Gajes the ox killer!
People around said those words over and over again. This indicates that he is well-known in town.
The huge ox imdiately rushed at him. Gajes did not lag behind and rushed forward as well.
The fight between them imdiately began.
After approaching, Gajes imdiately hit the gigantic ox with his wooden club. The people around could feel the power of his attack.

Gajes wasn’t bother by it. Instead, he attacked once again and hit it very hard. The head of the ox shook, almost knocking it over.

As he expected, this fight would not be easy for him. In the first place, it was the first ti he faced a monster ox this big in his entire life.
The ox monster suddenly attacked him, however, he t it with a wooden club. Its head tilted on the other side.

The people around seed to be speechless as they watched the ongoing clash between the two giants.
They seed to forget that they were in the middle of a battle.
Their consciousness returned when they heard the guard captain’s loud shout.
"What are you staring at there?! Are you just going to stand by while your comrades are being killed?!"
They imdiately turned around and noticed that many monsters had entered.

A soldier scread when the monster bit his arm. His blood splattered around.
The surroundings were occupied by various types of noise from humans to monsters.
At the top of the wall, the town’s soldiers were fighting the flying monsters.
The monsters they fought were corrupted bats and birds. Their sizes were a hundred tis bigger than what they were originally and a great change could be seen in their forms.

A flaming arrow found a victim. One of the bats was hit and imdiately consud by fire. It did not die directly. It was still flying, trying to escape from the fire. However, after the fire touched its body, it was like a leech that did not want to be separated from it until all that was left of it was ashes.
The fight continued and each side had casualties.
Both human blood and monster blood spilled across the ground, on the stairs from the top of the wall, and on the walls.

A loud cry followed by a loud crash was heard by everyone. The people looked around, especially those nearby. Their eyes widened when they saw Gajes the ox killer lying on the ground. His body was bloody.
Those bruises and wounds on his body showed the intense battle he went through against the monster ox.

The soldiers suddenly beca solemn when they saw Gajes lying on the ground. Next to him was his broken weapon. In their minds, they wondered how they would defeat this monster if even the so-called ox killer had been knocked down by it.

They imdiately noticed an individual next to Gajes. The mont his familiar figure registered in their eyes, the joy that everyone felt at that mont almost couldn’t help but burst out.
Even though they didn’t practice for it, they shouted at the sa ti... ROSSBERT!!!
With the strength of their screams, it even beat the noise of thunder in the sky. Upon uttering that na, the others also imdiately turned around, and when they caught a glimpse of the familiar image of the person who was deed as the strongest in Rothsport Town, tears seed to flow from their eyes.
Finally, the person everyone has been waiting for has arrived.
"Sorry, everyone! I’m late! But don’t worry, I’ll make it up to you!" Rossbert said loudly to everyone.
"R-Rossbert..."
In a weak and strained voice, Rossbert heard Gajes calling.
"Gajes, how are you feeling?"
"B-Before that, b-be careful... that one is very strong..."

Rossbert didn’t co alone, he was with so mbers of the Guardian Guild. But their number was still few compared to the enemies.
The overall battle advantage was still in favor of the monster. However, that didn’t last long because Zoey, Zennie, and Candice, along with rcenaries and soldiers of the Rothsport Family, also arrived.
Zennie and the maids of the Rothsport Family imdiately assisted the wounded. They distributed potions and even used healing magic to heal the injured soldiers.
On the other hand, Zoey and Candice, the muscular woman, along with magicians and rcenaries, joined the battle.
Now their only problem was the flying monsters.
Flying monsters?

Looking above with bewildered faces, they saw the flying monsters being haunted one by one by a stunning beauty.
