The climate in Bali Island is hot, and most of the ti, it is sunny. The blue sky, the azure ocean, and the gentle sea breeze caressing the face with the unique scent of the sea, are surprisingly refreshing.
Lin Yixun couldn’t help but smile lightly. Being in such a beautiful environnt, no matter how heavy-hearted one might feel, would beco lightened up.
The place where Lin Yixun and Ouyang Hao were was a cliff. Because of its beautiful scenery and broad view, many tourists ca here every year during the peak season. The locals saw a business opportunity and specially built several pavilions at the cliff’s edge for the tourists to relax in.
Lin Yixun and Ouyang Hao found a place near the edge to sit down and ordered two drinks and desserts.
The young master’s mood was like the weather in London, changing rapidly; it was gloomy just a mont ago, but now the sky was clear with not a cloud in sight.
"How is it? This place isn’t bad, right?"
Lin Yixun smiled faintly and nodded, "What’s this place called?"
Ouyang Hao’s face showed a subtle expression, then he cleared his throat, "A good place is just a good place. What’s the need for a na?"
"That’s true." Lin Yixun laughed, "Not every beautiful place has a beautiful na."
Her gaze wandered to the horizon where the sea and sky t, the blue sky and the azure ocean naturally rging into one, so harmonious and beautiful.
Lin Yixun suddenly realized that even just sitting here doing nothing was very pleasant.
She had a serene smile on her face. Ouyang Hao noticed that her frowning brows, which had been tight recently, had now relaxed, which in turn improved his mood.
"Actually, the sea here isn’t the most beautiful. If you like the sea, I can take you to other places in the future."
Lin Yixun suddenly turned to look at him, feeling inexplicably moved in her heart. Although Ouyang Hao had always been harsh to her, he had never done anything excessive to her. On the contrary, he always appeared at her most desperate and helpless monts and rescued her from despair.
"Mr. Ouyang, thank you!"
Ouyang Hao’s face stiffened, his eyes full of surprise, but he quickly returned to his usual carefree manner. "Wow, the sun must be rising from the west. Even a blockhead like you knows how to thank soone? So tell , what are you thanking for?"
"Thank you for showing such beautiful scenery."
"Is that all?"
"Also, thank you for getting out of the police station last ti."
Ouyang Hao couldn’t hide his smile, pretending to be serious as he asked, "Anything else?"
"And... about my mother. If it weren’t for you giving this job, I would have been holess with my mother long ago."
Hearing this, Ouyang Hao’s heart suddenly ached. He had always been unwilling to learn about Lin Yixun’s past, but that didn’t an he knew nothing about her.
Her mother’s illness, the scar on her face, and her closed-off, humble yet proud personality all told him that she had not had a good past.
Ouyang Hao collected his thoughts, composed himself, and suddenly leaned close to Lin Yixun, teasing, "From your description, it seems like I’ve done quite a lot for you. Since that’s the case, how do you plan to repay ?"
"Mr. Ouyang, you have everything, and I have nothing. I really can’t think of a way to repay you."
"Who said you have nothing?" The man smirked evilly, his gaze unabashedly roaming from her face down her body.
