Aur felt like he was in a dream, as countless needles pickled him. The prickles of the needles were small at first but gradually it grew increasing until every fiber of his being felt like it was being prinkled every second, too many to count.
He just stood there with pain emanating from his entire being.
"It hurts."
Aur cried out, he too was a human, a person with emotion: fear, happiness, anger and many more.
"—"
His mouth opened to scream but he couldn't even let out a scream, his lungs seed to give out.
At the midst of pain the rendered his mind to be insane, Aur had only a single thought in his heart:
"I can't endure it."
This thought resounded in his mind almost like a death ultimatum to kill him.
The Dragon Emperor silently looked at Capsuled Aur with a smile playing on his face.
"Milord, you should have given an aesthetic for him to endure the pain, if you do this then…"
"Moonlight," The Dragon Emperor said while turning towards him, "Tell how many unknown variables there should be?"
"Umm…" Moonlight paused, his eyes wide with realisation, "There should only be five but-"
"Aur is an extra addition to the unknown creatures born in this era, according to my calculation, he is a variable, a wildcard essentially."
"What about the other Tier Eight Wizard, Milord, could it be their tricks instead?" Moonlight asked with his face cramped in shock.
"No, it is not a trick at all." The Dragon Emperor shook his head with an expressionless face:
"Although my Probability Magic is not at the Supre level yet however it is very close to it, not to ntion I have 'that' spell, so there is no way for to go wrong with it."
Kael'Zirath was very sure of this in his heart, that even the other Tier Eight Wizards have not determined that Aur was a variable, seeing the bounty that was on Aur, there was even more certainty in his heart.
Divine Human Kingdom at its heart were not actually very interested in the idea of the taking the Unknown Creatures themselves, the only thing they were interested in were the darlings of luck, so there has been a very tactic understanding that as long as there interest is not hard they will not proactively take the Unknown Creatures or harm them in anyway.
The other forces too will also not actively seek out the Darling of Lucks and may even give them to the Divine Human Kingdom for riches and resources that one cannot imagine in their wildest dreams.
"They are really rich bastards." Kael'Zirath gritted his teeth as his mood soured. It is said that the rich attract envy and this has been true from ancient tis. The Divine Human Kingdom were like hogs who consu almost sixty percent of the entire resources in the entire wizard world.
"Then how?" Moonlight said at this ti, his eyes hovering in the capsule that Aur was enclosed in.
"If he doesn't die then he is worthy to join us. If he dies, then good as well." Kael'Zirat's tone was extrely cold, filled with emotionless feelings and most especially there was still that gentle smile on his face that completely betrayed his tone.
In the research room, sweat trickled down from Moonlight as he stood in the sa place but his heart was violently beating, completely betraying his expressionless face.
The Dragon Emperor looked at Moonlight with a aningful eyes as he chuckled.
Aur was still facing tornt inside the capsule, his entire world felt like it was burning in flas.
Every breath now felt like he was dying every single second of the way. There seed to be no escape from this hellhole as Aur continued to be tornted again and again.
Until this movent, Aur has faced pain countless tis, every step of the way as he climbed in both Wizard Path and the Body Path, there was always obstacle upon obstacle, not only physically but also ntally…
He was traumatized by the death of his family, there mory still lingered on his mind like a haunting dream that Aur never wanted to escape.
The pain he now was facing was his entire essence of his Life, the Genes, Genes are the defining characteristics of a physical body, the altercation of the Genes was the complete altercation of his entire being as a whole and the altercation of the body ant the change of soul.
The soul is connected to the body and the body is connected to the soul, these two were completely opposite of each other, yet inexplicably linked together.
Aur at the verge of fainting, directly called out his system, the familiar red panel appeared in front of him and then he used…
"Future Seer, I still have points to use."
Then closed his eyes, his writing body completely stopping.
"He died?" Moonlight's expression turned strange as he looked at Aur who was in the test tube, completely motionless, "or did he fail the transformation? If one fainted then they would fail."
"Sir," One of the won there called out with a nervous expression on her face, "The transformation hasn't failed and he also hasn't died, according to our system, he is still alive and conscious."
"Eh." Moonlight was stunned, his eyes wide with a stunned expression on his face:
"How is this possible?"
His pupils inevitably glanced at the Dragon Emperor for an answer but to his surprise, their Dragon Emperor was also expressionless, his smile seed to fade.
In the end, his mouth curved into a sneer, as he looked at Aur with almost a heated gaze:
"Interesting."
That was all he said, squinting his gaze.
Aur was in a dream-like state as he watched the four cycles of season flash countless tis in front of his eyes.
Below was an old empire, a diaeval one with castles and walls with ti gradually growing greasy and old, the thriving population started to decline.
"This… This feels different from my previous experience." Aur said with a trembling heart.
