Jian was now sitting on the throne in the sect hall thinking about the missions and rewards for the Qi Condensation Realm disciples. After accepting Luo Qing as his disciple he didn't announce it and only gave him tokens.
He was in deep thoughts about the missions he had to think about specifically for Luo Xiu's and others. He had a rough idea in his mind but still, he had to be determined cause he knew that they will co as they heard that they will be able to get heaven grade techniques.
While he was thinking Ye Qiao was also in deep thought. The reason was that till she woke up she had seen everything he has done for the sect and he has even helped Ling'er who couldn't cultivate reach Body tempering realm.
Ye Qiao has seen him do impossible things and what shocked her more was that every disciple had an Earth grade physique and he had helped them awaken them.
Today she was present in all the events that happened in the sect from giving the speech about the cultivation to teaching disciples has left her in shock.
She had also seen where he told Luo Xiu and Su Xiaobo about their cultivation talent. She knew what their cultivation talent was and it was not a problem for but when she heard that he is going to give them heaven grade cultivation technique she was shocked.
She was even more shocked when he accepted Luo Qing as his in na disciples. She knew that he had a talent for Martial Arts but others, she couldn't find anything and his talent was diocre but Jian accepted him as a na disciple and even told him that he would take him as a personal disciple if he could complete so minor.
She didn't leave the sect hall when others left after learning about themselves. She had decided to learn Jian's thoughts on sects. She wanted to know the way of his thinking. So she didn't leave and recalled the events that happened in the sect.
Although Jian was thinking about the sect and disciples he knew that Ye Qiao was still in the hall and knew that she wanted to ask him sothing and is waiting for him.
Since it was night and he had all the ti he needed to discuss anything he decided to ignore her and continue to create missions for the disciples.
Ye Qiao saw that he was ignoring her. Since she didn't have anything to do she also sat there and waited for him to finish his work before asking him.
Both of them didn't speak and continued doing whatever they were doing. This continued for more the five hours and the ti was already past midnight.
Jian had completed creating the missions and then told the system to add them to the Missions Hall. After he was done with the missions he looked up saw that Ye Qiao was still sitting and is waiting for him.
He sighed and "Why are you still waiting, you know that I will not answer any questions you have. So why waste ti, go and relax."
She has heard Jian say this before and after hearing this she would imdiately leave him alone but this ti she didn't leave, she knew that she was not going to ask such questions which can't be answered.
She just wanted to hear his thoughts on the sect and the way of running the sect. So she looked at him and told him that.
He was shocked, this was the first ti he heard her say that she wanted to hear his thoughts on the sect. He thought that she would ask questions that were not answerable as the system said not to.
He looked at her "What do you an by the thoughts on the sect?"
" I ant that your sect, as compared to other one-star sects is fully developed but still you are not satisfied with it. As the sect master, you don't need to personally care for the disciples and clear their doubts.
You have been involved with the sect on a personal level which is not seen by any other sect master.
You also have many things which should not be in a one-star sect and if other high ranked sects were to found out about your sect you will face calamity.
So why rush and why add many extra things which are not required for the one-star sect."
Jian smiled hearing her thoughts and he smiled "I want to rush because I don't want to wait for a ti to co and then only I can develop my sect. I want to be in a continous race with ti.
Although I have not seen another one-star sect I still know that the facility in the sect could cause calamity but why I should not have such a facility.
You see it doesn't matter whether it one-star sect or High ranked sect what matters is that are your disciples loyal to your sect. Do the sect have enough resources to cultivate disciples.
The sects are for teaching cultivation and I am doing that so it doesn't matter whether I should be involved on a personal level. If I were to leave everything on the elders do you believe that the sect would improve at this speed?"
Ye Qiao was shocked when she heard Jian's thought about how he runs the sect. When she thought about it, there was nothing wrong with how he runs the sect.
The more she thought the more she agreed to Jian's way. But one question struck her every ti she would think she would have the sa question, from where he can get high-level things for the sect, but she knew that he would not answer her questions so she continued to think about Jian's thoughts.
She would continue to ask the questions on the sect and he continued to answer them. Their discussion continued till morning.
When their discussion was done. Ye Qiao left the sect Hall with a shocked expression.. The looked she had on was that she needed so ti to think.
