"Had it been the ancient tis, he would have been the emperor, even now, he is a king without a crown. This is what his na, Jun Huang, truly signifies." Feiyu wore an imasurably proud expression.
Ye Lu was left dumbstruck, so ThirdYoung Master Jun was a law unto himself?
This was such an outrageous level of arrogance, she refused to believe that he could continue in such a manner.
"I am no longer an ordinary person, my child is not in his hands anymore. He can dream about using such despicable tactics to make submit."
Striding forth, full of anger, Ye Lu vowed that this ti, she will not bow to this man, not at all.
ThirdYoung Master Jun was in the room.
The sa room where he tornted her last ti.
Walking in, Ye Lu’s face darkened further. Choosing this place for negotiations, the intention to humiliate was all too clear.
The room was ominously dark, with most of the curtains drawn. Even with the sunlight streaming in, everything was bleak. The oppressive atmosphere was enough to induce an illusion of palpable terror.
Ye Lu hated this kind of feeling. It was like an inescapable cage that involuntarily reminded her of the tis she was pinned under him, violated, subjected to pain and unable to resist.
She swallowed down her emotions, insisting that she could not afford to fear him anymore. This would only put her in a disadvantage during the negotiations.
Taking a deep breath, she then coldly addressed the man sitting on the sofa with his eyes closed, uncertain whether he was asleep or rely feigning it.
"ThirdYoung Master Jun, your attack on Yaxing’s stocks is aningless. Please, refrain from such petty behavior."
Her icy words echoed around the room.
Only after a while did ThirdYoung Master Jun reluctantly open his eyes. As soon as he did, Ye Lu was sucked into his abyss-like eyes, prompting an involuntary shiver and a backward step from her.
"It seems becoming Young Mistress Shang has bolstered your confidence. You even dare to challenge so openly! Impressive." His tone was dripping with sarcasm, while he lazily reclined on the sofa, shifting slightly.
As he moved, Ye LU noticed his arm in a white plaster cast, draped under his suit jacket. Despite his injury, he still emanated an intimidating and threatening aura, showing not a shred of weakness.
"You got injured?" She rembered the ssage she received from Feiyu, stating that he had been shot.
It was hard to believe that such an indomitable man could be hurt.
"Are you worried about ?" ThirdYoung Master Jun looked at her.
"Ha, I just regret that you didn’t die. Why didn’t the bullet hit your head? If it had killed you, the shooter would have done the world a favor." Ye Lu smirked.
Seeing a swift flash of astonishnt and pallor on ThirdYoung Master Jun’s face, she paused, then jeered again.
"You wish for my death that badly? Too bad, you’ll be disappointed. Haven’t you heard that good people die young, while the wicked live on? Heaven spared , a scourge, just to tornt virtuous souls like you."
While he said this, he could still hear her words echoing in his ears— ’I just regret that you didn’t die.’ His heart was pierced deep by her words, causing a queer dull pain and an irrepressible fury.
He was hurt because of her, but she wished him dead.
"What exactly do you want? ThirdYoung Master Jun, na your terms! If they aren’t unreasonable, I’ll consider them!" Ye Lu’s patience had reached its limit, neither did she want to stay for too long in the sa room as this dangerous man.
Although she brought her bodyguards and had the police on standby, she still felt, subconsciously, that this man was very dangerous and she had to guard against him closely.
"Terms?"
ThirdYoung Master Jun stood up abruptly, took long strides towards her forcing her to the wall, step by step.
