Chapter 73: Dangerous Internal Chi
The two girls nodded with a determined look.
Like they were told before, learning martial arts was no easy job.
Murong Xue started panting not long after they started to run due to lack of exercise, while Luo Qianqian looked fine.
Sun Zhe was running after them, holding two bottles of water in hand.
Seeing Murong Xue gasping for breath and all sweaty, Sun Zhe tapped on Murong Xue’s shoulder and handed her a bottle of water, “Have so water and breathe.”
Murong Xue took a glimpse at her sister-in-law, who was running effortlessly, Murong Xue clenched her fists and thought to herself, ‘I cannot just give up, if my sister-in-law can do this, why cannot myself!’
With that in mind, she took the water and took a gulp.
As soon as she tasted the water, she spat it out directly.
With a big frown she pointed at the bottle and said, “Senior Disciple, this water tastes salty! There must be so mistake here!”
Sun Zhe remained unmoved, “I know, there’s no mistake, it is supposed to be light salt water.”
Luo Qianqian took a sip of the water too, she frowned imdiately, very salty.
Sun Zhe prepared them light salty water to better help them in exercise, Luo Qianqian was a bit touched by how considerate this tough man was.
“Xue, just drink it, it will help you a great deal.”
“Are you serious, sister-in-law? This salty water can help ?” asked Murong Xue hesitantly.
“Just trust .”
Murong Xue took a few gulps, she believed everything her sister-in-law told her, ‘I’m happy to do whatever sister-in-law tells , hopefully one day I will be as good as her.’
“Princess Eleventh, are you feeling better now? Shall we continue?” asked Sun Zhe.
The two exchanged a look and nodded at each other, they were ready!
Luo Qianqian did great, Murong Xue made progress too, never once had she whimpered or complained, whenever she wanted to give up she would just take a glimpse at Luo Qianqian and drink so salty water.
However, she stopped halfway, she felt like she was dying.
She waved her hand at Sun Zhe and slumped down on the ground.
“Senior Disciple, please forgive , I’m dying… …” panted Murong Xue.
Sun Zhe was honestly surprised, this turned out so much better than he expected, Murong Xue did halfway on the first day!
Luo Qianqian looked fine, thanks to her taekwondo learning experience back in 21st century.
“Princess Eleventh, you are doing great. I will walk you back to the tavern, as for your sister-in-law… …” said Sun Zhe, he had no idea how to address Luo Qianqian.
“Just call by my na, Senior Disciple.” Luo Qianqian smiled.
“Great, Luo Qianqian, I will be back soon, you are doing great.” with that Sun Zhe supported Murong Xue to rise and walked away.
Luo Qianqian took a deep breath and continued running, her goal was to run the entire track.
She had accomplished about eight percent of the track when Sun Zhe ca back, she had to admit she had a hard ti finishing the last twenty percent, but she made it.
Sun Zhe was so impressed by this little girl, she just kept surprising him. He felt like an idiot thinking Luo Qianqian as nothing but a pretty face on their first eting, Luo Qianqian, ti and again had proved she was more than that.
Luo Qianqian earned half an hour rest, and Murong Xue was feeling better after the water and rest.
After that, Sun Zhe taught the girls the proper way to expiration and inspiration, “Ladies, now let’s sit in ditation position, try to feel your surroundings with your eyes closed. Practise expiration and inspiration until you feel warm chi flows through your whole body and center at your pubic region.”
“This is going to be our routine for a few days, one lap in the morning and one lap in the evening. After the warm up, we will practise expiration and inspiration, this is the only way to master Lightness Skills, in other words if you want to fly, you need to practise this. It ans you have Internal Chi once you feel warm chi filled your pubic region, and that is when you can practise flying.”
“But of course, it takes a long ti to be able to gather the warm chi in your pubic region for beginners, don’t feel discouraged and just keep practising.”
Luo Qianqian nodded and assud a ditation position, started to practise expiration and inspiration using the way Sun Zhe just taught them.
Murong Xue couldn’t help but ask Sun Zhe, “Senior Disciple, how long did it take you to master Lightness Skills when you first started?”
Sun Zhe showed her two fingers.
“Two days? That’s great!” exclaid Murong Xue.
“Princess Eleventh, not two days.” Sun Zhe shook his head resignedly.
“Two months?” asked Luo Qianqian.
Sun Zhe nodded, “Correct, you see, as I just said it takes a long ti for beginners to really be able to gather the warm chi in pubic region and transform it into Internal Chi, it could not be done within a short duration of ti.”
The two nodded, looking forward to mastering the skill one day.
Luo Qianqian resud her position and closed her eyes, feeling the warm chi inside her body.
Murong Xue followed suit, how she wished she could fly.
Luo Qianqian regulated her breaths, applying the way of expiration and inspiration Sun Zhe just taught them, she had no idea how long she had been closing her eyes for, she just felt relaxed.
Then she felt like she entered a different ti and space, and she could feel her surroundings without even opening her eyes.
A warm flow!
‘Yes! This must be what Senior Disciple was talking about, these warm flows will transform to Internal Chi!’
With that in mind, Luo Qianqian opened her arms and embraced the warm flow in the other space, while she was still sitting in ditation position in real life.
The warm flow seed like to know what Luo Qianqian was thinking, it beca Luo Qianqian’s breaths and entered her body, it all happened so fast, way faster than Luo Qianqian had expected.
Soon the flow dashed around madly in Luo Qianqian’s body, she was overwheld by the flow. She was feeling so uncomfortable, she couldn’t ta or control the flow rampaging in her body, she was feeling pain all over her body, and it ca to a point where she felt her head was splitting.
With a scream Luo Qianqian spat a mouthful of blood.
However the pain didn’t leave her along as she spat blood, it had gotten worse.
Seeing that, Sun Zhe knew the chi had taken over Luo Qianqian and it was extrely dangerous, Sun Zhe shouted, “Luo Qianqian, open your eyes!”
Sun Zhe tried to wake Luo Qianqian up by instilling his Internal Chi, but it was no avail.
Murong Xue panicked, she didn’t know what happened to her sister-in-law.
Murong Yun showed up when Sun Zhe was trying for the second ti, Murong Yun instilled his Internal Chi to Luo Qianqian’s body, slowly he drove away the flow that had controlled Luo Qianqian’s body.
Luo Qianqian’s complexion looked better and better as she got Murong Yun’s mighty Internal Chi.
Seeing that, Murong Yun finally showed a faint smile.
