The next morning, Allen woke up in his bed as usual, surrounded by his won—Annette, Alyssa, Karena, and Rebecca. They had just finished a wild fiveso, and the four girls were still sprawled out, exhausted, after Allen had shown them no rcy during their "workout."

After cleaning himself up and leaving the bedroom, Allen got a call from Katherin.

[Hey Allen, are you busy?]

"Nope, I'm free right now. What's up?"

[Do you want to have lunch with today?]

"Hmmm, of course. Where?" There was no way Allen could refuse an invitation like that, not from a beautiful woman.

[Great! I'll send you the location later—or do you want to pick you up?] Katherin asked playfully, twirling a strand of her hair.

"No need to trouble yourself, I can co on my own."

[Okay then, that's all. See you soon, Allen.]

"Yeah, okay," Allen replied.

With that, their call ended after exchanging goodbyes.

Later, at a rather high-class restaurant, Svetlana—as usual seated at Allen's side—watched him with an annoyed expression.

Why is this guy always surrounded by so many beautiful won… she thought, sighing inwardly.

Not long after, Katherin arrived, looking stunning in her outfit for the day. The light makeup she wore only enhanced her natural charm. But she seed a little surprised to see Svetlana there. After all, she knew Svetlana—having t her once before when visiting the RPD with her father.

"You look amazing today, Katherin. Oh, by the way, let introduce you—this is Svetlana, my bodyguard," Allen said with an easy smile.

However, Katherin didn't seem to mind Svetlana's presence since she was Allen's bodyguard. Although she was a little surprised that Allen could hire soone like Svetlana as his personal guard, she also told Allen that she had t Svetlana before, so they weren't exactly strangers.

"So, you two have t before?" Allen asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, back then my father and I were visiting the RPD, and I was introduced to Svetlana there," Katherin replied before sitting down in her chair and ordering food for herself.

"By the way, Allen, why have you been so hard to reach lately?" Katherin asked, since she had tried to contact Allen several tis.

"Ahh, sorry about that. I've just been a little busy with work lately," Allen answered, though in reality, he had been busy pampering his won.

"Hmmm, yeah, I heard you just completed a dangerous mission in the Arklay Mountains. You know, I was a little worried when I heard about it," Katherin said.

"Well, you see I'm perfectly fine, so I don't think you need to worry anymore. By the way, Katherin, aren't you busy with your own work too?"

"Yeah, I've been pretty busy, but right now I'm taking a long break. Oh, and I saw you picking up Sherry at my workplace the other day, but I didn't get the chance to greet you," Katherin said, her tone showing a hint of curiosity about why Allen was picking up soone else's daughter there.

"So, you work as a teacher there?"

"Yes…" Katherin nodded.

"Allen, actually, I wanted to talk to you about sothing," she said, her voice carrying a bit of sadness.

"What do you want to talk about? Don't worry, I'll listen. Besides, we're pretty close, so don't hesitate," Allen replied, clearly realizing that this woman seed troubled by sothing.

But before she could speak, tears suddenly stread down Katherin's face and she broke into sobs.

"Hic… I'm sorry, Allen. I didn't an for you to see like this."

Seeing this, Allen stood up from his chair, grabbed a tissue, and gently wiped her tears.

"Hey, don't cry… don't worry, I'm here," Allen said as he sat down beside her and pulled Katherin into a hug.

Once Katherin had cald down a little, she looked up at Allen.

"Allen, everything I knew was a lie… I don't know what to do anymore."

"Calm down and don't be sad. Even if you cry, it won't solve your problem. So, tell —what really happened?" Allen said, soothing her while secretly using the Third Magic. Even though he didn't want to use magic in this world, this ti he was forced to do so just to ease Katherin's emotions.

This made Katherin relax as she hugged Allen again, as if she didn't want to let him go. She felt safe and comfortable in his embrace.

"Lately I've discovered that my father has been involved in a conspiracy with others to cover up cris committed by Umbrella," Katherin confessed, still clinging tightly to Allen. "I've confronted him about it, but my father said there's nothing he can do. He told that his power as mayor ans nothing compared to Umbrella, so he has no choice but to follow whatever they want—especially since 80% of this city's developnt ca from their investnts."

Allen, listening to her confession, gently stroked her back and simply said, "Is that so? Well… cases like this happen all the ti."

"But Allen, it's not fair! Especially when I found out that Brian has been secretly arresting civilians and beating innocent people!" Katherin said with a pout, anger and frustration in her tone.

"As for that case, there's nothing I can personally do. If you want to report it, the best way is to take it to the Departnt of Justice, Transparency International US, or the FBI," Allen replied in a tone that sounded almost resigned. After all, cases like this weren't rare. Corruption was rampant, not only in Raccoon City but also in countless places across the world and throughout history. Allen had no desire to get involved—it would only be a waste of his ti.

"Allen, I'm scared. Lately, soone has been trying to blackmail and threaten . They said they'd leak evidence of my father's corruption to the public. I don't know what to do anymore. Allen, can you help ?" Katherin pleaded, sadness and fear in her voice. She didn't know whether to side with her family or with justice, but one thing was certain—she didn't want her family destroyed by this.

"As for that, just leave it to ," Allen replied casually. If it was sothing like this, he had no problem taking care of it.

"Thank you, Allen… you're my savior," Katherin said, planting a kiss on his cheek. "Don't worry, of course I'll pay you. But you know I don't have much money, so I can't offer you much."

"Hahaha, you don't have to worry about paynt. Of course, I'll help a friend who's in trouble," Allen said with a laugh.

Hearing the word "friend," Katherin grew a little upset—but the truth was often harsh.

"Allen, I'm so confused… do you think I should stand by my father in this matter?" Katherin asked, torn by her dilemma. She knew siding with her father ant becoming complicit in covering things up, and asking Allen to deal with the blackmailer might not be the right choice either.

"Whatever decision you make, Katherin, I won't judge you. Just follow your heart," Allen said calmly. To him, it didn't matter what his won decided to do—as long as they never betrayed his love, that was enough.

Katherin took a deep breath and looked at Allen. "I can't let my father go to prison over this. He's worked so hard to build this city and sacrificed his life for his work," she said, finally deciding which side she had to take.

Allen, hearing her words, could only shake his head, feeling a bit sorry for the woman. He knew that when the outbreak happened, her father would be one of the first to run—along with the city officials—without hesitation, leaving his own daughter behind with Brian, which ultimately led to her suffering at that man's hands. Of course, Allen wouldn't allow Katherin to experience sothing so tragic. After all, he had already decided she was his woman.

"Alright, once we're done eating here, I'll take care of your problem," Allen said firmly.

"Thank you, Allen. I feel like I owe you now, and if you ever need my help in the future, I'll do anything for you," Katherin replied happily, relieved of her burden.

"Anything?" Allen asked with a teasing smile.

Realizing what she had just said, Katherin's face flushed red. Still, seeing this as an opportunity to get closer to Allen, she simply nodded. "Yes… I'll do anything," she whispered.

"Well, I'll be looking forward to that, then," Allen said with a shrug.

Svetlana, overhearing their conversation, just bit into the steak she had ordered, feeling a bit annoyed. She had clearly been with Allen first, but now it seed he had already found another woman to share his bed with. Should I make the first move? Svetlana thought, rembering how Rebecca and Karena had told her that Allen preferred when his won took the initiative first.

After they finished lunch at the restaurant, Allen headed to the RPD, wanting to deal with the problem Katherin was facing. Well, Allen only had two options now: either kill the guy outright or dump the problem on soone else—and of course, Allen was going to dump it on soone else, since that would be much easier for him. This was also because Allen had never killed a human with his own hands. Even though he had never done it, he knew there might co a ti when he would have to—but definitely not now.

Allen then walked into Chief Brian Irons' office at the Raccoon Police Departnt.

"Hey Allen, what brings you here?" Brian asked cheerfully, clearly expecting sothing green (money) from him. But this ti, his hopes wouldn't turn out the way he thought.

"I ca across sothing from soone. You might want to check it out first," Allen said casually as he sat down and handed Brian a cassette tape.

Brian frowned, confused, but when he played the tape, his eyes widened in shock—it was evidence of his corruption with the mayor. How could sothing like this have ended up in Allen's hands?

"Where did you get this video?" Brian demanded, his tone carrying a thinly veiled threat.

"Hey, no need to get so worked up. We're partners, aren't we? I got that recording from a reporter nad Ben Bertolucci. How he managed to dig it up—you can ask him yourself. Just don't drag into this ss," Allen said smoothly.

Allen already knew exactly who had been blackmailing Katherin. It was that reporter—the sa man who had approached her before. Clearly, he hadn't listened to Allen's warning to leave the city and instead decided to toy with her by making threats.

"Thanks, Allen. You've really helped out this ti. By the way, do you have anything else you want to discuss?" Brian asked. He still spoke respectfully—Allen was the head of a massive company in Arica, soone far too important to disrespect.

"That's all. Oh, one more thing—Ben's probably working for soone else. So don't kill him right away. Find out who's pulling the strings and extract whatever information he's got first," Allen said before leaving Chief Brian's office.

As for Ben, Brian would no doubt have him arrested as soon as possible.

....

A few days later, while Allen was enjoying his vacation, his phone rang—apparently, his ti off had co to an end. The S.T.A.R.S. team was expected to regroup. Of course, Jill wouldn't be joining them; she had already taken maternity leave and was now relaxing at a large mansion in L.A. with the rest of Allen's wives, who were also pregnant. They had gathered there while Jill enjoyed her ti away.

The reason for the call was troubling: the Raccoon City Newspaper had reported another case of missing people in the Arklay Mountains. It seed the nightmare had returned barely two weeks after they had wiped out a large number of creatures in the area, which was supposed to be the infection's center.

Allen knew right away—this had to be Dr. Marcus' doing. And with this developnt, his plan to stage Annette's fake death could finally be set into motion. He had already instructed the Black Rose team to prepare for Annette's extraction from the city.

Not far away, Joseph sat reading the newspaper with a grim look on his face. "This is impossible! Didn't we already eliminate the monsters around the mountains?!" he said loudly, frustration clear in his voice.

anwhile, Rebecca sat beside Allen, leaning on his shoulder as she flipped through a dical book. Ever since she had been injected with Allen's Super Soldier Serum, she had developed a deep interest in dicine. She wanted to help Allen create new drugs that could benefit humanity. Naturally, Allen didn't stop her—he fully supported her passion and even encouraged her.

While they were still caught up in their own world, Chief Brian stord into the room wearing a sour expression, clearly upset by the latest news.

"I've said it before—the Arklay area should've been completely cleared before we even thought about reopening it," he barked angrily at one of the city's managent officials.

The man simply shook his head and replied, "This problem couldn't have been avoided. Let's not drag this out any longer," he said, clearly trying to dodge the responsibility.

Brian's scowl deepened, but he quickly shifted the burden away from himself. "Enrico, you and your team will be in charge of monitoring the outskirts of the city. As for the rest—Wesker, you'll be responsible if there are any changes in the mission."

With that, Brian turned on his heel and left the room. It was obvious he wanted nothing more to do with the situation, dumping all responsibility onto his subordinates.

"Well, you all heard the boss. Let's move out," Enrico said firmly.

Everyone nodded in agreent, and the team began to mobilize.
