Chapter 252: Dinsional Fissure, the Insectoid Nest
The Pacific Ocean was the largest ocean on Earth, with an area almost equal to the sum of the other three oceans. It was 14 tis more massive than the smallest Arctic Ocean.
Countless direbeasts had been bred in the Pacific Ocean over the past 30 years, from the weakest Class 1 and Class 2 to the most powerful Stellar-Class direbeasts.
The oceans had beco a forbidden zone for humankind because of the large number of direbeasts in them.
The aircraft carriers that sailed with impunity, ships, offshore scientific research stations, and oil fields were all abandoned.
Human beings had lost control of the oceans and could only hide inside the base cities and live a cowardly life for the past 30 years.
The oceans had also beco a paradise for direbeasts. At first, this situation was expected to continue until humans were strong enough to kill the direbeasts and regain control of the oceans.
But this situation had changed with the sudden Insectoid invasion.
The Insectoid army had overrun the Pacific Ocean, and those poor direbeasts living in there beca the first target of the Insectoid army.
“Our intel shows that so of those old Direbeast Lords have died, and so have fled. You can no longer see them in the massive Pacific Ocean,” Vulcan said with a sigh.
“The old Direbeast Lords?” Ling Jiu looked puzzled.
“Class 8 direbeasts are called Direbeast Emperors, and we call Stellar-Class direbeast as Direbeast Lords, which ans the lord of all direbeasts.” Vulcan explained with a smile. “There were thirty-six Direbeast Lords on our planet before, and thirteen of them were in the Pacific Ocean.”
“Those old brutes are actually not powerful, but because they had been staying in the deep ocean and had a geographical advantage, we couldn’t do anything about them.”
“The unexpected invasion of the Insectoids has kicked them out of their lair. But I am not sure if this is good news for us.”
The three of them flew at high speed in the air and then stopped over an area of the ocean.
Emperor Might pointed down at the ocean below. “That dinsional fissure is right down there.”
“Let’s check it out,” Ling Jiu said.
“Okay.”
The three of them dived into the water and then swam towards the bottom of the sea. Before long, they touched down on the seabed.
The seabed was usually dark and difficult for ordinary people to see the surroundings. But that is not the case here.
There was a dinsional fissure at the bottom, winding and rugged with countless bends, stretching kiloters across the seabed.
Dazzling yellow light that shone through the fissure illuminated the surrounding seawater. So they could clearly see everything around them.
“The dinsional fissure!” Ling Jiu stared at the dinsional fissure.
This fissure looked no different from an ordinary dinsional fissure on the outside. No one could ever imagine that it had biotric recognition functions and only allowed Insectoids to pass through.
“Can you see anything unusual about this dinsional fissure since you have Dinsional Arcana and can open wormholes, Brother Ling?”
Vulcan and Emperor Might looked expectantly at Ling Jiu in unison.

The three of them got into the dinsional fissure and descended.
There were many dinsional fissures on Earth. But those were violent and full of dinsional turbulence and raging wind. Not even stellar beings could pass through, and this one was apparently an exception.
It not only allowed the Insectoid army comparable to Class 8 direbeast to pass through but also had a biotric recognition function, which was sothing that ordinary dinsional fissure could compare.
Ling Jiu clearly felt a dinsional fluctuation upon entering the dinsional fissure. This dinsional fluctuation was strange as it differed from normal dinsional fluctuations.
“This is weird.”
He murmured. Just as he was about to go deeper, several shadows lunged out from the dinsional fissure towards the three of them.
“These are the big bugs that guard the dinsional fissure,” Vulcan warned.
“Okay.”
Ling Jiu looked at these huge bugs.
There were five giant bugs, all of which were over 200 ters.
One looked like a giant longhorn beetle, one a giant ant, one a giant praying mantis, one giant centipede, and one giant spider.
The five giant bugs looked ferocious. Their sizes were intimidating enough. They changed forward and seed to want to rip the three n into pieces.
“You continue to check out the dinsional fissure, Ling Jiu. I will handle them.”
Emperor Might said as he and Vulcan went up to et the Insectoids.
At first, Ling Jiu wanted to engage the five giant bugs to help him digest the stored vitality in his body. But it seed this was not the ti, so he had no choice but to concentrate on exploring the dinsional fissure.
“Leoux, this dinsional fissure looks unusual.” Ling Jiu asked in his mind. “But I can’t tell what it is. Can you find any clues?”
“This dinsional fissure involves the deeper application of the law of dinsions. Of course, you can’t see any clue.”
Leoux smiled slightly and continued. “The thod of creating this dinsional fissure is crude. So I guess those who created this are not a high-tech civilization. It is just so powerful beings who were lucky enough to comprehend the law of dinsions. I have so conjectures about this powerful being.”
“You guessed its identity?” Ling Jiu’s eyes lit up.
“It is not far off.” Leoux smiled slightly. “I am not sure I should say that you are lucky or unfortunate; I can’t believe that you have encountered such things. But judging by the Insectoid army, that powerful being isn’t powerful enough yet. So now is the best ti to kill it!”
“What exactly is that powerful being, Leoux?” Ling Jiu asked with a frown.
“Ling Jiu, have you heard of the Insectoid?” Leoux asked back with a smile.
“The Insectoid? Ling Jiu was taken aback.
“Yes, the Insectoid.” Leoux nodded. “The Insectoid is a very peculiar race. It is not an exaggeration to say that they are the most powerful, an apex species comparable to the most powerful immortal Divine-level civilization. If you say they are weak, the Insectoid is weak. Just like on Earth, insects belong to a branch of the Insectoid, and insects are the weakest species on Earth. Right?”
Ling Jiu nodded.
“Of course, the insects on your planet are the descendants of the Insectoids at best, not the real Insectoids.” Leoux continued. “Only the Insectoids having a Queen that rules over them are real Insectoids.”
“The Queen?” Ling Jiu frowned.
“Just like the queens of the bee and ants on Earth, the Queen is the absolute leader of the Insectoid army. It is the Queen that creates an entire army of Insectoids.” Leoux explained. “It is no exaggeration to say that as long as the Queen is given enough resources, she can continuously create the Insectoid warriors. The Insectoid warriors have extrely low intelligence. So they are absolutely obedient to the Queen’s commands. The Queen sends the Insectoid warriors to die, and the Insectoid warriors will never say no. So in an Insectoid army, the Queen is truly an intelligent being. People call the Insectoid civilization the alternative wisdom civilization. This is the aning of the word ‘alternative’.”
“So the powerful, intelligent being you just ntioned refers to the Insectoid Queen?” Ling Jiu took a deep breath and asked in a deep voice.
“That is correct.” Leoux nodded vigorously. “The Insectoid Queen is a creature with very high potential. As long as it is given enough resources, it can continue to evolve and eventually grow into the pinnacle of life in the universe, no less powerful than an adult Fla Astral behemoth. The Queen will continue breeding Insectoid warriors, occupying the surrounding planets, star systems, and even an entire galaxy to plunder resources. Just like the Insectoid army that suddenly appeared on Earth, their purpose is actually very simple: to plunder Earth’s resources.”
“Damn it!” Ling Jiu clenched his fists. “We must never let them succeed.”

Leoux chuckled and saw that Ling Jiu shot out a black glow from his right wrist into the dinsional fissure.
“Mr. Chairman, Brother Vulcan, I will count on you to hold back these bugs while I check out the dinsional fissure!” Ling Jiu shouted at Emperor Might and Vulcan.
“Be careful, Brother Ling!” Vulcan reminded him.
“I will!”
Ling Jiu mid an “okay” gesture as he plunged into the dinsional fissure.
