Jian and ng Shu has been resting in the sect tower and before going to sleep Jian has confird with the system about the survivability of the people inside the secret realm.
So due to that it was getting harder for him to sleep but the system inford him that the system has check the formation and there is highly chance that the formation would work and they would be able to leave the secret realm.
After hearing this he was finally able to leave the stress about the secret realm and go to sleep and recover from the exhaustion.
He and ng Shu slept for straight 12 hours and then only they woke up and felt completely refreshed after waking up they refreshed themselves and then directly went to the top floor of the tower where Ling Min and the tower master was waiting for them.
Jian and ng Shu greeted both elders and both elders nodded and then told Jain and ng Shu to sit and wait.
ng Shu imdiately asked if anyone is able to find people appearing out of no where on the southern continent. Ling Min inford her that there has been no news so for now they are still searching if they can find the people of the secret realm.
ng Shu and Jian were still worried about the people inside the secret realm and because they have form connection with them and if they were not able to survive then it would be lot order for ng Shu and Jian so they asked several question to Ling Min and Tower master and told them if they can do anything to help them.
Ling Min and Tower master smiled seeing this because they were happy seeing that ng Shu and Jian very caring about the people inside the secret realm because most of the ti the other cultivate don't pay attention to anyone.
Now they have that they have discussed about the people inside the secret realm it was finally ti for the rewards of completing the mission

"Before I talk about the rewards let introduced myself as one of you doesn't know my identity I am the tower master of the tower and all the sect which are registered to this Tower are under .
And as for the rewards even though the sect Tower has not decided anything as a reward for completing the mission because it was the punishnt but still I would like to give them the reward from my side."
Jian was shocked he had not expected that he would et the most strongest person in the City by just completing a single mission he was genuinely shocked this ti and it was also showing on his face. Seeing his shocked expression for the first ti ng Shu and her master where laughing.
Jian imdiately cald himself and focused on hearing what the tower master has to say.
"ng Shu for your reward I have already given it your master and when the ti is right he would provide you with the reward and it would be very helpful for you so for now you don't need to ask about it.
As for Jain before I gave give you the rewards I would like to ask you question if you don't mind because your reward depends on this questions?"
Everyone aside from the tower master were shocked because they had not expected that he would like to as several question to Jian.
Jian looked at ng Shu and her master and then nodded because he didn't had any problem answering few question as long as they are within limit.
Seeing him nod the tower master smile and questioned him.
"What is the sect?"
Hearing this question everyone was shocked specially Jian, he had not expected that the tower master would like to ask him such question.
But this was the easy question so he didn't hesitate to answer.
"The sect is a group of people who follow single ideology and continue to work on that ideology."
Hearing this answer everyone was shocked even ng Shu was shocked they were looking at Jian with strange expression.
But the tower master didn't hesitated and imdiately asked the next question.
"Oh I didn't expected you to answer in such way so now that you have answered about the sect your next question is what is ideology?"
Jian had already expected that this would be the next question so he had already prepared an answer for it.
"First of all sects are focused on cultivation and sothing related to cultivation which can help disciples reach higher realm so we can't say that the cultivation is an iodology.
Because all sect only focus on doing one thing which is to increase the cultivation realm but how they are going to achieve that and what is there way of achiving the cultivation is the ideology.
If you like to take example then we can compare my sect which is star sovereign se t and the thunder origin sect and the evil spirit sect the thunder origin set is based on practicing the thunder type cultivation technique and increase the cultivation so there is ideology depends on the thunder type cultivation technique.
For evil spirit sect they don't have any kind of ideology they just want to increase their own strength and they would not be focus on teaching the disciples because they are greedy so I the ideology doesn't matter to them they are ready to do everything for the cultivation.
Now lastly my sect, the ideology behind my sect is that no one is Greater and no one is lower everyone is equal and that everyone is trying to reach to the top of the world so it doesn't matter if you have no talent and you can only reach Foundation building realm then you would need to try to reach top of the foundation building realm so that even others can't defeat you in that realm that is ideology behind my sect if you compare these three sect you will find that are completely different but all of them want one thing and that is cultivation."
Hearing this all of them were speechless especially the tower master when he heard about the ideology behind Jian's sect because it is nearly impossible to have this kind of mindset inside the sect. because in 100 disciples at least 10 or more than 10 disciples are arrogant of their talent so it would be nearly impossible for them to control.
So it was just a dream to think of this kind of idology but he looked at Jian and saw that he was very serious about his ideology and he wants everyone in his sect to try to reach towards top of the world.
"Now that you have explained about the ideology now can you tell what is the difference between the sect and a Clan? "
Jian couldn't understand why the tower master was asking him this type of questions and why the Clans were involved and he also had not thought about comparing the Clans with the sect and after hearing the question he went in deep thought.
But the more he thought the harder the question was he had not expected that the difference between the clan and the sect can be this huge and harder because most of the ti both clan and sect are equal and he knows that the elder is not asking for a simple difference like they have to change their na or not he is asking for sothing very special.
So after thinking a while finally Jian decided to speak and the answer he ca up with was that the sect is Freedom while a clan is restriction.
The 6th floor beca completely silent hearing this answer the tower master was very intrigued then asked further to explain it more.
"As I have already said that there are different types of ideology behind each sect aside from the previous sects example I can say that there are other which follow different ideology like Alchemist types sect or weapon refining type sect.
So the reason I called the sect as a freedom is because you can join any sect at first but if you feel that you are ideology doesn't match with this sect you can try to go to the other sect because all you have gotten from the sect you have work harder for it so the sect also didn't stop you from having a proper route to reach the final destination.
In place of Clan you would need to join them. aning you need to beco one of their family mber and everything you do would be according to their law and rules even though there are rules in the sects but they are not as strict as the Clans.
So if you look behind the history you will see that even the larger clans in the world are pressured to send their talented mber to the sect so that they can cultivate properly without any restrictions from the clan."
