632 Please, save her

Kevin teleported back to exactly where Miguel had sent them, and Sora was lying on the floor next to the woman who must have been her mother.

Sora's face was very pale, but not as pale as her mother's, who really did look like she was about to die, and as for their 'uncle', he was doing better than they were but he was terribly worried, and Kevin could feel his distress thanks to the energy sharing that Axel had kept active so that he could continue to have access to so of his powers.

Kevin then approached them and he asked Willow, while stroking her hair: "Sweetie, how are they?"

Willow then told him: "I've given all three of them a legendary grade healing potion, and I've also made them drink a redy for ntal fatigue.

Lena also purified their bodies so if they had any microscopic black particles in them, they were destroyed... But the problem is that both Sora and this woman have depleted their energy reserves and have continued to use spiritual energy to fight…"

Kevin nodded, since this wasn't the first ti he'd encountered this kind of problem and he had already suspected that Sora's energy reserve had been blocked after seeing her cough up blood twice in a row.

Her regeneration ability must have stopped at the sa ti as her reserve of energy was blocked, which could have been very dangerous if Willow hadn't been with them.

But thanks to his Stage 2 and Axel's powers, he could see that Sora's energy reserve was full again and that her energy was circulating normally in her body, so he said to Willow, smiling at her: "I see that you've already took care of everything and that Sora's life isn't in danger, even though she's now unconscious... She probably just needs to rest, after all yesterday's battle had already been fierce and she'd already drawn quite heavily on her energy reserves back then."

Willow nodded and said to him: "Sora will be fine soon but I can't help this woman and she is dying… There is sothing in her bloodstream that prevent from being able to unlocked her energy reserve and so her regeneration ability is still blocked."

Lena then said to Kevin: "My power is useless too… Please save her… I don't want to lose her this way, not now that we finally found our mother."

Kevin didn't want to make a promise that he couldn't hold but as his perception points were really high right now, he could see what was the 'sothing' in her bloodstream and Kevin then said to them: "The thing inside her bloodstream is an ore that can prevent the Mages and Fighters from using their energy… It is the sa ore that had damaged Connor and Axel's grandpa body to the point that they still can't use all of their powers."

After hearing this, and even though the man never heard of such an ore before, he asked Kevin since he could feel that this man was his last hope: "Can you help my wife, please… She's already sacrificed so much, she begged to run away with our baby girls and let raised them… She can't die now that our girls have returned, I would do everything but please, save her…"

Lena was shocked speechless, so this man was not their uncle like he had always pretended to be but he was their father…

Kevin then said to him, while conjuring up a Divine grade healing potion that he gave to Sora and Lena's mother: "Do not worry, my dad taught how to deal with this ore… But the ti your wife will take to recover would depend on the ti this Corium was in her bloodstream."

Peter who was Sora and Lena's father nodded and he said to Kevin after his explanation: "Then it shouldn't take her too long, I saw this ore going into her body with my own eyes when she was pierced by the sword of one of the Demons.

We were captured five days ago, and since they didn't get want they wanted in exchange for our freedom, they chose to kill us in front of all these evil beings.

It's been hours since our first fight and although we were both injured, we have a lot of experience and when we started fighting our energy reserves were both full.

But since this God kept sending us more and more opponents, Maya pushed to protect and she was pierced by a sword.

I saw her veins getting black but then it disappeared and I forgot about it since I was more worried about the blood she was losing because of her injury.

We used to do that all the ti because I can use the light elent to heal us, and so Maya always said that I'm the one who has to stand until the end of the fight to be able to deal with our injuries.

But after I killed this wave of opponents, sothing was wrong with her injury… Although the wound was healed by the light elent, Maya kept getting paler and paler, and just like Sora she started coughing up blood before finally collasping on the ground.

You really ca just in ti… I wouldn't have been able to fight them again for a long ti."

Kevin then told him: "Then if it's really like that, rest assured that she would be fine."

Lena then asked him, after listening to him and being reassured by Kevin's words about her mother's health: "If you really are our father.... Why did you pretend to be our uncle, I don't understand?"

Peter then stroked her cheek and said: "Sweetheart, as cruel as it may seem to you, even before I left for this unknown world, I had already planned to co back for your mother... But since I had made her a promise that I would raise you and keep you safe whatever the cost, I chose to pretend to be your uncle because it's always easier to say goodbye to an uncle instead of a father."
