Hu Lan and Hu Zheng were training demon beasts. After days of cultivation, their cultivation levels had almost fully recovered.

"Ningning, where did you collect so many demon beasts from?" they asked. They had been in cultivation all this ti and did not know that Song Yan Ning had left the Lost Ruins. As far as they knew, only the Wanshou Forest in the Lost Ruins had that many demon beasts, and Ningning had already contracted all of the beasts from there.
"We’re now on another Cultivation Continent, the Dongzhou Continent. These demon beasts were collected from the Heavenly Barrier Forest in Dongzhou," Song Yan Ning replied with a smile.
"The Dongzhou Continent?" Hu Zheng raised his eyebrows with interest. It had been a long ti since he had been out for a stroll.
"Big brother, second brother, do you want to go out?" Song Yan Ning observed that her big brother and second brother had almost fully regained their strength, and even if they didn’t cultivate for a few days, they would fully recover.
"Yes," Hu Lan and Hu Zheng nodded happily. They had been entertaining the thought as well.
"Do you want to go out?" The Fox King and Fox Queen walked over.

"We haven’t been out for a long ti either," the Fox King said.
"Then let’s go out together," Song Yan Ning suggested with a smile.
After assigning the tasks related to the demon beasts’ cultivation and training to She Tan and the little foxes, Song Yan Ning led everyone out of the space. Of course, she hadn’t forgotten that her and Qin Yushen’s main purpose this ti was to return to Earth and look for the Life Tree in The Peaceful Realms to save Xunxun. "When did you see them go to the Heavenly Barrier Forest?" Ling’er asked anxiously. Her master had said that the Heavenly Barrier Forest was ho to Level 9 Demon Beasts and entering it was more likely to bring misfortune than luck.
"That day we t them. Half a month has passed by now; I have no idea how they’re doing," Murong Xi shook his head and heaved a sigh.
"What?" Huo Lingling’s heart sank. If Song Yan Ning and Qin Yushen hadn’t erged from the Heavenly Barrier Forest after so long, then the odds were that they had encountered misfortune.
Holding on to a sliver of hope, Huo Lingling turned to the nearby Ming Yue, "Master, is there any hope for them to be alive?" Although she had t Song Yan Ning and Qin Yushen by chance, she had taken a liking to them and felt that they could be friends worth making.
Ming Yue shook her head, "Little to no chance of survival." It wasn’t just Song Yan Ning and Qin Yushen; even she wouldn’t have hope of coming out alive if she entered the Heavenly Barrier Forest.
Unable to hold back, Huo Lingling burst into tears. She deeply regretted not stopping Song Yan Ning and Qin Yushen from going into the Heavenly Barrier Forest.
A smug arc ford on Murong Xi’s lips. She wanted nothing more than to see Huo Lingling upset.
Huo Lingling cried as she looked at Wu Qingfeng, "Wu Qingfeng, tell , did you see them go to the Heavenly Barrier Forest?"
Wu Qingfeng nodded, "I saw them leave Fushan Town. Xixi asked them, and they said they were going to the Heavenly Barrier Forest."
Huo Lingling nodded sadly. Although Wu Qingfeng had let her down, she knew he wouldn’t lie to her.
"Alright, stop crying." Ming Yue reached out to pat Huo Lingling’s shoulder. She felt there was no need for Lingling to be so heartbroken over two strangers.
"I’m sorry, Junior Sister Lingling! I shouldn’t have told you this - don’t be upset. Maybe they didn’t really go into the Heavenly Barrier Forest," Murong Xi spoke up.
Huo Lingling was in no mood to deal with Murong Xi now, turning her gaze toward the Heavenly Barrier Forest. This ti, she was determined to kill more demon beasts to avenge Song Yan Ning and Qin Yushen.
Ti slowly passed, and there was not a stir from within the Heavenly Barrier Forest.
"What’s going on? Why hasn’t a single demon beast co out?" Everyone looked at the forest in confusion. Usually at this ti of year, even if there wasn’t a beast tide, there would be so demon beasts coming out of the Heavenly Barrier Forest. Yet today, after waiting for so long, not a single one had been seen.
"Shall we go into the Heavenly Barrier Forest and have a look?" Soone proposed impatiently after waiting for a while.
"Okay," soone imdiately responded.
"Master, I want to go too," Huo Lingling said with determination to Ming Yue.
Ming Yue pondered for a mont, then nodded, "Let’s go." With her strength, as long as it wasn’t a seventh-level or higher demon beast, she could handle it.
Seeing people enter the Heavenly Barrier Forest, the rest followed en masse.
"How strange? Why isn’t there a single demon beast?"
"Yes, I’ve been in once before, and there were many beasts. I nearly didn’t make it out."
Song Yan Ning and others erged from deep within the forest. Hearing voices in front of them, they looked up and saw many cultivators wandering around the outer edge of the forest. "They actually made it out alive from the deep part of the Heavenly Barrier Forest." Discovering Song Yan Ning and her group, everyone was surprised.
"It’s Senior Brother Qin and Senior Sister Song, they’re alright," Liu Xufei happily told Huo Lingling, who was standing beside her, upon seeing Qin Yushen and Song Yan Ning.
Huo Lingling was dazed but quickly looked up when she heard Liu Xufei’s words. Seeing that it was indeed Song Yan Ning and Qin Yushen, she ran over to them with joy on her face, "Senior Sister Song! Senior Brother Qin! It’s so good to see you are alright! I was so worried."
Song Yan Ning smiled lightly, "Thank you, Junior Sister Lingling! I’m sorry for making you worry." She could tell Huo Lingling genuinely cared about them.
Huo Lingling shook her head with a smile, "As long as you are okay, that’s all that matters. I heard there are many high-level demonic beasts in the Heavenly Barrier Forest, you didn’t encounter them, did you?" Senior Sister Song and the others must not have encountered them; otherwise, they wouldn’t have co out unscathed.
Song Yan Ning shook her head, "We didn’t encounter any."
