"I have to go sowhere, so you have to stay here for now since I can't bring you along." Lucian spoke, looking back at her.
"B- But sir, how am I going to protect you if sothing were to go wrong? I have to follow you no matter how dangerous the place you are going to is. " Scarlett spoke.
She still felt the guilt from the last ti. If sothing were to happen to him now, then she wouldn't be able to live.
"Don't worry, it's nothing dangerous. I just need to et soone and I can't bring you along. Just wait here for . I will be back very soon. You can do that, right?" Lucian asked.

Although the beetles had also evolved along with Lucian and had managed to barely reach the early stage of the 3rd Phase, they were still no match for her, and they failed to even cross through her natural defenses.

Gritting his teeth, Lucian flapped his wings with all his might as he moved out of the attack range and barely managed to avoid it, yet it grazed against his left arm and almost tore it off.
"Ughhhh" A painful groan ca out of his mouth. He tried to move to the sky, but suddenly sothing caught his feet firmly.
As he looked down, Lucian noticed hands made of sand were clutching his legs, and the oldest woman of the group was kneeling with her palms pressed against the ground at the back of the group.
A grin was spread across her face just like the other mbers of the group, it seed they were enjoying slowly killing their new leader very much.
BOOM

He coughed out blood and flew backwards without any control. His bones were broken, and internal organs had received so damage.
He tried to get control of his body as the tentacles moved and stopped his body.
Just as his speed had decreased, a strange liquid covered his entire body until he was completely inside a sphere made of goo-like sphere. It was thick, which made Lucian's movent extrely difficult.

Lucian read the warning. He used Velm at full capacity and struck the ground trying to get his body out of the sphere.
