Third Young Master Jun’s heart stopped, his fists clenched white, staring intently at the screen.
"Aren’t you going to do it? Once she drinks the milk, you won’t even have the chance to regret it," Gu Yan’s mocking voice ca through the phone, filled with the thrill of playing with people’s hearts.
Watching the struggle in Third Young Master Jun’s eyes was quite amusing.

A sharp, alarming gunshot cut Gu Yan’s words off in an instant.
The gunshot sent blood spraying, splatters even landing on the phone screen, staining a patch of it red.
Gu Yan’s back went rigid, sitting there dumbfounded, watching and listening to the furious shouts on the other end of the line as Third Young Master Jun’s subordinates rushed to support his body, as straight as steel yet wavering.
Amidst the chaos, looking at Third Young Master Jun’s pale face, one hand holding a gun and the other bleeding profusely, he still forcefully propped himself up, coldly pushing away the subordinates crowding around him.
"One more shot, Gu Yan, if you fail the promise between n, I will utterly despise you!"
Third Young Master Jun once again lifted the gun, aiming it at his own arm. His handso face showed a composure that looked down upon the world, unshaken and steady, exuding an awe-inspiring arrogance.
Gu Yan shivered, a pain he couldn’t quite describe suddenly rising from deep within.
At that mont, he finally understood, he and Jun Huang were not the sa. He had always been deceiving himself, trying to prove that Jun Huang was not better than him.
But that shot made his own inferiority reach its highest point.
He was no match for him, never able to win against him.
This realization caused him unbearable agony, the urge to destroy everything.
Just then, the video feed suddenly changed, Ye Lu, with the glass of milk close to her lips, abruptly turned her hand, throwing it all into the bodyguard’s eyes.
The bodyguard scread horribly, instinctively covering his eyes.
Ye Lu, with a cold expression, quickly grabbed the lightweight table, showing no rcy as she smashed it onto the bodyguard’s head, causing him to collapse limply to the ground with a thud.
Gu Yan’s face turned ashen, realizing that Ye Lu had sensed sothing was wrong with the milk, was she planning to fight back?
Damn it, he really hadn’t expected her to dare to think about escaping after being so obedient lately.
In the video, Ye Lu frantically searched the bodyguard for the door card, her face lighting up with joy upon finding it.
Gu Yan’s face grew even uglier, his fist slamming down onto the table with a loud noise.
He would never let her escape.
