Ah, I was actually ranked six now.
"Um, I'm sixth-ranked now."
"Sixth-ranked?!"
"Yeah, I must have passed so people in the last couple of days..."
"Wow, alright, let sort this out!"
The bank teller began rummaging through so sheets of paper. I guess being a leaderboard human really ant a lot here. I was receiving a lot of jealous glares from the other people in the bank who seed to have been waiting for a long ti. The influx of humans here must have caused a lot of people to seek currency.
To be fair, in such a wealthy-looking society, I assud that the currency wouldn't be too hard to get. I had co here mainly because I didn't really know where else to ask for money, but maybe there was so sort of system where the city distributed funds to all of the humans. Whatever the case, there was a lot I didn't know.
A few minutes later, the bank teller seed to have finished organising the files he was going to show .
In front of , he laid out three pieces of paper.
"I can give you these two offers, you don't need to make a decision as you get both. You can have a look at so of the other ones if you like although I doubt you'd want them"

(For any human who is ranked above 100.)
The applicable human will be generously offered 400 Krena for their ti in the city. If they join the guard or any other official military establishnt, they will be offered a further 20 Krena per day. They are given imdiate access to join either the guard or the main army and do not require an assessnt.
[Conditions]
1. The applicable human is only allowed to take this offer once.
2. The applicable human must be ranked 100th or above on the Global Human leaderboard at the ti of application (proof required). Otherwise, the applicable human can also show their [Shadow Realiser] as proof of being in the top 100 at so point.
3. For the 20 Krena per day, the human must either join a force at the ti of application or show evidence of prior involvent.

(For any human who is ranked above 10.)
The applicable human will be generously offered 1000 Krena for their ti in the city. They are also given access to the Exclusive Major Combatant Program and also given an Express VIP Money Card.

1. The applicable human is only allowed to take this offer once.
2. The applicable human must be ranked 10th or above on the Global Human leaderboard at the ti of application (proof required). Otherwise, the applicable human can also show an armband (Silver or Gold) as proof of being in the top 10 at so point.
3. For details on the Major Combatant Program and Express VIP Money Card, please refer to section 2.

The Exclusive Major Combatant Program give access to all military rights to the person in question. For more details, please consult the local mayor.
The Express VIP Money Card is a card which gives various benefits which are decided by each individual business. Ask the business for more details

Well, this was just a step up from the previous. I guess there were a lot of free things for to get. These were the two that I was given just for being a top leaderboard human. I looked over at so of the other sheets which included different conditions. It seed that the other offers were more for so of the less privileged humans.
They were just worse than my offers in every way.

(For any human who recently entered the city as a refugee.)
The applicable human will be generously offered 20 Krena as an initial loan. This will allow them to sustain themselves for the first few days until they are able to find a job. The loan will work at a 5% interest rate per month with a 5 Krena repaynt fee. They will also be given a Refugee Card.
[Conditions]
1. The applicable human is only allowed to take this offer once.
2. The applicable human must have entered the city within the last 5 days.
3. For details on the Refugee Card, please refer to section 2.

The Refugee card will offer various employnt opportunities as outlined by the Ergency Refugee Act.

There a few other offers but they were all for various different types of refugees, none of which really benefitted . All I needed were the two offers that I were given anyways, they provided more than enough depending on the value of a Krena.
I signed my na on both Offer 004 and Offer 019. After that, I handed them back over to the bank teller as he stamped them and started getting so money. It seed that they had paper money, similar to the currency we used to have before we were all transported here.
"Oh yeah, so are you interested in joining a military organisation?"
"Um, what exactly does that entail?"
"Usually it ans participating in defensive operations and fighting when called for."
"Uh... I guess that doesn't sound too bad..."
"Oh, don't worry, you will always get a choice, they'll never force you to fight if you don't want to for whatever reason. However, you will get paid if you do choose to participate in combat."
"Well, in that case it's all fine then."
"I'll put you down then."
After finalising the paperwork, the bank teller handed a large lump of money before printing out my various other benefits.
I felt a lot of glares on as I held the large sum of money in my hand.
