That night Kent sat cross-legged on his bed. He is thinking about how to level up his sword intent. His current level is level one. Suddenly, Kent got an idea.

His two SSS-RANK skills can help him level up. His first SSS-RANK copy spiritual energy sub-skills can let him copy others' skills if he has an affinity for that. He only needs to find so cultivators who have sword intent, and then copy their intent.

Although it sounds so easy, how will he find a sword-intent cultivator? Sword cultivators are easy to find but sword intent… It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

His second skill is SSS-RANK architect of creation. He can create anything as long as he has the blueprint, materials, or ntal imagination or blueprint. He can fix anything or create anything.

Kent murmurs to himself, I fixed many old swords in the ruins. Grandpa Xian Yu said, that if soone uses a sword for many years, that sword absorbs a tiny amount of sword intent from the user. It doesn't matter if the user has sword intent or not. The intent gets created by repeated uses.

Let try if I can pull out that sword intent or not. Kent opened his void domain where he put everything. He pulls out all the swords. Then closed his eyes holding one sword in his hands.

Kent focuses his spiritual sense on the sword, then he tries to feel the Sword's intent. A few seconds later he found sothing with blue and white lines inside the sword, it was thin as if a hair was cut into thousands of slices.

Kent widens his spiritual scene hands, he tries to pull that out. At first, nothing happened, but then those tiny thin lines started to gather around his hands. When Kent opens his eyes he sees so sword intent gather around his real hand.

Kent without any delay makes a fist crushing the sword intent. The sword intent inter his body and veins making his sword intent grow a little. But Kent didn't feel any chances. One by one Kent gathered all the sword's sword intent.

After that, a system default notification cos.

Ding!

Sword intent: Level- One

Progress: 51%

Note: Create(by training) or absorb 49% more sword intent to level up.

After seeing the notification Kent gets angry. Damn it. After doing that much work my progress is only Fifty-one percent. I don't have any sword left. I have to go back to training Xian Grandpa Xian Yu for level up.

Next day-

.

.

.

The morning sun had barely risen when Kent arrived at the backyard, yawning and stretching. Today was the day.

Ever since he pulled out the sword intent from the old weapons, he could sleep the entire night. Progress: 51%. That number had been taunting him like an unfulfilled promise. But not for long.

Standing in the yard was Xian Yu, the grumpy old sword master, already drinking tea like he had no mortal worries. His previously long grey beard now black and dium size swayed slightly in the morning breeze, and his sharp eyes glanced at Kent lazily.

"You're late," Xian Yu muttered.

Kent yawned. "The sun's barely up."

"A true swordsman starts before the sun rises."

Kent sighed. "Yeah? A true swordsman also needs sleep."

Xian Yu flicked his wrist, and a single leaf floated from a tree nearby. Before Kent could react, the leaf shot toward him at insane speed, slicing the tip of his hair.

Kent gulped. "…Alright. Maybe less arguing, more training." The old man is different now. After his broken physique was fixed, he started to act more arrogantly.

Kent picked up his wooden training sword, assuming a stance. His mind focused, his breathing steady. Sword intent wasn't just about swinging hard—it was about will.

Xian Yu, watched as Kent closed his eyes, focusing deeply. The air around Kent shifted. A faint pressure ford, as if the world itself was responding to him.

And then—boom.

Kent's wooden sword glowed faintly, surrounded by a sharp aura. The ground beneath him cracked slightly as a surge of energy pulsed outward.

Xian Yu's teacup slipped from his fingers and shattered.

"What is the—"

Kent didn't notice. His focus was entirely on the sensation—his sword intent was leveling up. Because last night he absorbed all that sword intent. His body gets the sensation to it, now creating sword intent at the speed of light (Temporary). The scattered fragnts of sword intent he had absorbed resurfaced, rging into sothing stronger.

Ding!

Sword Intent: Level-2 Achieved! Next level-up progress: 1%

Kent's eyes snapped open. His training sword humd with energy, vibrating like it had a will of its own.

"Holy crap," Kent muttered, looking at his sword.

He turned to Xian Yu, excited to show off. But the old man was gone. He could find the old man in the yard.

Inside the house, Xian Yu stood in front of a mirror, gripping his beard and crying like a baby in frustration.

"Unbelievable. UNBELIEVABLE."

He had trained in the way of the sword for decades. As a child, he practised until his hands bled, swinging his blade thousands of tis a day. Yet, he never awakened sword intent.

And then this brat—this nonsense-spewing, money-hoarding, naughty brat—cos along and awakens sword intent in two months.

Two… Months… Xian Yu yanked his hair in frustration. "What is the aning of this?!"

Outside, Kent was still training, clueless.

But then—Ding!

250, 550, 777, 888, 999, 999, 999….. SP copied from Xian Yu (Frustration).

Kent paused, blinking. "Wait, what?"

Why was Xian Yu frustrated?

Monts later, Xian Yu returned, looking perfectly calm.

Kent narrowed his eyes. Suspicious.

"Old man," Kent started, "Did sothing—"

"Nothing happened," Xian Yu cut in.

"...You sure?"

"Of course," Xian Yu said, face twitching slightly. He quickly changed the subject. "Anyway. I have sothing to teach you."

Kent shrugged. "Alright."

Xian Yu plucked two leaves from the nearby tree. He flicked his wrist, and the leaves floated effortlessly in the air.

Kent watched, unimpressed. "Leaf bending? That's your lesson?" Are you AVATAR?

Xian Yu sighed. "Idiot. Watch closely."

With a subtle movent of his fingers, the two leaves shot forward, cutting through a rock like hot knives through butter.

Kent's mouth fell open. "What the—"

Xian Yu smirked. "This is a principle of sword control. A master swordsman doesn't need a weapon in his hands—his will is the blade."

He tossed a leaf to Kent. "Try it."

Kent imdiately sat cross-legged. Sothing clicked in his mind. Kent closed his eyes, replaying Xian Yu's demonstration in his mind.

He could feel the leaf in his hand. The way the old man manipulated it wasn't just technique—it was control over sword energy and aura itself.

A spark ignited. The world seed to slow. Kent inhaled, focusing every ounce of his newly levelled-up sword intent into the leaf.

He flicked his fingers—and the leaf floated. Kent's heart raced. He could feel it. The leaf hovered in the air, following his will. This is it. This is the next step.

And then—whoosh! The leaf shot forward, cutting a deep line into a tree trunk.

Ding!

Sword Dao Technique step two learn: "Sword Control" level up from beginning To advance.

Kent's eyes snapped open. His entire being buzzed with excitent. He imdiately grabbed his actual sword and lifted it slightly in the air.

It worked. Kent sought. Then He moved his fingers slightly—the sword hovered.

"No way—"

He pointed forward. The sword shot ahead, slicing clean through a wooden dummy.

He waved his hand—the sword curved in midair, circling back like a guided missile. Kent laughed. "HAHAHA! This is aweso!"

He played around for the next ten minutes, making his sword:

-Spin in circles.

-Do figure eights.

-Hover behind him like a bodyguard.

Then, he excitedly ran back to Xian Yu to show off. Kent burst into the house. "Old man! Look at this!" He demonstrated his new technique, making his sword hover.

Xian Yu's smile twitched. On the outside, he nodded. "Impressive." On the inside: IT TOOK 5 YEARS TO MASTER Sword Control! FIFTEEN Years of training yet no sword intent! AND THIS KID DID IT IN TWO MONTHS?!

Xian Yu forced a smile. "Well done. Keep practising."

Kent grinned. "Are you jealous?"

Xian Yu drank his tea aggressively. "No."

"Are you sure?"

Sipppp!!!!

Kent smirked and left to practice more.

Xian Yu sat completely still, staring at the wall. "I'm going bald," From pulling my hair out.

Just as Kent was preparing to try another trick with his flying sword, the door to the house slamd open.

Nima stord out, hair ssy, eyes blazing with the fury of a sleep-deprived demon.

"I CAN'T SLEEP!" she yelled. "WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?!"

Kent turned, then replied. "Training."

Nima pointed an accusing finger. "You're making the ground shake! And what's with all the whooshing sounds? Are you summoning a storm?!"

Xian Yu coughed into his fist. "Ahem. He levelled up his sword technique."

Nima's eyes narrowed at Kent. "Is that why you're giggling like an idiot?"

Nima stepped back. "Nope. I don't like this. I'm going back to sleep. If you wake up again, I'm feeding your sword to Lumo."

Kent gasped. "You wouldn't."

Nima smirked. "Try ."

And with that, she stomped back inside.

Kent looked at Xian Yu. "She's scary."

Xian Yu nodded. "Terrifying."

Kent grinned and made his sword spin again. "I'm still practising."

Xian Yu sighed, already feeling another headache coming. Kent had done in two months what had taken him a lifeti. Life is so unfair to him. But Kent is his disciple and that gave him relief.
