Nathan flapped his four pairs of wings, easily lifting himself off the ground. He was quite familiar with the sensation of flying, as Edna had taken him up in the air before and he had also used to seeing the world from a height through Geen's eyes. From his aerial vantage point, Nathan beheld the imnse figure of a hydra, now standing on its three pairs of legs.

"Damn it, how can I defeat it?" he muttered to himself.

With its large physique, high ranking General grade, and exceptional strength, Nathan would have a difficult ti defeating it, particularly due to this monster's impressive regenerative capabilities.

"Are you planning to use the 'sword,' Master?" Luna's voice echoed, and soon after, her figure materialized, hovering close to Nathan.

Nathan paused, swallowing hard, his tense gaze fixed upon the sword. "I think that could be the best option," he said, "but I need to make sure that no one is watching when I do it."

[Hellfire Mage - teor Shower Tier 2]

[The caster can call forth a torrent of teors, which will co crashing down on their foes in a 3,000-ter-square area. The sheer force of the teors is devastating, causing massive destruction within the area of impact. This skill can swiftly inflict massive damage on a group of enemies or create a hazardous barrier that can prevent their escape.]

[Level 5: Summon 20 teors that deal 70% elental magic damage to a randomly selected area of impact for a duration of 5 seconds.]

Nathan had created a new skill as a Hellfire Mage, but it seed to be less powerful than Thunder Cloud, even though it was able to deliver more damage in a shorter amount of ti, for up to 5 seconds. Despite this, Nathan felt he was still not capable of defeating the monster.

"Master Nathan," Luna said anxiously, "If you wait too long, it will have ti to regain its full strength, making it much harder to defeat it."

The Hydra unleashed a thunderous roar, continuing its relentless advance with its gigantic legs.

Nathan then flapped his four wings, darting away from the hydra's massive head. He swiftly maneuvered around, trying to slash with his sword, but it seed to take quite a while. anwhile, the Hydra's other head was in pursuit, attempting to crash into Nathan and prevent him from attacking any further.

Nathan, keeping a close eye on the situation, suddenly noticed a head turning towards him and shooting an icy blast in his direction. Quickly, he propelled himself away, feeling the chill of the attack trailing him until its energy was extinguished, causing him to return to the sa spot.

Nathan grumbled in frustration as he looked down at his comrades below, battling the never-ending horde of monsters. He knew he had no more ti to waste.

"Rowena, can you hear ?" Nathan called out quietly, his voice barely a whisper. He was hopeful that Rowena, his undead servant, could hear him.

"Yes Master? Is there sothing you need?" she replied.

Nathan persisted in distracting the hydra, striking it with his own strikes in order to impede its movents. It unleashed energy blasts at him on multiple occasions, though he managed to dodge them, buying himself so extra monts to defeat it.

"Do you spot an object with a cuboid shape floating around?" Nathan asked. "Can you take care of it without revealing yourself?"

"Yes, of course, Master," Rowena answered confidently. "I'm certain I can manage that without any trouble."

"I'm so excited to find out what Nathan is going to do!" Max exclaid eagerly. "I can't wait to see the impressive skills he'll showcase tonight!"

Everyone that watched the incident unfold live on broadcast were filled with tension; several caras were shooting from various angles to capture what had happened to the participants, to those who were still fighting the monsters, and also Nathan who was flying through the air attempting to draw attention to the enormous monster.

"This is definitely the climax of this battle!" Max added.

However, all of a sudden, the screen in front of Max shut off, then abruptly changed to a different one. "Oh no, is sothing wrong here?"

A short while later, it beca apparent that several of the caras had stopped working, no longer displaying any images on their screens.

Max sighed, "Oh really? It looks like we're having technical difficulty. I guess we'll have to let the technicians take care of this."

Anonymous Horse: "Are you serious? This is the worst timing ever for the caras to go off!"

Anonymous Lizard: "What a la! We need those videos back as soon as possible!!!"

In the luxuriously decorated room, two plush red sofas were carefully arranged in perfect symtry, with a large flat-screen television placed in the corner. Seated on one of the plush couches, a woman in her early fifties - though her youthful appearance suggested otherwise - was quietly enjoying her ti.

Ruth Gardner was an impressive sight, with her straight, blonde hair falling down her back in a cascade of elegance. She was adorned in golden clothing, which complented her regal air and further enhanced her aura of grandeur.

Ruth Gardner was known as the Toxic Queen in the sword of Disidia. She was the second wife of Devon Gardner, Nathan's father, and from her Devon had four other children: two boys and two girls.

Nathan was the only child of Diana, placed in the middle of the five. Leon was the eldest son, followed by Lucy as the second girl. Then ca Nathan, and finally the twins Lily and Lewis.

Not far from the woman, Leon Gardner, a young man with bright blond hair, was seated. He seed to be lost in thought, intently staring at the screen.

"Do you believe that this is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that Nathan has indeed acquired the Sword of Disidia?" She asked in a composed, graceful manner.

Leon let out a soft chuckle, shaking his head in amusent as he thought to himself. "He deliberately destroyed all the caras so there would be no evidence that he had used that sword," he said, an irritated look on his face.

"It seems that Marco really grasped what I wanted. Even though I'm sure Nathan did hold the sword, nobody else seems to understand that, or maybe Edna knows about it?"

"I think," Leon said slowly, his lips curling up into a slight smile, "that I could make Edna a prisoner so Nathan will give up the sword?" He let out a soft chuckle.

"You promised to protect them," Ruth said firmly, her voice unwavering. "We must adhere to our word."

Ruth asked Leon in a calm yet concerned voice, "Are you absolutely certain you can't find the sword anywhere near Nathan? We must make sure he doesn't take it to Yunatea, as that could be disastrous."

Leon paused for a few monts, his expression thoughtful. His mother noticed the contemplative look on his face and he spoke again, asking, "What if we asked him nicely for the sword?"

Ruth clicked her tongue in exasperation and shot Leon a look of disapproval as she pushed herself off of the couch. "Don't waste my ti, Leon," she firmly instructed. "Stall them for as long as you can before they reach Yunatea. You have to get the sword from him!" She added, "I'll be right back to Yunatea."

Leon then fell silent, his gaze fixated on the screen which gave the appearance that Max was attempting to win the hearts of those who had been disappointed when the live broadcast had abruptly stopped.

"Thundercloud!" Nathan bellowed, his voice echoing across the sky as a deafening clap of thunder bood in response, shaking the ground and reverberating against the gigantic creature before him.

With remarkable agility, Nathan swiftly circled the colossal hydra as lightning struck it in nurous locations.

"teor Showers!" he yelled out with a strong and powerful voice.

No one could have anticipated the awe-inspiring sight that awaited them that night. A brilliant array of twinkling stars lit up the night sky, creating a magical atmosphere of light. It was almost as if the stars were dancing in the sky, and the glimring sparkles resembled a million fireflies. Suddenly, the stars seed to co alive and started to fall from the sky, creating a teor shower that descended towards the Hydra.

As the teor shower drew ever closer, the Hydra beca increasingly aware of the impending danger, frantically attempting to evade the nurous teors that threatened to destroy it. Unfortunately, its efforts were fruitless, as the teors were too fast and too plentiful, raining down on its multiple heads without rcy.

Nathan continued to fly rapidly, desperately seeking to hide himself behind the streaking teors and flashes of lightning. To further confuse anyone watching, he deliberately crafted multiple illusions of himself that appeared to be in different locations. Suddenly, a sword that was the sa size as him appeared in his hand - the Sword of Disidia.
