He then invited them for lunch, made them laugh, and was nice to them, showering them with complints using his ga and motivational speaking. He wasn’t interested in any of them so Ben never tripped himself up. In addition, due to their particular circ.u.mstances, the amount of convincing he needed to do wasn’t much. Their group’s middle position couldn’t improve or worsen within one round because of points differences. Since they didn’t have anything to lose, it wasn’t too difficult to motivate them to sink Olivia’s plan.
From the beginning, Olivia chose Lawrence to cooperate because of his enmity with Ben. In the case of the group of girls, Ben also chose them for a reason—because they were chubby...
