Chen Ze felt that if he had to find a comparison to describe the taste of the cooked Dragon at, it would be closer to a aty jelly and, moreover, a braised one at that, with a strong flavor profile, yet unexpectedly soft to bite into.

However, this thing differed from at jelly; it had a sweet filling inside. When Chen Ze first tasted it, he almost spat it out, knowing that so places like to add sugar into savory dishes, but it wasn’t to his liking.

"The taste is not good," Betty put down her chopsticks in disdain. This Dragon at was on a completely different level compared to the roasted dragon at slices she’d had just before.

"Yeah, boiled Dragon at generally tastes awful, but I have heard there might be a solution," Lafra didn’t even touch her chopsticks. From the mont she saw the Dragon at, she knew her boyfriend had ssed up, and badly at that.

"What’s the solution?" Chen Ze quickly asked. If Dragon at couldn’t be boiled, that would greatly limit the cooking thods available to him, which would be a loss.

"Give a kiss, and I’ll tell you~" Lafra looked at Chen Ze with a smile and pointed to her lips.

"This..." Chen Ze felt sowhat embarrassed. Although he had kissed Lafra before, doing so in front of Betty still made him shy.

"Manager, I just rembered, it’s been a long ti since I beat up Red Helm, I’m going to rest for a bit upstairs~" Betty, very tactfully, stood up and promptly scurried out.

Watching Betty leave and Lafra with her eyes closed, Chen Ze scratched his head awkwardly, but still bent down.

...

The goings-on in the restaurant eventually reached Rum. Rum personally reviewed Vodka and Gin’s reports, then consulted Orange Liquor and Apple Liquor for their opinions.

"So you are saying that the taste of that place is extrely good and that the analysis discovered so unknown ingredients?" Rum looked over the report in hand, picking up a pipe next to him and taking a puff.

"Yes, Boss, according to our research, the food brought over from a place called Dream Restaurant contained ingredients that don’t exist on Earth, but they don’t affect health. Instead, they have..." Orange Liquor nodded, being in charge of research, but she was cut off before finishing.

"I can understand, Orange Liquor, don’t forget, I am a scientist too," Rum, sitting in the chair, waved his hand impatiently. He knew how to read the data; after all, he had once modified a tool person for the organization, although it later betrayed them.

"Yes," Orange Liquor imdiately bowed her head and stepped aside.

Smoke filled the air, but Orange Liquor and Apple Liquor stood motionless like robots in their spots.

Rum, gazing at Tokyo Tower before him, was contemplative. He had already received the reports from Gin and Vodka, but he felt it was all nonsense, and he even suspected Gin, the organization’s most loyal mber, had already betrayed them.

However, Orange Liquor and Apple Liquor had also discovered the sudden appearance of a wooden door on the wall, went in, recorded everything, and found a waiter who was exactly the sa, with the sa restaurant na and even the manager.

Even if Orange Liquor and Apple Liquor had betrayed the organization, there were still many mbers present at the ti; it wasn’t possible that everyone had turned traitor. Most of those annoying fleas had been mostly dealt with.

So, with that said...

"Can that place called Dream Restaurant be acquired by our n?" In a dimly lit room, Rum’s deep voice sounded very magnetic.

"Boss, the probability is quite small; it seems that the restaurant has mastered so technology far beyond the level of human science," replied Orange Liquor. Apple Liquor was just soone responsible for nial tasks.

"Hmm, so what if we used a mushroom?" Rum’s tone remained unchanged.

"Sorry, we can’t estimate the consequences," Orange Liquor shook her head, she rembered what Gin had said about that bullet-blocking light screen and that wooden door that seed to have spatial teleportation properties.

"Then, let’s cooperate. Raise the restaurant’s security clearance to the highest level. Aside from authorized personnel, no one else is permitted to know," Rum set down his pipe. Since force wasn’t an option, cooperation was the next step.

"Okay," nodded Orange Liquor, who had anticipated this answer beforehand.

The organization wasn’t foolish. Why make an enemy of a restaurant that could clearly bring imnse profits? Cooperation was also a good thing, and given the organization’s financial power, what top-grade ingredients couldn’t they obtain?

"By the way, summon the mbers with Top-secret Level SSS clearance. Let’s dine there together; I want to taste their food," Rum lifted his head, the red light flickering in his tallic eye.

"Yes, Boss," Orange Liquor was sowhat excited. She had been longing to visit that restaurant, as its cuisine was simply unforgettable.

Apple Liquor was also very happy. He wanted to eat grilled at, and he enjoyed parties even though he wasn’t an SSS-level mber, but the boss surely wouldn’t mind bringing them along.

Watching Orange Liquor and Apple Liquor leave, Rum took off his artificial eye and sat on the sofa, gazing up at the ceiling.

This place was specifically designed by him. Only by sitting in the chair, lying down in a fixed position, and looking up with just one eye could one see the painting.

The painting depicted an old man with a boy and a girl beside him, both children laughing happily. In the boy’s hands, there was a paper pinwheel.

"Huff..." Rum relaxed for a mont, then sat up and reinserted his artificial eye.

Soon enough, the order from Boss Rum’s Liquor spread to the ears of all the mbers from the gathering.

Vermouth also received Rum’s Liquor’s order. She tore off the mask from her face, looked towards Conan and Ai Haibara in the distance, and smiled as she put down her phone.

"I really want to see what this restaurant that even you rave about tastes like," Vermouth leaned against a wall, glancing at her watch.

"Going by the ti, there should still be a while, right?" Vermouth looked at the nearby Pearl Milk Tea Shop and decided to buy a cup of the recently trending pearl milk tea in Japan.

After Vermouth bought her milk tea, a black car precisely stopped at her side, as expected. Vermouth naturally opened the door and sat down inside.

"You got Rum’s order, didn’t you?" Gin gave Vermouth a cold look.

"Of course, let’s drive. I want to try the restaurant that you and Orange Liquor can’t stop thinking about," Vermouth sucked on her pearl milk tea. The taste really was good—sweet and delicious.

"This is the fifth gathering of the highest-ranking mbers, let’s go," Gin snorted coldly, adjusting his hat.
