His heart suddenly went silent, the manic tension just vanished, and in an instant, it grew cold.

Actually, he didn’t have to disclose his past, so she only saw the side of him tornted by his godfather, as if everything was done out of necessity. She only saw how he loved her deeply, regardless of the consequences, without seeing the evil he committed—the inherent wickedness. Then, out of sympathy and pity, she would love him even more.

He could have done that, yet he couldn’t help revealing his dark past in its entirety.

As it turned out, not everyone could accept those mistakes and bloodshed, which also went beyond her moral values. How much she hated him when she initially thought he had killed Old Ling.

Now she had discovered that he had done many things far more cruel than killing Old Ling, she must think of him as a loathso manic murderer.

He mocked himself, it was his own doing, after all. He compulsively burst everything open, leaving her unable to face it.

He truly went mad today, recalling the first ti he t his godfather, triggering the uncontrollable darkness and madness within him.

He turned over and got out of bed.

"Where are you going?" she asked from behind.

"I’m going out for a walk, I think, right now, you probably don’t want to see !" Third Young Master Jun said calmly, walked towards the door, and grasped the doorknob.

"I really didn’t know, I thought of you as too simple. You’ve done so many evil deeds, I despise those who treat lives like weeds, who whimsically ruin others’ lives," her voice was incredibly intense, even trembling.

Third Young Master Jun’s heart trembled. He knew she couldn’t accept it, she hated it, but hearing her say so made his heart ache intensely.

He was willing to be hated and despised by everyone but her.

He closed his eyes and pulled the door open.

"But if you truly are a venomous snake, I fear I would willingly succumb to the venom because of you." She rushed over, hugged him tightly from behind, and cried out loudly, "Even if you’re that bad, so bad that I can’t stand any of my own principles, rotten to the core. Yet I still love you, I love you Jun Huang, madly in love with you!"

Third Young Master Jun’s back went stiff, his expression shocked.

"Why?" he gasped for air, his heart pounding wildly, almost leaping out of his chest.

"I don’t know."

Ye Lu’s eyes were teary, her small face pressed tightly against his warm back.

"All I know is, when I heard about the first ti you witnessed a murder, my heart ached so badly. When I heard you killed without batting an eye, and saw your lonely deanor, I wanted to be by your side, to end your solitude. I’m indeed mad, aren’t I? I’m not as good as you think, for the man I love, I’m irrationally biased to the point of losing my sanity."

Third Young Master Jun’s pupils dilated, disbelief spreading across his face as his heart shook so fiercely that his whole body trembled, even his fingers.

"I kept thinking, if this world had a ti machine, I would definitely fly back to when you were twelve, to pull you away from that place, so you wouldn’t have to suffer under your godfather’s control, to spare you so of the pain."

Her heart ached imasurably, Jun Huang, such a man cruel to the core, over the past decade or more, the pain he must have endured was unknowable.

He was abandoned by his mother, despised by his father, and then tortured by his godfather.

If he was at fault, then who was responsible for the initial bla he carried?

"Jun Huang, we can’t change the past, we might not even change the present, but we can change the future.

Listen to , I love you, I love your virtues, and I will love your flaws, love your strength and your loneliness, will accept your past, and will accept your sins and wrongdoings!"
