For real?! A single attack obliterated the thousands of monsters? That was unbelievable.
The otherworlder heroes knew how strong the monsters in this world were because they had fought many monsters since the day they arrived in this world.
Although there were weak monsters, there were also super strong ones that needed cooperation to kill. Like people, their strength was also separated through ranks. What rank they belong to depends on their strength.

"I see that’s a good move by the mayor. In any case, who is that person who defeated those thousands of monsters? Did you get his identity?" This was what everyone wanted to know as well; the identity of that person that the ssenger was talking about.
The ssenger frowned and looked sowhat down. "Sorry, Your Majesty. We couldn’t get his identity because he was wearing a strange mask like those people who saved the citizens as well. Nonetheless, he disappeared after killing those monsters."
"Is that so? It’s regrettable, but there’s nothing we can do if he wants to hide his identity. By the way, what do you an when you say ’like those other people as well’? Did soone else help in the crisis?"
"Yes, according to the citizens and even the Second-in-Command Officer Hern. They stated that there was a group of masked people who helped evacuate the citizens to the safe area. Everyone believed that those masked people and the masked person who caused the explosion were of the sa group."
"And Your Majesty, since the danger caused by those monsters is mostly resolved by now, Lieutenant Davis hoped to hold a mass ritual for the funeral of our fallen comrades in that place. In that sense, he begged to delay the original task if possible."

The emperor leaned his back on his seat while massaging his temple.

The emperor then stood up from his seat, "Alright, send a ssage to Lieutenant Davis to wait for the additional troops before they continue their task!"

"But Your Majesty, if we send more troops there, we’re weakening our defenses here!" The Minister of Defense said. "Please reconsider your decision!"
"Hm... you’re right but don’t worry. I will do sothing about our defenses here."
"That won’t do! Your Majesty isn’t serious about it. Did you forget that you almost lost your lives a while ago from the assassins?!"
"Eh? Soone tried to assassinate His Majesty?" One of the heroes asked in bewildernt.

"So what happened? The guards caught them?" Asked another hero.
"No. A guest of honor helped His Majesty from the assassins."

"He’s a young man who perford well in the recent subjugation mission, isn’t it, Your Majesty?"
"Yes."
Hero Roy’s hands were trembling, it could be seen that he was clenching them very hard.
He couldn’t accept that a random person did so more shocking achievents than him, the hero! The supposed protagonist of this world!
"Your majesty! Please send to that place!"
