As soon as he thought of it, Chen Ze imdiately went upstairs, rummaged through his cabinet, and then brought down the long-dusty werewolf ga from inside, taking it to the first floor.
The werewolf ga, it’s quite a well-known board ga, and it’s very popular these days. There are no small number of players, and Chen Ze had played it before. Although he played quite poorly back then, either exploding in chat or getting utterly bamboozled by others, he still played for a while.
Generally speaking, the werewolf ga requires at least six people: two villagers, two clerics, and two wolves. If there are fewer players, it becos very troubleso, and the fun of the ga is greatly reduced.
Even though the werewolf ga requires a certain number of players, Chen Ze couldn’t find anyone to play with these individuals at the mont. After all, besides himself and Betty, there were no other custors in the restaurant.
As for playing werewolf ga with Chen Ze and Betty and these four individuals...
What a joke, playing werewolf ga with Moriarty and Hols? Chen Ze felt that unless you were one of the intellectually more capable, trying to play werewolf ga with them would probably turn you into an idiot.
Moreover, Betty’s intelligence wasn’t exactly high. If he played along with Betty, he’d likely end up getting sabotaged by her. So, the best outco was to sit on the sidelines, munch on lon seeds, and watch these big shots pit their wits against each other.
"Ladies and gentlen, I have a suggestion," Chen Ze spoke up, interrupting the lively discussion on deduction that Hols and the others were engaged in when he ca downstairs, with Moriarty also joining in.
The mont Chen Ze disrupted them, he instantly attracted four pairs of eyes, staring straight at him.
"This is a ga called werewolf. Are you interested?" Chen Ze held the small box, looking at the four people in front of him with a smile.
Following that, Chen Ze simply explained the rules of the ga to them, and indeed, it piqued their interest. After all, this wasn’t the outside world, where they could just ask Moriarty to create a cri scene for so live deduction.
So even though the ga sounded a bit uninteresting, it was at least sothing to play.
"I can play, though I feel I’ll be at a disadvantage," Moriarty leaned on his cane, helpless because it seed his reputation was a bit too large.
At least both Conan and Zhu Guangming recognized him, and naturally, he was close to Hols.
"No worries, this ga isn’t just about pointing fingers willy-nilly," Chen Ze shrugged his shoulders—he did not want to play with these individuals.
"Manager, can you call other custors in?" Zhu Guangming was very interested. Although he had just gone through so incidents outside, he was now even more curious about Hols.
"I can’t call them. Actually, every custor here cos in through the door on their own. I can’t invite..." Chen Ze shook his head; this was sothing he couldn’t control. He couldn’t just drag custors in.
However, before Chen Ze could finish speaking, the door was pushed open, and Chen Ze saw the Joker, dressed in purple, walking in.
"Hehehe... what’s going on today?" Joker looked around the bustling restaurant, licking his lips.
A frown ford on the faces of the detectives, led by Hols. They didn’t know why, but as soon as Joker ca in, they felt a sensation as if they were seeing a villain.
"... they’re getting ready to play a ga. Do you want to play?" Chen Ze covered his face. His own mouth was really toxic—it was now five people. If he joined, wouldn’t that make six? They could even make Betty the referee.
But...
Looking at the lineup before him, Chen Ze felt a bit anxious.
"If only we could have one more," Chen Ze sighed, watching the expectant look in Conan and the others’ eyes, feeling unable to refuse them.
"Manager~ Betty, there are so many custors today," Ronna also walked in, pushing the door. Chen Ze’s eyes brightened upon seeing her.
Chen Ze then pulled Ronna to the table and had her sit next to Moriarty, after which Moriarty explained the ga rules to her.
"Ehh?" Ronna blinked, it’s nice to play gas, but she still had to attend classes.
"Ronna, let’s use this ga to test you this ti," Moriarty thought of a solution. Confronting these guys would indeed help Ronna grow.
"Mhm," Ronna nodded in relief.
Chen Ze then called Betty over, explained to her the process and rules of being a referee, and then went back to the kitchen. The custors were playing Werewolf, but Chen Ze couldn’t just sit around; he had to prepare the food they would need.
"I always feel this isn’t quite fair to Ronna," Chen Ze glanced at the dining area, where Betty was having them draw identity cards.
Looking at this lineup, Hols, Zhu Guangming, and Conan—three detectives, coupled with the super villains, Moriarty and Joker—it’s simply overwhelming for the innocent little lamb Ronna caught in the middle.
"Phew... I hope this kid doesn’t have a ntal breakdown," Chen Ze sighed and looked at Joker, who was extrely excited.
At first, Joker had no intention of playing because he wasn’t interested in these gas, but after hearing Chen Ze introduce the identities of the other players, Joker beca very intrigued.
Chen Ze didn’t bother with Joker and the others. He planned to make so convenient and delicious snacks for them, but before that, he needed to use "How hot is it in Tokyo?" to film their ga proceedings.
Chen Ze felt that if he could capture it, it would be suitable as an online detective movie without any issues.
It would definitely be full of twists, and the actors’ competing performances and their deductions could greatly satisfy mystery enthusiasts.
"Just like that, even if I don’t post it online, it’s still a nice thing to watch for myself," Chen Ze nodded, quite pleased with the idea.
anwhile, in the restaurant, an epic ga of Werewolf had begun under Betty’s direction.
Everyone had drawn their identity cards and, after taking a peek, kept them hidden from the others, except for one person who was different—Joker.
"Sir, are you sure you don’t want to look at your identity card?" Betty asked Joker, sowhat hesitant.
"Why ask? By knowing their identities, I’ll know everything~" Joker laughed maniacally, his face the only one with an expression apart from the little girl.
"But if you don’t look, we can’t confirm who the werewolf is," Betty was even more perplexed.
"What a hassle," Joker lost a third of his interest at once, opened his identity card with lackluster enthusiasm, took a glance, and then the maniacal smile reappeared on his face.
This would be a very interesting ga.
"Let’s get started~"
