"Yo, Manager, long ti no see." Sebastian pushed open the door and enthusiastically waved at Chen Ze.
"Long ti no see, Sebastian. Are you the only dragon coming today?" Chen Ze looked behind Sebastian with a puzzled expression, not seeing his usual inseparable good buddy, Dragon Ryssel.
"Yeah, Ryssel got married, and then he’s probably under his parents’ pressure, trying hard to give them grandchildren." Sebastian greeted Betty with a smile and then sat down at the table.
"He’s making grandchildren? It looks like Ryssel will be pretty busy lately." Betty enthusiastically leaned over to pour a glass of lemon water. Chen Ze’s custors in the restaurant weren’t many, and Betty knew very well what kind of drinks they liked.
Take Sebastian, for instance, his favorite drink was lemon water, especially with ice in it.
"Yeah, but that’s also Ryssel’s good fortune. Manager, you don’t look so good." Sebastian looked at Chen Ze; he always felt that today’s Chen Ze looked as if he hadn’t slept well.
"Yeah, if there was a ghost bothering you all night long, you wouldn’t sleep well either." Chen Ze rolled his eyes; he was genuinely convinced now.
Just thinking about last night’s ordeal made Chen Ze feel like he was in agony, not because Miss Kayako had done anything to him, but simply because he hadn’t slept well.
Chen Ze returned to his bedroom last night, just as he pushed open the door, he saw Miss Kayako looking down at him from the ceiling, which plunged him into deep thought—why did the Kayako, who had been eradicated by the Magic Circle, continue to appear in his restaurant?
Then Chen Ze controlled the Magic Circle and eradicated Kayako again, but as soon as he climbed into bed, he felt an extra object in his arms, and when he lifted the covers, he saw Kayako’s face.
Chen Ze didn’t rember exactly how many tis he had eradicated Kayako, but she stuck to him like ivy, which really annoyed him.
Although Chen Ze later tried to completely ignore Kayako, he really overestimated her lower limit...
Have you ever seen a ghost burping in your ear? Other people say an ear sound massage is a pleasure, but Chen Ze felt that if Kayako were to give an ear sound massage, he’d definitely leave a bad review.
At first, Chen Ze thought this was already Kayako’s bottom line, after all, a grudge, a world-renowned grudge, should still have so dignity.
But then Chen Ze discovered, maybe Chen Ze wasn’t human, but Kayako was truly despicable.
Kayako spent the whole night coming up with ways to keep Chen Ze from sleeping, like standing barefoot on Chen Ze’s head. Even though the Magic Circle was there, making it impossible to touch, it felt awful.
And there was turning on the computer and TV, playing the Ju-On series at the loudest volu, god knows... well, Kayako seed to indeed be a ghost.
But Chen Ze completely didn’t understand what Kayako found so captivating about watching her own story, she enjoyed it that much?
In the end, Chen Ze, unable to endure any longer, used the Magic Circle to eradicate Kayako and then did a thorough search of the entire restaurant before finally finding an ominous energy point next to a small hole by the toilet bowl.
Only then could he finally sleep peacefully.
"Eh? Other than the higher-end Ghost Dragons and so higher-level ghosts, shouldn’t other ghosts be harmless?" Sebastian was very puzzled. Which reckless troublemaker dared to provoke this guy?
Let’s not even ntion the Magic Circle in Chen Ze’s restaurant, which even Riesel has described as unfathomable, not to ntion that the Crimson Overlord from the negative dinsion has already spread the word that Chen Ze is her man.
Under such circumstances, even a Charm Spirit wouldn’t dare to provoke Chen Ze, right? Aren’t they afraid of being torn into pieces and then skewered and roasted by the Crimson Overlord once back in the negative dinsion?
"Well, it’s not like a common ghost, more like the product of resentnt," Chen Ze yawned, then put a piece of eel on the grill. Sebastian had ordered a special combo that day.
"A product of resentnt? Sounds quite interesting. If it were Stan, that old bone, he might have so useful suggestions," Sebastian sniffed the air and noticed a very pleasant aroma, which made him unconsciously lick his lips.
"Mr. Sebastian, do you have any good suggestions?" Betty poured another glass of lemonade for Sebastian.
"? I’m just a dummy, don’t expect too much from ," Sebastian idly swished his tail.
Chen Ze flipped the eel over, feeling that Sebastian was the sort to just muddle along.
"My life, eh, as long as I can survive, and have enough to eat and drink each day, that’s enough." The corners of Betty’s mouth twitched involuntarily, she really had never seen a dragon with so little ambition.
Suddenly, the sound of a Wind Chi rang out, and Betty quickly turned her head with a smile on her face and moved closer.
"Welco to Dream Restaurant, cust... oh, what a cute girl!" Betty’s voice of surprise echoed through the restaurant.
Chen Ze stuck his head out to take a look, curious about the kind of girl Betty was talking about.
She had long, shoulder-length chestnut hair, and very delicate features. Indeed, she seed to be a very cute girl, especially significant was the tail behind her and her vertical pupils.
"Dragon?" Chen Ze asked in confusion.
"Sebastian, I knew I’d find you here." The girl, dressed in sumptuous clothing, greeted Sebastian with a cheerful, albeit androgynous, yet pleasant voice.
"Oh, it’s Dragone." Sebastian appeared as lackadaisical as ever.
"And you, Little Succubus, don’t casually call a girl. I am male!" Dragone turned his head and looked at Betty earnestly.
"Eh? I am terribly sorry!" Betty quickly apologized. She truly hadn’t expected soone who looked so feminine to be male.
Chen Ze’s hand trembled, almost spilling the sauce.
He rembered clearly seeing just now—this Dragon nad Dragone, no matter how one looked, appeared as a girl.
"Betty, it’s not your fault; everyone seeing Dragone’s form for the first ti thinks he’s a girl. There was even a dragon who proposed to him once, haha... ow!" Sebastian covered his nose in pain.
"That’s what you get for saying that about ! Sebastian, you brought this on yourself." Dragone rubbed his fist, his fair skin made Betty’s stomach ache; her skin wasn’t even that white.
