Back at the Art Club, everyone else had already arrived. Usami asked curiously, "Eriri, didn't you two arrive first? Why are you the last ones to co in?"
Pointing in the direction of Takanashi Rikka's clubroom, Eriri smiled and said, "The clubroom next door opened, so Kaede-kun and I went to check it out. It's the fan club ford by those two Chuunibyou girls I told you about, who pulled two other people in."
"Uh..."
Usami had a deep impression of Takanashi Rikka and Dekomori Sanae, so she asked, "So, are there four people with Chuunibyou next door now?"
"Not exactly."
Taking out his laptop, Kaede said, "The other two, Takanashi Rikka's classmates—one boy and one girl—don't have Chuunibyou. I don't know how they ended up together; I didn't ask specifically. Anyway, they're right next door, so we'll definitely see them often and find out eventually."
After hearing everyone's conversation, the curious Colette asked, "Senpai, what is Chuunibyou?"
"Hmm?"
Turning to look at Colette, Kaede wasn't sure how to summarize it for her, so he simply beckoned Colette-chan over, searched for the definition of Chuunibyou on his computer, and showed it to her.
Unfortunately, this sort of thing cannot be understood simply by reading an explanation, especially since the various specialized explanations online were confusing. Colette tilted her head after reading it: "I don't understand."
But the girl ca up with a very good idea herself.
Since there were people with Chuunibyou right next door, if she wanted to know, why not just go next door and observe?
Consequently, before anyone could stop her, Colette accelerated and bolted out of the studio toward the room next door.
Silence imdiately fell over the clubroom.
Finally, the president spoke first: "Um, is it alright to let Colette go next door? I don't dislike Chuunibyou, but if Colette gets infected..."
Pinching the bridge of his nose, Kaede said, "I don't think we need to worry too much about that. Chuunibyou doesn't have the ability to infect Colette. She seems innocent, but she's actually quite chaotic."
"Uh... Really?"
Usami asked, puzzled, "I think she's very cute."
Spreading her hands, Eriri explained, "Mizuki, I have a similar view to Kaede-kun. Of course, I'm not speaking ill of Colette; she really is very cute. It's just... the personality she is gradually revealing is the type that acts on every whim. I just hope she uses her ti to seriously learn how to draw, after all, she is the only first-year newcor in our Art Club."
Drawing, huh... Looking at Colette's dedicated easel set up nearby, everyone wondered when that girl, Colette, would return.
They sat down and continued working on their own tasks, but everyone was paying attention to whether any noise would co from next door. Fortunately, after more than ten minutes passed, there was no trouble or sound, which reassured everyone considerably.
Although playful, Colette-chan still wouldn't cause trouble.
After a little while longer, Uchimaki Subaru was halfway through coloring the painting he was working on when Colette returned.
As soon as she entered, she silently ran over to Kaede's side and stared at him quietly.
Being stared at like this by the girl made even Kaede feel uneasy. He stopped what he was doing, looked at her, and asked, "Colette-chan, what's wrong?"
"I have a question, Senpai!"
Colette sat upright with her hands on her knees and said seriously, "I just realized that Chuunibyou seems really cool! Senpai, you're so good at writing light novels, could you give a cool title too?"
"...Huh?"
Kaede was utterly confused, looking at Colette with a bewildered expression.
Not just him, but everyone else looked at Colette in shock.
The president, anwhile, looked at Kaede playfully and said, "Asakura, what did you say earlier?"
"Uh, President, wait a mont."
Kaede raised his hand, looked at Colette, and said, "Um, Colette-chan, can you first tell what happened next door just now? Why do you want to give you a title?"
"Huh? Is that even a question?" Colette tilted her head cutely and said, "Of course, it's because it's cool!"
As she spoke, she struck a very Chuunibyou pose: "Like the user of the Evil Gods True Eye, and that Da... Dark... Flam... Mas... Mas..."
"..." Kaede was silent for a mont, then finished the phrase: "Dark Fla Master?"
"Exactly, exactly! That's the one! Senpai, you know it too?"
Taking a sharp breath, Kaede didn't forget his priorities. He first saved the file on his computer, and then patted Colette's small head, saying, "Wait a mont, I have to step out for sothing. Eriri, keep an eye on Colette."
"Ah... Oh, I understand."
Although Eriri wasn't sure exactly what Kaede was going to do, she could guess that it had sothing to do with the Dark Fla Master Colette had just ntioned.
That kind of title is usually chosen by boys, right? Could it be Togashi Yuuta? But he doesn't look like he has Chuunibyou.
Seeing Kaede leave, Colette asked confusingly, "What is Senpai going to do?"
"It's alright, he'll be back soon."
Since Eriri agreed, she naturally had to help take care of Colette. She waved to Colette-chan and said, "Colette-chan, co here, I'll teach you how to draw manga. Today we're going to draw a really aweso battle!"
"Oh!!! Coming, coming!"
As expected, Colette completely ignored the ntion of the Chuunibou title and directly moved her chair over to Eriri's side.
Then, a few minutes later, a boy's scream ca from outside.
Eriri recognized it as Togashi Yuuta's voice and couldn't help but wonder what Kaede was doing. However, she wasn't worried, not thinking Kaede would do anything excessive, and certainly not resort to violence.
Sure enough, a few more minutes passed, the club room door opened, and Kaede returned.
Kaede's expression was very calm upon his return, making it impossible to guess what had happened outside.
He ca in and sat down. Kaede looked at Colette, who was intently watching Eriri draw, and seeing that she didn't even notice his return, he felt a lot more at ease.
It seems that the girl was just acting on a whim earlier.
However, that kid Togashi Yuuta really needed a little lecture, at least to restrain himself. He shouldn't have a relapse just because he graduated.
