59 Magical Resource
Looking at all the things spread across the ground, Han Li sighed. "I guess I expected too much out of your trashcan," he said irritatedly. Frowning, Yue Li also looked at the items below fondly.
This was her collection. The things she had been scamd to buy.
Beautiful looking rocks, a mask that looked like an ancient tribal treasure, a painting of a small python, scrolls, and a jar filled with sea shells. Han Li once again used his Soul Senses by taking out his spark and made sure of the important fact — Yes, all these things were worthless shit.
"All those Sacred Coins could've amounted to sothing at least…" he said seeing her fond eyes.
They were back in their ho and packing away things to shift into Liyue's ho when Han Li started to look through her 'Scam Collection' to find whether there was anything useful.
He had wished for a random Body-oriented resource. But curse his bad luck, he didn't find any.
Yue Li gently took all of those things and wrapped them up in a small cloth. "Since we don't have a problem with money any longer, we should actually spend so on these things, sothing might pop up again that is as useful as your cultivation book."
Giving her a stare, he looked around the place. One by one, the house was being stripped. Their bedding was removed and so was the kitchen utensil.
The faint sll of dust lingered on his nose and the whole area felt rather empty and lonely. "So lonely right?" Yue Li said, "I still feel reluctant to go away from here…"
Han Li looked around calmly and then looked back at his mother. She had moist eyes even though her words were calm and her hands were moving.
"We could co back anyti you want. We are just so distance away after all. Coming here to spend our roof-ti sounds like a good idea to ."
Yue Li nodded.
Han Li went beside her and patted her head. She took a deep breath and nodded once more. As long as her Xiao Li was there, which house didn't really matter.
Li Yao seed like the perfect friend too.
Seeing her calm down, Han Li nodded and started doing his part. Covering all their clothes into one big pile and storing them all in one big cloth. Wrapping all of their breakable belongings among the clothes.
There was not much to do but he did what he did ticulously and finally, he took down the cheap curtains, and a stream of morning light flowed inside. Through the sill, he could see the hos around them and so morning birds chirping on small branches and leaves.
"Liyue is here," he said, looking at a black-haired girl walking towards them with a small cloth sack in her hands.
The doors were wide open, so the girl entered and gave the sack to Yue Li. "I searched for more, but I only got one…"
Han Li smiled, put the wrapped curtains aside, and said: "You guys prepare then, I will co back around noon. Put the heavy things aside for but do the rest and don't slack."
"Where are you going?" Yue Li asked with a frown.
"To check if there's sothing new in the market that can help us train." Yue Li grumbled at leaving all the work for them, but he was already walking away and the door closed behind him. Making Liyue chuckle softly.

Walking out of the Starlight Zone and into the main city of Southern Lust, Han Li soon reached the central markets. Imdiately a cacophony of noises assaulted him and he was in the middle of all the hustle and bustle in the city. Hundreds of people, hundreds of stalls selling hundreds of different types of products.
rchants from one of the three clan's zones, rchants from different cities, and even individuals sold their things here. If he could find any good products that might help him in improving his physique quicker, it was here.
"Look at this here, fruits coming right up from Sarak, bountifully harvested and fresh! Just 4 Sacred coins for a handful!"
"Great Leather from a wolf! Cold is coming and this here's just 12 Sacred Coins!"
The sound of the traders yelling out their wares and bargaining filled his ears but having his Spark appear inside his mouth, Han Li didn't care and his gaze and Soul Sense looked around for potentially useful things.
Ordinary plants, fruits, and such were different from 'Magical Resources' and it was hard to tell at a glance. Even for soone as experienced as him, it was impossible to tell at first glance.
Magical Resources would always be bought away by one of the three clans' upper-tier citizens as soon as one appeared in the city.
Among the crowd, Han Li just walked and glanced by each shop's ware without stopping. His movent was slow and unhurried, often checking so of the products after a short conversation with the rchant.
But neither his Soul Sense nor gaze caught anything unusual or interesting. Everything there were normal non-magical goods and he had no use for them.
As long as they were magical, no matter what type, he would have gotten a great bargain. One shop after another, he went in and soon went out.
Magical Resources could be told apart as long as one knew what Energy potency was. If you hold a resource like that in your hand, your Spark will tremble.
It was common knowledge but not everyone here had Sparks, so there was a chance of one or two magical resources mixing up with the rest of the products.
But even after an hour of non-stop search, there was nothing to be found.
"A Magical Resource! A Blue Lotus for sale!" Soone suddenly exclaid and Han Li's attention imdiately shifted.
It was a burly man with a scarred face, he was standing above a wooden box and yelling out loud. His hands held a thick flower in his hands that was filled with thorns.
Imdiately after hearing the announcent, three young people in different robes pushed apart the crowd and moved closer in.
One of them wore white robes and had a healthy white complexion and a charming smile on his face. The other was a man in black robes, his hair spread apart like straws and his eyes a chaotic black. Third was a man in brown clothing who looked burly, he had brown skin and brown eyes.
"Hahaha, this ti it's mine!" exclaid the white-robed boy.
The interested crowd moved aside from the selling burly man and so muttered: "It's the three clans again!"
"Yeah, nobody is allowed to buy Magical Resources except them in the city. If you want to, you can only do so secretly."
Even though the words were muttered as if strangers, Han Li knew it was their own people speaking about it, they were warning the newcors not to interfere.
He frowned and looked at the Magical Resource. Even he couldn't get into this fight for the resource since it was the clan heads themselves who appointed the three people here.
If he wanted them, he could only beco an inner circle mber of the Starlight Clan, and with his foreign Spark, that was impossible.
His red eyes shined as he looked at the three n. His gaze then focused on the young man from Starlight Clan. 'Li Ming,' he thought.
The young man was the sa person he knew, the previous Fiance of Liyue.
He squinted. "Young Masters of the three clans." The scarred man bowed. "I don't know what this Magical Resource might be useful for but my Spark trembles when I touch it, so it must be a Magical Resource."
Li Ming asked with a laugh, "Where did you get it from?"
The Raven clan mber's eyes glead chaotically but he remained silent. The brown-robed young man on the other hand didn't even budge and stood there placidly looking at the scarred man.
Bowing even deeper and stepping down from the box, the scarred man said, " and my friends are from Soman City, and on the way here we were bathing in a river when we found this underwater."
"Anybody here knows its use?" Li Ming asked overbearingly as his gaze road around.
Han Li's eyes glimred but he didn't move. The brown-robed man spoke, "It is just a poisonous lotus that can kill even an adult human when it releases its pores. It is a unique magical resource that grows underwater and grows alongside its rise. When it reaches the surface, that's when it is the most deadly. As of now, it had beco useless."
Both of the other n squinted their eyes. But then sighed inside. Rock clan was known for their stupid honesty, and it was hard to not believe them when they spoke. Especially for a asly magical resource of low value.
Nevertheless, according to clan rules, they had to obtain it.
"500 Sacred Coins," Li Ming said.
"900 Sacred Coins," The Rock-like man said in his calm voice.
Li Ming's eyes twitched. He had said he would get the thing this ti but spend more than a thousand on a useless thing?
"My friend, you can have it this ti for your clan's honesty." He nodded gracefully and with a wave of his hand, moved into the crowd and vanished.
The Raven didn't even bother and with a harrumph, walked away.
Han Li looked at him with a scrutinizing gaze. 'Is the Ravens yet to realize Kevin's death?'
An Evolution stage dying was a big hit and this seed too calm. He then looked at the Rock clan guy with a pondering face.
