Nolan, who had been worried sick when he saw the shocked face of Erik and noticed that he had put his hand on his stomach, then said, not believing that his twin had shielded them, "You must be kidding !"
Mykael then put a hand on his shoulder and told him, as Colin was also worried sick, "Just relax. Erik was fine just now; it shouldn’t be sothing serious. I’m sure that the baby is fine!"
Nolan tried to relax, as what Mykael had just said was indeed a fact, but then he started biting his nails as he couldn’t help but feel anxious. Mykael shook his head helplessly but didn’t add anything; anyway, they would find out soon what had caused Erik and Alan to react so strongly.
Inside the golden shield, Alan was carrying Erik in a bridal style and asked him, wondering what had happened, "I felt your shock, and I could tell you were thinking about our baby... what happened? Did you feel sick again?"
Erik then moved the hand that was on his stomach, and a beaming smile appeared on his face. To help everyone relax, he sent a ssage to Mykael at the sa ti that he said to Alan, "I felt our baby!"
Alan then widened his eyes, and Erik took his hand that was on his waist and placed it where he had felt their baby, as Alan’s hand was very close to where he had felt the last kick. "Our baby is moving! I felt two little kicks; wait a bit and you should feel it too!"
After just a few seconds, Alan felt it—the tiny movent beneath his hand on Erik’s stomach. He gently sat down on the floor, still cradling Erik in his arms. His hand continued to explore Erik’s stomach, eagerly trying to sense their baby’s movents once more. When he felt it again, a wave of happiness washed over him, completely overwhelming his senses.
Alan then kissed Erik, pouring all the love he felt for him into that embrace. It was hard to believe their baby was already moving, but given that a man’s pregnancy lasted only three months, it wasn’t entirely unexpected.
They stayed like that for a long ti, playing with their baby, trying to guess where the next kick would be. Alan was just beginning to see their baby thanks to the greatly increased perception stat, but what he saw was just the sphere where their baby was growing; he still couldn’t discern their baby’s body.
While they were imrsed in their own bubble of happiness, Mykael and Nolan had resud their training, as they didn’t wish to disturb them during this precious mont.
Fortunately, Erik sent a ssage to Mykael, explaining that it was the first ti he had felt their baby moving, which was why he had been so shocked. This was also the reason Alan had teleported imdiately afterward.
After thanking him and congratulating them, Mykael sent a ssage to Colin to reassure him. Right after, he shared the good news with Nolan, before he didn’t have any nails left.
Mykael couldn’t wait for Colin to get pregnant. If it wasn’t for this war, not only they but also Elias and Miguel could have experienced this very precious mont. He felt nostalgic when thinking about his first family, but he wasn’t sad anymore, as he finally had a new family to love and care for.
Suddenly, Ese appeared nearby, and Mykael imdiately stopped their training to greet her. After all, Ese was the only ancient God esteed by the Warrior Spirits, and she was the only one who could provide them with the Divine fertility potion.
Ese greeted him in return and said to him, "Alan just called to tell that their baby was already moving. He wanted to check on Erik and the baby, but that brat still hasn’t removed his shield."

Mykael couldn’t deny it and replied, "Miguel almost fried him once... Alan told him to wait!"
Ese burst out laughing, as Alan wouldn’t be Alan if he didn’t act this way. He was straightforward and overprotective—though ’overprotective’ was an understatent for him. He also didn’t care what others thought of him; he wasn’t afraid to show and express his love, and he was incredibly loyal.
He was a loyal husband, a loyal friend, and deeply loyal to his family. It was a sha that such a genius Mage couldn’t beco a Priest, but thanks to the bond he shared with Erik, Alan was destined to beco an extraordinary Mage.
After a few more minutes, during which Mykael and Nolan kept Ese company, Alan finally removed his golden shield. Hand in hand with Erik, he approached Ese and greeted her respectfully.
Ese didn’t scold him, even though she complained to Mykael, and she directly opened a golden portal that would lead to a guest room in her palace, situated in the dinsion reserved for the Gods.
The last ti they had visited Ese there, Miguel had told them that Erik didn’t need to use his Stage 2 to stay there, and as for Alan, he also didn’t require a golden shield to protect him against the pressure of this plane of existence. The simple reason they didn’t need any extra protection was that their bond had beco so strong that it could shield them without any problem against this pressure.
So, Alan and Erik didn’t waste ti and followed Ese, excitent filling their hearts.
Ese had brought them here because she felt a little helpless regarding Erik’s pregnancy. The growth of their baby was faster than it should be, and the fact that the baby was already moving was sothing she hadn’t expected to happen so soon.
