"Aur, you are really not going to respond to ?"
Nina asked with narrowed eyes. The surrounding mana grew turbulent as if she would attack Aur at the next mont without rcy.
"Hmm."
Aur seed to finally stop his movent; his blood and Qi slowly returned to calm as he turned towards Nina with a steady gaze.
"Oh, you naive little redhead."
"What do you an, Aur?" Nina asked with a frown, but she rembered the words of the spirit, which made her imdiately pause.
"We have to fight, Aur."
"I see."
Aur nodded his head with a calm expression. "Are we going back to our previous days when we fought against each other?"
He spoke with a small smile appearing at the corner of his mouth.
"It doesn't matter," Nina said, shaking her head as her expression beca colder. "If we are talking about our fight, then I won that…"
"Of course you did," Aur replied with a chuckle. "You have a Tier One Defence Artefact, which made all my attacks practically useless."
"Just like now."

Nina's body slowly started to burn in a fiery blaze that enveloped her entire form, with only a faint shadow remaining visible.
"Tier Three: Fire Body."
She shot forward as a large blue fireball appeared in front of her.
"Tier Three Killer Move: Hell Fire."
The mont the blue fire materialised, the entire surroundings distorted, and a chill crept down Aur's spine.
Aur hurriedly used all the blood and Qi in his body to burst forth with all his strength. His veiny arms bulged with power as he faced the blue flas head-on.
"Fool."
Nina smirked the mont Aur took the blue ball of fla directly.
As Aur t the blue fireball head-on, dust rose from the sheer collision, completely engulfing the area.
"Truly a fool. Even when you were younger, you always used your muscles instead of your brain—not that it matters even if you did use your brain anyway," Nina thought casually in her heart while waiting… waiting for Aur to burn in the blue fla.
However, her pupils froze in place.
"What happened, Nina?"
Aur revealed a creepy smile on his face as he gazed at her. The blue fla crashed directly into his body, engulfing him completely.
However, strangely, an invisible heat erupted from him, isolating the flas from his body.
He was using the blood and Qi in his body to isolate the blue flas!
"This… this…" Nina was imdiately rendered speechless. "How? You shouldn't have even been a wizard, now becoming completely inept…"
"Even if I am not a wizard, I have muscles," Aur roared, with veins popping all over his body.
His blood and Qi acted as a barrier that isolated the blue fire.
Then Aur extended his arms, and imdiately, a sword materialised in his hand, taking on a red hue.
"Take this."
Aur swung the sword as hard as he could, gathering all his strength together.
Nina also leaped forward without pausing in her footsteps. A flaming spear appeared in one of her hands, and in the other, she wielded a flaming sickle.
Although she was montarily shocked, that only lasted for a few monts before she gathered her thoughts again, focusing on the battle with Aur.
"I must win; you are just a stepping stone for , Aur," Nina muttered in her mind.
anwhile, Aur remained completely calm and collected: "These blue flas cannot die down, even if I can isolate them with my blood and Qi; it can only be a temporary fix."
Aur thought to himself as he pushed his body to the limits: "I need to end this battle quickly."
With both of them having different thoughts, the two collided against each other.
At the point of contact, Aur slightly turned at a 20-degree angle, avoiding the sickle as it grazed his hair. Even the flaming sickle caught on the blue fla and withered in just a few monts.
Then his punch landed squarely on her gut.
Nina's eyes widened as she hurriedly used her spell to evade the blue fla, but the sa couldn't be said for Aur's punch.
Boom!
The surroundings exploded as if a terrifying bomb had detonated. Nina was launched into the air, crashing into the prison.
With widened eyes, she vomited a mouthful of blood.
Cough! Cough!
Aur looked at his fist with a disappointed expression.
"Are you wearing a Tier Four defence artefact?" he mumbled.
If it were a Tier Three defence artefact, Aur would have definitely broken it; however, he could distinctly feel that his punch was absorbed, with not even one-hundredth of his strength hitting her.
"Nina, do you know that I let you win when we were fighting just before you left for the Academy?"
Aur silently walked up to her. Nina was still violently coughing up blood while kneeling down.
Her pupils quivered as if she was still in disbelief.
"You allowed to defeat you? What a joke!" Nina smirked as she slightly recovered.
"It's true. Your speed could never match up to mine, even if you had a Tier One defence artefact. I would have exhausted you to death before swiftly finishing you off." Aur spoke in a low whisper.
"But what was the point of defeating you? Instead, I got paid more for Magic Crystals for satisfying your aningless ego."
"How can you be so strong?" Nina asked with a trembling voice.
"It's because of my body," Aur spoke honestly while gazing deeply at her. His large hands slowly extended forward with a hint of vigilance.
Without even touching her, the blue flas surrounding Aur slightly burned her neck with a sizzling sound.
However, the Tier Four defence artefact seed to protect her from taking too much damage, as the blue flas could only cause a minor burn.
Then Aur caught her by the neck, lifting Nina off the ground to his eye level.
Nina looked at him with eyes full of horror and despair, staring into the deep crimson eyes that seed to contain the blazing fury of hell itself.
"Goodbye."
Aur spoke quickly, wanting to snap her neck in one swift motion.
However, the Tier Four defence artefact in her body suddenly activated, and a flow of electricity enveloped Nina.
This electricity was so terrifying that even Aur's large, massive hands were burned. Then the electricity travelled from his hand to his entire body, electrocuting all his organs in one go.
Ahhh—
Aur roared in pain, but his grip on Nina's neck didn't falter.
"Die!" he shouted loudly while increasing the force.
