure was quite flashy.

I was satisfied and reported to the chairman and the director of the hospital.

The Chairman asked, instead of the Director who remained silent.
