Security in T City hadn’t been great recently, and Xing Yi had reminded her not to go out alone at night.
It was only a few bus stops from the hospital to T University. Lin Yixun got off the bus near a restaurant they had eaten at before, ordered so takeout, and went to the third teaching building.
Today was Wednesday. Luckily, she had attended one of his classes last Wednesday, so she still rembered the classroom. She was fortunate; just as she reached the classroom door, she heard the dismissal bell.
However, to her surprise, the person walking down from the podium was an elderly professor, not Xing Yi. Lin Yixun frowned and glanced at the room number. It was correct.
She hesitated before approaching the elderly professor and asked softly, "Excuse , could you please tell why Mr. Xing Yi didn’t co to teach today?"
