Ye Lu leisurely poured a cup of tea, "What’s the rush? The shareholders are causing trouble just because the stock has fallen, and they lost money, which has them upset. What’s the use of apologizing? What they want is money, not apologies."
Jun Shi sneered, "Who doesn’t know that? So, do you plan on handing out money to placate their anger? Apologies are a way for a big corporation to show its responsibility. At the very least, it would prevent the dia from attacking us even more aggressively."
Jun Shi pointed righteously at the Tian Kun executives.
"Look at them, they’ve apologized so many tis for this matter, but you and Jun Huang, the instigators, refuse to admit any wrong. If you had just apologized properly, the situation would’ve cald down. But you just had to go on the school’s dia yesterday and deny everything, which caused the company’s stock to plumt further and infuriated the shareholders even more. Do you have any sense of responsibility?"
The Tian Kun senior executives also cast displeased glances at Ye Lu, not understanding why she wouldn’t just admit to the fraud and refuse to apologize.
This had put Tian Kun in an extre awkward position, with their company entrance blocked, trapping them all inside.
"I have no sense of responsibility? I think you’re the one who’s quite responsible. If you’re so concerned about the reputation of the Jun Group, what are you doing just standing here? Are you bullying , a re woman, into kneeling and apologizing? As a man of the Jun Family, are you that cowardly?
Hiding behind a woman and flexing your power. I’ll do it, but once I go out there, I’ll cry and say that no one from the Jun Family dares to co out and apologize, that my father-in-law Jun Shi is hiding like a turtle in a shell behind , forcing to kneel!" Ye Lu shrugged, her tone contemptuous, displaying a completely rascally deanor.
The surrounding Tian Kun staff were dumbfounded, and so couldn’t help but let out a snicker.
Jun Shi’s face turned from pale to flush with anger as he glared fiercely at the employees who had chuckled.
"Are you playing the rogue here?"
"Not at all, I’m only speaking the truth. As an elder to and Third Young Master Jun, it would be absolutely normal for you to step up, and I believe that with your eloquence and moral righteousness, you’d be able to charm the shareholders into leaving satisfied."
Jun Shi’s chest tightened as he looked at Ye Lu’s rogue-like expression, completely infuriated.
Why must he insist on forcing Ye Lu out? Of course, it wasn’t about the apologies. In such a sensitive mont, if Ye Lu went out and the shareholders got agitated, and if sothing happened, like ’accidentally’ causing her to miscarry, well, no one could be blad, could they?

So, he wanted to take advantage of the chaos now that the boy was away, and people were causing a racket, to achieve his goals.
But this woman was too much trouble, impervious to both soft and hard tactics.
He could only signal to Tian Kun’s executives with his eyes; if they lost this opportunity, it would be even harder to deal with her in the future.
The Tian Kun executives stepped forward, "Madam, continuing this stand-off with the shareholders isn’t a solution; the entire company’s operations are being affected, not to ntion the economic losses. There are so many shareholders protesting outside, drawing lots of reporters."
