Fu Jinghen, however, didn’t give him a chance to finish speaking, cutting off his words before they could be said. Without even lifting his gaze, he asked, "You want to go to Wen Qiao’s side?"
Feng Li nodded: "Yes, I thought—"
"And pass on ssages to ?"
Feng Li nodded again, "Yes, I thought—"
"Do you want to get out of the car now?"
Hearing this, Feng Li looked out of the car window.
They were currently heading to the Jingcui Mall site selection spot in Lin City. In not too long, it would be transford into a bustling shopping street. But for now, it was still undeveloped, nearly desolate.
He shuddered, suddenly coming to his senses.
The courage he had just now instantly dissipated.
Fu Jinghen asked, "Still want to?"
"No..." Feng Li shook his head like a rattle drum. "Don’t want to anymore."
And he dared not think about it anymore.
He might as well stay obediently by President Fu’s side.

Upon learning that Fu Jinghen had flown to Lin City, Jiang Wei contacted a reporter with whom she had a good relationship on a usual day. She then had Fu Jinghen’s work secretary call Gu Yi, saying that Wen Qiao wanted to have dinner with her this evening. "Didn’t you say it was the day after tomorrow that President Fu would take you for dinner with the people from ES? Has it been moved up?"
"No, tomorrow night it’s the boss of ES who wants to et alone."
Jiang Yao wrinkled her nose. "Why do I feel sothing off about this?"
Wen Qiao rolled her eyes. "Watched too many thriller dramas, have you?"
"Zack, look, who’s this for? A partner’s CEO inviting their own brand ambassador to dinner isn’t simple, definitely not simple." Jiang Yao turned over, facing Wen Qiao, her eyes scanning her like X-ray as she continued, "Considering you’re as beautiful as a flower, plus your figure is so stunning. What if the other party has ill intentions toward you?"
"Sister Yao, tell the truth, are you the president of the fan club I just started? How co you always praise so much, it really makes one feel a bit embarrassed."
