Xu Qianqian, sitting in the back seat, remained obediently silent, aware that Ye Fan and Zhang Lu had critical matters to attend to and didn’t interrupt.
With such a reaction from Zhang Lu, Ye Fan wasn’t surprised at all. Watching the anxious Zhang Lu, he playfully said, "No need to hurry. If Qi Kexin hasn’t fled, they can’t escape. Soone is with Qi Kexin."
He understood that the commotion caused by Lv Xinxin had alerted Qi Kexin. This showed how vigilant Qi Kexin was; it was impossible for her to remain hidden without making a move. If she realized sothing was amiss, she would have already formulated an escape plan.
If he were Qi Kexin, he would’ve noticed Zhang Lu’s visit long ago. Knowing Zhang Lu’s identity, she would definitely make a swift escape.
If unaware, there was still a chance she’d remain hidden in the hotel room.
The most dangerous place is the safest place, depending on circumstances. For Qi Kexin, danger was indeed danger, and it couldn’t beco a safe place.
Now it all depended on luck; whether Qi Kexin had realized Zhang Lu’s identity.

"Who could’ve expected that, though?" Ye Fan said lightly.
Ten minutes later, Ye Fan and the others reached the room door, broke in directly.
Inside, not a soul was present; Qi Kexin and Hong i were long gone.
"Alas, Qi Kexin got away, right from under our noses," Zhang Lu lanted unwillingly.
She and Qi Kexin seed to have narrowly missed each other. Unexpectedly, the dangerous individuals she sought so diligently slipped by her side.
