More than twenty minutes earlier, Alex had already entered the Hard level Horned Rabbit Nest.
This decision had co after careful thought.
The 10% dungeon revenue share ant nothing if no one could clear the dungeon. If players couldn't pass, the profit would forever remain theoretical—a number without substance.
So Alex chose the Hard mode instead of higher tiers, aiming for a version that ordinary teams could complete if guided properly.
He activated recording mode.
If players learned the chanics, if they followed the right positioning and timing, then clears would increase—and so would his inco.
Win-win.
Standing at a safe distance, Alex spoke calmly into the recording.
"Through repeated testing, I found that if you maintain roughly ten ters of distance, the carrot throws from the five elite Horned Rabbits won't reach you."
He demonstrated as he spoke, adjusting his position with precise steps.
"Their carrot attack has a fixed ten-second cooldown. During this window, they can only use their kick skill. But that attack is limited by range. As long as you keep three ters away, they can't touch you."
He paused briefly, letting the rabbits move.
"At this point, mages can cast freely, archers can fire safely, and even assassins or thieves can rush in—as long as you don't get kicked."
The cara captured his movents clearly.
Five elite Horned Rabbits charged.
Alex stepped forward.
A flash of steel.
Five clean strikes.
Five rabbits fell almost simultaneously.
He turned back to the cara, smiling faintly. "My damage is a bit high, so the demo might look easy. But if you follow these steps, difficult mode won't be a problem."
He raised a hand in farewell.
"That's it for the Horned Rabbit Nest guide. See you next ti."
The recording ended.
Alex exhaled deeply.
"Finally done."
He uploaded the video under the title:
"Night Wind Teaches You How to Easily Clear Difficult Horned Rabbit Nest"
Then, casually, he glanced at the forum hopage.
His expression froze.
Thread after thread.
Post after post.
All bearing the sa na.
Night Wind.
After reading through several, Alex sighed, then laughed softly. "So that's how it is."
He hadn't planned to beco famous yet. The original plan was to wait until entering the main city, then build a reputation properly and establish a guild.
But now?
Low-key was no longer an option.
If fate had pushed him into the spotlight—Then he would stand there properly.
Alex removed the concealnt from his personal panel.
Bronze equipnt shimred openly.
Exiting the forum, he returned to the dungeon entrance.
At first, no one noticed.
Then one person stared.
Then another.
Gradually, the surrounding noise faded into an eerie silence.
Thirty seconds later—The realization spread.
"He… he's Night Wind."
Whispers erupted.
"So handso…"
"That's the god-level player!"
"All bronze equipnt… a full set! No wonder he could complete Shura Level difficulty"
"anwhile, I've been grinding two hours for one black iron…"
Soone even started a live broadcast:
"eting Night Wind God!"
Friend requests flooded in by the thousands, system notifications ringing nonstop.
Alex frowned and disabled stranger requests entirely.
Then he raised his voice. "Everyone, please be quiet."
Instant silence t him.
Satisfied, Alex continued calmly.
"I've uploaded a full guide video for the Hard mode Horned Rabbit Nest. You can find it on the forum. Just search for 'Night Wind.'"
The crowd exploded into motion, pulling up the video imdiately.
"So that's how it works!"
"This positioning is insane!"
"No wonder he clears so fast!"
As they watched, stunned, a familiar figure approached.
The fla of the Guild Hegemony.
He smiled, rubbing his hands together slightly. "Night Wind, hello. Have you considered joining a guild?"
Alex shook his head. "No."
"We can offer an elder rank after establishnt. Monthly salary, one hundred thousand."
"Still no."
The fla paused, then laughed helplessly. "Alright. But if you ever need us, the Hegemony guild won't hesitate."
Alex smiled. "Thanks. How's the Venetian Fruit collection?"
"Ten thousand already."
"Good."
Receiving a ssage from Player Snow Princess, Alex waved lightly. "I have things to do. See you."
*
A while later;
"Sister Snow, why did you invite soone who hasn't even arrived yet?"
The small figure beside Player Snow Princess bounced restlessly, her voice chirping like a sparrow that had discovered too many things to complain about at once. She swayed back and forth, hands on her hips, clearly unhappy.
"He'll co soon," Player Snow Princess replied calmly, her tone unhurried, as if waiting were the most natural thing in the world.
That answer only poured oil on the fire.
The little girl instantly entered full dissatisfaction mode. "Making this princess wait for so long? When I see him later, I'm definitely going to teach him a lesson! Sister Snow, don't stop when the ti cos!"
As she spoke, she bared two tiny tiger teeth, clenched her soft white fists, and struck a fierce pose. Unfortunately, no matter how hard she tried, the result was still more cute than intimidating.
"I'll beat him like this!" she said, throwing a few exaggerated punches into the air. "And then like this!"
She was so imrsed in her own fantasy of righteous violence that she didn't even notice Player Snow Princess's amused smile.
Player Snow Princess rely shook her head, choosing not to interrupt. She had long since learned that arguing with Player Snow Dew was pointless.
At that mont, hurried footsteps echoed from the distance.
"Sorry, I'm late!"
Alex arrived at a jog, slowing down only when he reached them.
"It's fine," Player Snow Princess said gently. "We just got here, too."
Before Alex could respond, a sharp voice cut in from the side.
"Hmph! We've been here forever already!" Player Snow Dew puffed out her cheeks, arms crossed, eyes narrowed in dissatisfaction. "If it weren't for waiting for this big idiot, this princess would've gone inside and cleared the dungeon already!"
Alex laughed, completely unfazed. His gaze flicked to the small girl, then back to Player Snow Princess. "Is this your niece? She's quite cute."
Player Snow Princess laughed softly but said nothing.
Player Snow Dew's dissatisfaction ter instantly maxed out.
"You idiot!" she shouted, pointing straight at Alex. "Who are you calling Sister Snow's niece? Do you even have eyes? This princess is eighteen this year!"
"Oh?" Alex raised an eyebrow, deliberately teasing. "Couldn't tell at all."
"You—you—!" Player Snow Dew rolled up her sleeves dramatically, revealing slender arms like polished jade. Hands on her hips, she glared at him as if ready to fight to the death. "If you've got guts, say your level! Let's duel!"
"Alright, alright," Player Snow Princess stepped between them before things escalated further. "We're here for a dungeon, not a fight."
Player Snow Dew snorted and tilted her chin upward. "Fine! For Sister Snow's sake, I'll spare you this ti!"
She shot Alex a sideways glance full of smug disdain.
Alex only smiled and wisely chose silence. Children, after all, were best left alone.
"We picked up a task for the Spider Cave," Player Snow Princess said, shifting back to business. "The spider poison sacs and profession-related drops will go to you. Everything else, we split. Is that okay?"
She had originally planned to clear the dungeon slowly with Player Snow Dew, but the task's ti limit and penalties made that unrealistic. Inviting Alex had seed like a safe choice. After all, anyone who could casually sell that much equipnt at once was clearly not an ordinary player.
Now, seeing his gear up close, Player Snow Princess's heart skipped.
Bronze.
Not one piece.
A full set.
At this stage, when most players were thrilled to own a single black iron item, Alex was already wrapped head to toe in bronze equipnt. The gap was so absurd it almost felt unreal.
So the rumors were true.
Night Wind really was on a completely different level.
Player Snow Dew circled Alex once, eyes wide with curiosity. "Hey! A bronze set? You don't look special at all, but you're actually hiding a god-level face!"
Alex silently agreed with the latter half of that sentence and ignored the first.
"I agree," he said simply. "But I want to be the captain."
"No problem," Player Snow Princess replied without hesitation.
Player Snow Dew shrugged. "Whatever."
System notifications popped up imdiately.
Night Wind invites you to join the team. Accept?
"Yes."
"Yes."
The three-person squad was officially ford.
Alex stepped up to the Spider Cave entrance and glanced at the bulletin board.
Simple: 457 clears
Normal: 102
Hard: 12
Hell: 0
Shura: 0
Clearly, the Spider Cave was far more dangerous than the Horned Rabbit Nest.
"We should choose Hard difficulty," Player Snow Princess suggested quietly, though she lacked confidence. Only twelve clears so far—hardly reassuring.
Alex smiled and shook his head.
"Not Hard."
Player Snow Princess sighed inwardly. Even he wasn't confident?
Then Alex raised his hand and pressed the difficulty selection without hesitation.
"Shura."
The button turned blood-red.
Please enter the dungeon within three minutes.
"Shura…?" Player Snow Princess stared at him in disbelief. "Are you sure?"
Player Snow Dew, on the other hand, practically bounced in place. "Haha! Shura! That sounds exciting! Co on, Sister Snow, let's go!"
