Jian and elders have discussed about the structure for the elders and the disciples and they have decided on the structure and all they have to do is start working on them but the eting has not ended as they still have other things to discuss.
That's why Jian directly went to the next point which was the recruitnt process of the disciples.
"Now that we have decided on the structure of the elders and the disciples. We will focus on the recruitnt forces of the disciples.
The other conditions for the recruitnt will be fixed. But we will not recruit any disciple which is below the Qi condensation realm and even if we want to recruit the disciple they will have to work for the sect at least for so ti before they can gain the recognition of the sect m
Aside from that condition the recruitnt process will be the sa it will be held in the requirent office in the city and Yu Yang will be the main elder who will look after the recruitnt process.
But he will not leave the sect as the elders who will go to the city will be the one star elders who will go to city and all disciples will have to be vetted by the elders up before entering the sect.
The recruitnt process will be held after 3 months and it will be for only one day in 1 day how many disciples can you successfully recruit will depend on yourself.
This will be called minor recruitnt and a single big recruitnt will be held after 6 months which will be held every 6 months which will be held for 3 days and in The sect and for the recruitnt there will be no need to go to the city the disciples will have to co to the sect to pass the examination and successfully get recruited by the sect.
Few more elders will be assigned position of the recruitnt elders. The elder's work will be to recruit the disciples who are highly talented using the orb. They will have to continuously stay in the city so new position will be given to them.
If anyone has more suggestion to add they can really say it."
Everyone beca quiet and thought for a while and after that Ye Qiao was the one who asked the question.
"Jian if you don't mind can you tell how you recruit the disciple and what are the orbs you are talking about.
The people in the sect hall got interested so Jian didn't hesitate and explain it to them.
"The orbs I'm talking about are the orbs which check the cultivation talent, their age and their cultivation realm their and if the disciples have a high talent or anything which can help him improve in the cultivation then the orb will glow green otherwise it will not turn on.
The elders will use that orbs to check if the disciples satisfies the condition to be added to the sect."
Everyone was shocked aside from the Ye Qiao because they had not expected that the orbs worked like this but Ye Qiao already knew this because she had already seen this type of orbs but had not expected that Jian had one of them.
But after that they didn't have any problem with the recruitnt process so they agreed with the condition Jian has told them.
Now only the last point to discuss was the profession of the disciples it was important point and if they are careless then it can affect the disciples so they have to clearly discuss it.
"Aside from the structures and the recruitnt process I want you to bring your attention to the professions of the disciples as you know aside from the cultivation there should be a profession which can help the cultivator clear his mind or help him have a hobby.
As you know our disciples have started to break through to foundation building realm so I think it is ti to help them understand what profession is and help them get a apprenticeship in a particular professional if they wish to learn about it.
Because if they just focus on cultivation then there life will get bored and they will have more bottle necks in the future but if they can improve through the profession then there will be no need for them to worry.
So for that I think we should start spreading the knowledge about the profession and and I think in our sect we already have more than enough elders who have perfect knowledge about the profession and can help disciples and clear their doubts.
But still we can't just tell everyone to follow the profession for that we will also have a type of examination which will tell us which type of profession is suitable for the disciples or it is up to disciples simply choose the profession.
I don't want disciples to waste their ti if they are interested in anything they will be allowed to learn about anything aside from that they will have to do the work themselves.
I am just keeping a point here and I want you to inform the disciples to start going to Scripture hall as for now we will only tell them to learn about it and after so ti then we will start working on the profession."
Everyone nodded because they understood that if they were to do multiple changes in a single ti it will confuse the disciples and also themselves so they have to move step by step so that they can handle any troubleso situation.
After discussing few other points Jian adjourned the eting and told them that they can't imdiately start to structure the sect according to the discussion but for now all they have to do is help the disciples after the baptism.
After that the elders left the sect hall but Jian stopped Yu Yang's team mbers and four other disciples in the sect hall because he wanted to discuss with them their new position and their tasks.
As he was about to discuss with them the system inford him that ng Shu is outside the sect and is waiting outside The Guardian formation he had already expected that ng Shu will co to congratulate him so he imdiately told them to return to the residence and co back in the evening.
That imdiately left and Jian controlled The Guardian formation so that ng Shu and Fang Ning can enter the sect.
A door appeared in front of ng Shu and Fang Ning and they imdiately understood that Jian has created this door for them to enter the sect se they went in without any hesitation.
They entered the sect they were shocked by the huge amount of spirit Qi in the air they had not expected that Jian had such type of concentration of Qi in the sect.
And when ng Shu was more shocked because she was able to find that the sect has just gone through the baptism through the small amount of particles still flowing in the air.
She was in the sect when the sect was Established and she has seen the 1st baptism the sect went through. But she had not expected that the sect will once again go through the baptism that's why she was shocked and speechless.
Fang Ning saw ng Shu shocked expression and he wanted to ask more what is going on but before he could do they both saw Jian flying towards them.
Jian landed in front of them and thanked them for coming to his sect and asked why are they here.
ng Shu didn't waste ti and imdiately spoke
" we will discuss about everything else later but before that congratulation for successfully upgrading your set by one grade.
I had not expected that you will be able to upgrade your sect this fast who'd have thought that you have profound knowledge about cultivation and that's why you were able to help your disciples and achieve such high achievents.
Jian smiled and nodded and accepted her greetings he had not expected that ng Shu would say sothing like this.
" I know that we can't provide you with which can help the sect but this ore can help you refine a successful 3 star weapon so this is the gift from the soaring cloud pavilion for successfully upgrading the sect.

Jian had already expected that they will co to congratulate him but the gift was too much for him so he wanted to reject it but hearing that they still wanted to talk about the business he accepted the gift and thanked them for it and led them do the sect hall.
