Wen Shu was happy to have so peace, and after spending an hour or two straightening out the original circumstances she had transmigrated into, she thought about the plot she had read in the book before, and felt that her current experiences were certainly not a loss.
The original plot was set as an old-fashioned Mary Sue story: the female lead, born a Cinderella, later on for her beauty and kindness t the male lead and fell in love with him. They overca all obstacles together and finally she beca the most dazzling star in the entertainnt industry.
That did sohow resemble her real-life experiences.
Since the plot was already set, she just needed to follow the script accordingly.
However, her peaceful days were short-lived. A phone call from her mother soon ca, saying her brother’s dical fees were almost due, but Wen Shu did not rember such a plotline in the original book.
She thought that maybe, since she had transmigrated, everything she experienced in the world of the book was much more delicate than the cold, heartless text, and didn’t think much of it.
Though Wen Shu was no longer the original Wen Shu, the blood ties deep in her bones made her rush to the hospital subconsciously, and after one glance at the frail little boy on the hospital bed, she could not just stand by and watch.
But at that ti, her agent had already put her in free-range mode, just waiting for the contract to expire so they could end their collaboration with a termination letter.
Being new to the area and without any acquaintances except for her not-so-liked original agent, perhaps due to her sincere attitude, her agent gave her another chance.
When she arrived at the location, Wen Shu knew that the scenes from before the car accident were about to play out again.
Only this ti, her agent did not abandon her at the location like before.
She thought that the person she was eting this ti must be much more important than the last.
So people were already sitting in the private room when she arrived, but Qin Xiang and Fu Jinghen were the last to co—that was also the first ti Wen Shu t Fu Jinghen.
At that ti, Wen Shu did not know who Fu Jinghen was, and he wasn’t a main character in the original book; the description of him was brief.
But anyone who ca to such a place was certainly no ordinary person.
It went without saying that n exuding mature charm in every move they made were the type to attract young won, especially when one saw his indifferent face, which seed so out of place among the vulgar pleasures around him, it made one particularly curious to see what he was like underneath that calm exterior.
Wen Shu observed him briefly in the dim light of the private room, quickly averting her gaze.
The voice of her agent rang in her ear: "I’ve bribed the waiter; the wine is spiked. After President Qin drinks it, he’ll go upstairs to rest. You know what to do next, right?"
Wen Shu looked at her but didn’t say a word.
Her agent thought she was scared and patted her leg to reassure her: "Don’t be afraid. President Qin is well-known for playing around in the industry. Once it’s done, if you play coy, cause a little scene, he won’t hold anything against you."
Wen Shu found her agent to be naively amusing.
Before transmigrating, Wen Shu had been in the entertainnt industry, struggling for many years; she knew all the tricks.
Not to ntion Fu Jinghen’s identity, the n in the private room were surrounded by won.
Only he was alone; such a man was obviously extraordinary at first glance—if she did anything to him, Qin Xiang would not let her off.
