Su Feiman took the dication, huffed coldly, and glanced at him askance. "Immoral deeds?"
"Did I say sothing wrong?" Dr. Mason shrugged. They’d known each other for decades, and Mason had never truly feared him.
"No, you didn’t. But tell , is anyone who accomplishes great things truly clean-handed? Don’t worry. She doesn’t dare expose anything. Even if she hates King, she is still the person who loves King the most. King is in my hands now—how could she dare act recklessly?"
Su Feiman’s expression betrayed his full understanding of the situation.
"She’s probably thinking of using these secrets to trade for King’s freedom. That plays right into my hand, making my plan even smoother."
