The man’s expression was as calm as water, as if the chase they just experienced hadn’t occurred at all.

"I know."
She knew that if she were in any danger, this man would stand in front of her without hesitation.
So her bottom line was that she couldn’t let herself cause him harm.
Lin Zhenxin would not allow it.
After the phone call, the private guards eventually abandoned the tal detector and decided to let them through.
The convoy continued to move forward at a slow pace!
They were surrounded closely by private guards, and behind those guards were layers upon layers of mountains.
Looking out, it seed like there was no end in sight.
The green hills and clear waters, blue sky, and white clouds, made the scenery here appear like a paradise.
But in contrast to the scenery, they were about to face unknown dangers.
The car finally stopped!
The building ahead was constructed following standard Vietnase architecture, mostly white.
It seed freshly painted, bright, and new.
The car doors were opened by bodyguards, and Li Yanan and Lin Zhenxin each got out from one side.
After getting out of the car, Lin Zhenxin noticed that several won dressed in Vietnase ao dai were already waiting at the door.
A whole row of tall coconut trees, laden with fruit, lined the path.
Li Yanan quickly walked to Lin Zhenxin’s side, his gaze deep and steady, extending his large hand toward her.
Lin Zhenxin smiled faintly and placed her hand into his palm.
A loud laugh ca from the doorway, deafening and full of energy.
"Elliott, I’ve long admired your reputation, but I didn’t think... I’d actually see you here!"
As the voice spoke, Lin Zhenxin finally saw its owner.
He appeared to be in his fifties.
With a robust build, wearing traditional Vietnase attire, tanned skin, and when those eyes stared at you, with an inexplicable enigmatic look.
Lin Zhenxin let Ruan Zhiming scrutinize her, even showing the most appropriate smile at the right mont.
Li Yanan remained motionless, allowing Ruan Zhiming to walk up to him and extend his large hand.
"Mr. Ruan really knows how to talk, isn’t it... you who ’invited’ here?"
Li Yanan responded indifferently, yet Ruan Zhiming showed no sign of displeasure.
Instead, with enthusiastic deanor, he gestured for them to enter the house.
"Mr. Elliott, you’re a busy person. If I didn’t use so special ans, how could I ensure you, Mr. Ruan, notice !"
The weather in Danang is very hot.
Lin Zhenxin had only been standing for a mont and could already feel the intense heat.
Entering inside, a coolness imdiately swept over them.

Ruan Zhiming, however, maintained his smiling deanor, continuously rotating the jade ring on his thumb.
"Mr. Jiang suffered a gunshot and is resting in the upstairs bedroom; I suppose he won’t be able to leave for a while."
Ruan Zhiming sat in a rattan chair, sipping from a teapot.
"Elder Ruan, you’re savvy enough to know this is the worst plan!"
Li Yanan’s expression didn’t change, as if he had known all along that the goal wouldn’t be easily accomplished this ti.
However, Lin Zhenxin subtly took in her surroundings with the corner of her eye.
"Elliott, though you are prestigious and well-known internationally, here in Danang, this is my domain! You’ve just arrived, without paying respects or following the rules, my brothers have a lot of opinions about it!"
