Quetzalcoatl, a bit surprised by Hina's sudden outburst, gazed at Kyle as she spoke quietly with an apologetic expression, guilt evident in her tone. "Oh? Perhaps you haven't told her? My mistake I didn't know."
Kyle just shook his head and smiled at her, reassuring her that nothing was wrong in revealing said secret. "Don't worry, I was planning to tell her about it. Instead, I should thank you, if you didn't bring this topic forward, I don't know if I ever would've found the right ti and resolve to reveal it, as I'm about to now."
"Is that so? Then that's a relief then."
Kyle took a deep breath, readying himself for the long awaited reveal, as he stared at his aunt muttering in a quiet but firm tone. "Oba-san, please be ready for what I'm about to tell you."
"Uhmm..ugh.. what's up with this sudden change of atmosphere! Wait wait let prepare myself...hoohh~" She took a deep breath like Kyle, calming the surging emotions that were stirring inside her and calmly added. "Okay, go on."
"You didn't hear it wrong before oba-san, about our discussion, as you have surmised already, I am a god."
"G-g-god?! A-ahaha you're joking right? Yes that's right you're joking! There is no way that it's true!" Hina, not willing to believe his words, convinced herself that her dear nephew was just pulling a prank on her, she just couldn't believe this shocking news.
This denial of hers however, stupefied Kyle, he couldn't believe that she would act so childish even sober. It was her, who had told him to reveal everything to her. But now she was acting in denial, thinking from a broader perspective, her denial of the matter made sense, it's just that he thought his aunt to be more mature and understanding than that.
"Oba-san.. I'm telling the truth, again, you didn't hear wrong, I'm not trying to joke with you, I genuinely am a 100% bonafide god."
"No way! I don't believe you!"
"Then are you saying having a dragon maid living in our house is more believable than being a God?"
".... That makes sense! Wait no! No!"
"Just accept it already aunt, nothing will change that conclusion, nor will it change anything around us."
"Like in hell it's true!"
"Okay, I admit, that's a lie, I can't guarantee that nothing will change, what I can assure you of is that even if many things change and many unusual things co to transpire upon us, I'm still going to be the sa Kyle that you took care of for the last ten years. I'm always going to be your Kai-chan."
"....Sigh* you beat , fine! So you're a God now huh?" Hina asked rhetorically, more to herself than to Kyle.
"Yes." Kyle assured anyway, and with it broke the last dregs of doubts and denial she was holding onto.
"So what if you are?! Yer still a brat to !" Sighing, Hina retorted with a cheeky grin making Kyle smile.
"That's right I am." He responded and slowly walked towards his dear aunt and wrapped his arms around her back pulling her in a deep warm hug, burying her head in his chest in the process. Hina, imasurably embarrassed by his sudden hug, more because of others watching them than minding his actions, snarled at him to hide her embarrassed face, not knowing that it made her look cuter than before!
"Y-you brat?! What are you doing?! Suddenly hugging with so many people around, how embarrassing!!! Stop it!" Kyle, however didn't stop hugging her, instead finding his mature aunt so cute, made him want to hug her even more, tightening his embrace around her, his jaws now rested on her head nudging her.
His aunt tried to push him off a bit, but finding his strength to be superior just sighed tiredly and threw caution to the wind, responding to his hug by wrapping her arms tightly around his broad upper torso, her head gently resting on his chest; hearing his calm, rhythmic heartbeats also cald her down of her embarrassnt.
The dragons looking at this heartwarming scene smiled at them, while Kanna pouted in jealousy from not being included and exclaid like the child she was. "Kobayashi! Kyle! No fair! Hug too!"
Her cute reaction robbed everyone of their glances, resting them on her cute pouting form, making everyone chuckle. Hina, visibly cald, invited the little bundle of absolute cuteness to enjoy this mont with them. "Co here Kanna, let us hug you."
"Really!?"
"Yes."
"Yay!" Screaming joyfully, she pounced on them, imdiately joining them in their hugging session. Now, Kyle had a draconic lolita hugging his lower torso while his cute aunt hugged his upper body, his hands now lay on both his aunt's and sister's back. Seeing this loving atmosphere, Tohru gazed at Kyle with a longing look on her face, it was evident that she also wanted to join them, specifically join Kyle and share this mont with him. Kyle, in one of his rare monts of sharpness, was able to notice that detail and smiled at Tohru, inviting her.
"Tohru, co here and join us!"
"Okay!" She smiled, extre happiness radiated from her face as her wish was fulfilled by the man she loved; not dropping that enchantingly beautiful smile from her face, she, without hesitation, also joined the hugging group.
Now, only Lucoa was left standing alone, crossing her arms under her enormous breasts, emphasizing them even more; her face had an awkward smile adorned in it, feeling herself to be an inconvenience for the loving group, she quizzically asked, her tone filled with awkwardness and unease. "Umm… Is it okay for to be here? I'm not bothering you guys right?"
"Of course not! You're not bothering us at all, also do you want to join?" Kyle, hearing her words replied smilingly; upon seeing her to be so loneso in the midst of this joyful atmosphere, he invited her too to share their mont of happiness with her.
Her eyes opened wide, letting Kyle again see her srizing pair of heterochromic wonder, as she perceived the words spoken by him; she just kept staring at him dazedly, not knowing what to say.
Kyle seeing her like that, thought his invitation might have made her uncomfortable, so he hastily made a follow up. "If you don't want to then, it's fine. Pretend that I didn't say anything."
"...No it's alright I'm just surprised by what you said, I'm but a stranger to you, so why?"
"I'll tell you but... don't laugh okay?"
"I won't."
"It's actually, since you're Tohru's friend, I.. felt that it makes you a friend of mine as well... pretty dumb right?"
His reasonings were enough to make her chuckle, it didn't last long, disappearing as soon as it appeared, leaving her more interested than before in the boy before her. "Indeed it's a pretty dumb reason."
"Hey, didn't you promise not to laugh" He grumbled with an embarrassed tone, averting his gaze from Lucoa's.
"Haha, sorry I can't help it, so does the invitation still stand?"
"Of course, please do." He uttered, only to be surprised the next second by Lucoa, abruptly, hugging his right arm tightly, sandwiching them between her enormous funbags full of destructive might; destruction to a sane conscience that is.
"What are you doing?!" Kyle criticised, embarrassnt radiating from his tone, that too of a far greater intensity than before, it was evident that her destructive equipnt had wrecked sufficient havoc in Kyle's mind. Lucoa, not giving a damn about his uncomfortableness, casually replied.
"Didn't you say that it is okay for to join?"
"Of course I did...but.."
"Too late!" She happily teased, increasing the intensity of her hug, wrapping his right arm more tightly between her deep valley. Her interest in Kyle had now reached a new high, attracting the goddess' full attention on him. She didn't know why, but the more she interacted with the boy, the deeper her attraction for him grew.
This feeling was a long lost one for her, of being so deeply interested in soone, she liked this feeling, she was extrely interested in knowing more about this young Minor God she chanced upon.
Seeing Quetzalcoatl getting clingy with Kyle, Tohru pouted. She was jealous, that was sure. Even though she had decided to change, it didn't an that she fully did. Her jealousy ran as deep as before, she still needed ti to control that side of her, but she didn't want to act as extrely as she had done. She was afraid, deeply afraid of those lifeless eyes staring at her emotionlessly, as if she ant nothing to their holder. She still shivered whenever she recalled that mont.
Deciding to change however, didn't an that she wanted to lose Kyle's affection for her. She had already made a dent in their relationship with that little episode of hers, she didn't want him to lose more of his affection now. Little did she know however, that Kyle held the most affection for Tohru, affection that was bordering on sothing new, sothing more profound.
Tohru, in her jealousy, left his embrace and opted to hug his left arm, she also used her sufficiently large breasts to let him feel them. Though they weren't as big as Lucoa's, the allure they held was still just as destructive. Feeling two pairs of mounds that invoked endless desires, pressing on his arms he felt… amazing, he couldn't describe the feeling, all he could say was that it felt… amazing.
He was definitely enjoying this. But Tohru's aggressive behavior surprised him, she wasn't so aggressive before, it wasn't a bad thing actually, rather it was a good thing, at least in Kyle's perspective.
Kyle gazed at Tohru, who was resting her head on his shoulder, her eyes closed, a lovely smile adorning her cheeks. As he gazed, he slowly started recalling all the ti he spent with the bubbly cute, dragon of chaos. The fun they had, the intimacy they shared, the monts they made, it all flashed before his eyes.
Evaluating the affection he held for her, he realized a new feeling, a new emotion he felt for this gorgeous dragon, who decided to do anything and everything possible, if it ant it allowed her to be with him and if it gave him happiness. He understood that... he had fallen in love with her.
He thought about his reasonings, of him being weaker than her, the logic he gave himself to not further their relationship, and he only felt rage and disdain at his own stupidity. He understood that by doing so he was insulting Tohru's emotions and also his own. Tohru, in more occasions than one, in more ways than one, showed how dearly she loved him and now that he knew, he also felt the sa, hanging onto the reasoning of who was stronger, who was weaker beca redundant and unnecessary, plainly stupid even.
Thinking till here, Kyle reached a decision, one of the biggest decisions of his life in fact. He decided to confess his feelings for Tohru, as soon as it was possible for them to be together, alone, without any prying eyes around. He was certain that Tohru loved him, but like any other boy out there, confessing for the first ti, that too to their first love, he couldn't completely throw out the possibility of her rejecting him. It was stupid, but that was how paranoid boys tended to be.
If a possibility of rejection occurred, it would surely be very awkward between them, confessions were a very scary thing, a great change, a leap of faith and love. It would either make them take another step, changing their relationship status, or just result in becoming awkward in each other's presence, destroying any form of relationship they may have built.
There were also rare cases where nothing changed, a type of uncertain situation where the other party didn't reject, nor did they accept the proposal. It was a very rare occurrence but it still happened every now and then.
Continuing their hugging session for so ti, they decided to break it off and have dinner. After having a lively dinner, with Quetzalcoatl spicing it up with her stories and adventures, she left their ho.
They sent her off wishing her farewell, but in the midst of their retiring to their bedrooms, Kyle rembered that Lucoa had no place to stay in this world, imdiately he rushed behind her to intercept her. There he found her wandering in the streets alone, walking forward, her lonely silhouette made Kyle rember so things about her, though they were vague and he wasn't able to interpret them. Anyhow, Kyle, sighing in relief for being able to find her, quickly ran towards her to catch up to her.
He knew that she was an extrely powerful Dragon Goddess, but he couldn't really leave her alone. He had spoken the truth when he said that he considered Lucoa as a friend, and knowing that the only place she would be sleeping would either be in the street or in so faraway forest, as a friend he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he left her alone in that condition.
Besides, another reason for not leaving her alone was the slutty outfit of hers that she was currently wearing. It was probably the main reason; he didn't even want to know just how many lustful guys would try and hit on her, only to get beaten rcilessly afterwards!
He was doing them a favour, simultaneously he was also relieving Lucoa of any annoyance she might feel; seeing her finally being in hearing range, he shouted for her to stop. "Wait Lucoa!"
Quetzalcoatl stopped her steps, as she heard his sudden shout, she shifted her attention towards Kyle and asked bemused. "Ara~? Did you perhaps catch up to here, alone, under the beautiful moonlight to confess your love to ? How bold and romantic!"
"No, shit! I just wanted to ask if you had a place to stay or not?"
"I do."
"Really? Where?"
"There." She pointed at the mountain situated several kiloters away from their location.
"....Uhm... that's not what I ant, what I an is a house for you to stay."
"No, I don't."
"Figured, then how about you stay in my mansion!? You can stay as long as you want."
"Oh my~ then, are you going to eat afterwards, as compensation?" She moaned teasingly, but her face contained joy, a joy she felt upon seeing Kyle's concern for her.
"No seriously, so will you stay?" Kyle was sowhat hopeful, of her staying with them, if she didn't accept, there was nothing he could do, he was helping her as a friend, he didn't want to force her into taking a decision.
Quetzalcoatl pondered for a bit before accepting his proposal with a smile. "Sure, but I don't like living in your house without doing anything in return, so, how about a fair trade? You can ask anything in exchange."
"Anything? Really?"
"Yes." Quetzalcoatl smiled, while looking at him, anticipating what he may want.
"Then…" He whispered in her ear, what he wanted from her, hearing his reply Quetzalcoatl was astonished.
"Are you serious?"
