Ilid seed sowhat disgruntled, planning to extort Third Young Master when he got back, to negotiate a few big deals for himself as compensation.
"Protect us?" Ye Lu imdiately seized upon a key point, her heart palpitated, frowning, "Why would he specifically ask you to co and protect us?"
Feiyu was also staying here. If it was just everyday protection, Feiyu would be enough.
The fact that Third Young Master Jun had Ilid fly over to protect them ant stringent precautions against so formidable person targeting them.
But other than Jun Shi and Yiren being her enemies, who else could it be? If it was only Yiren and Jun Shi, Feiyu would be capable of handling it.
She felt an even greater mystery in her heart, sensing a massive conspiracy looming before her, yet she knew nothing about it.
"Hehe, I’m just joking," Ilid didn’t wish to speak further, king had said she was pregnant and close to giving birth, learning about those matters would only affect her mood and impact the baby.
