576 We've already lost this battle
Ulyss and Roman couldn't believe their eyes, how was this kid able to summon so many creatures at once…
In a few minutes, the advantage they had managed to gain over Elias and his n was completely gone, and they were now even at a disadvantage again because of all those summoned creatures which were all of a level more or less equivalent to the Legendary creatures that they were using as cannon fodder.
At least it was an important piece of information they hadn't managed to gather before, and there was another piece of information that they hadn't been able to test before and that was about their respective powers.
Ulyss and Roman just realized than that their powers, even boosted to their maximum capacity, still weren't enough to get the upper hand on Elias and his Husband.
Their black flas couldn't pierce their skin, and the only damage they could do was to cause simple burns that disappeared as quickly as they had appeared.
They, on the other hand, had felt several tis the golden particles of this Mage penetrate inside their body, but fortunately, thanks to the protection of Lilith all the golden particles which managed to infiltrate their body were imdiately destroyed by the black particles that were protecting their ridian.
If this Mage or Elias wanted to kill them using golden particles, they would need to use a lot more than that to succeed in doing so.
But the conclusion was still very clear for them, with their current power not only were they not powerful enough to get rid of them, but soon they would run out of black pills and then, at that mont, their life would even be in danger.
Roman then told Ulyss via their telepathic link, 'This is my last batch of black pills, after this I will have to withdraw, and you better co with .'
Roman then added, 'So of the Demons from Lilith's personal guard have already returned to her personal dinsion, and 2 have been killed by these Warrior Spirits.
As it is, we can't even help our soldiers because those two are already too strong for us, and we have to mobilize all our power to fight against them... Brother, we've already lost this battle, let's limit the damage and at least save the Knights of Darkness, the Demons and Drakonits can go back on their own, if they get killed it will be their fault, not ours.'
Ulyss then said to him, while parrying a powerful sword strike from Elias, 'We both have 10 minutes left to fight, send a general ssage to everyone, tell them that in 9 minutes, transdinsional portals to get back to Lilith's personal dinsion will open in all 4 corners of the battlefield, tell them that this will be their only chance to get out alive of this battle and that these portals will only stay open for 30 seconds.'
Roman hadn't thought that Ulyss would try to save the lives of these Legendary creatures, but he was the one in charge so he sent everyone Ulyss's ssage as he continued to fight the only beings besides Lilith herself who could resist them when they used the combined power of two black pills.
Miguel then sensed that Roman was distracted so he used more power in his sword strike to throw him off balance.
It worked and Roman was so surprised by the change in power that Miguel used to attack him, that he couldn't avoid the blade made of golden particle that Miguel instantly created and plunged right into his energy reserve.
Luckily for Roman, Ulyss pushed him away in ti and the dagger only pierced his chest which was still very painful, especially as he imdiately felt the golden particles spreading through his body.
And as he spat out completely black blood, under Miguel's cold gaze, his body regenerated in less than 30 seconds, his black particles taking longer than usual to devour the golden particles which were taking advantage of this ti to eat him up from the inside.
But in the end, this amount of golden particles was still far from enough to kill him and once the golden particles were removed from his body, his regeneration ability healed him almost instantly.
And while he was healing, Ulyss had protected them both with the most powerful black flas he was able to summon, preventing Elias and Miguel from getting too close to them, because even Miguel's skin, which was the more resistant of the two of them, could not withstand such power and his spells using the Divine Angelic elent could not pass through his black flas either.
Elias had wanted to combine his powers with Miguel's to destroy the barrage of these black flas, but Miguel told him that it was better to let them believe that the power Ulyss was using now was effective against them, because then it would be easier to get rid of them next ti if Ulyss and Roman didn't suspect that this power was not enough to stop them if they wanted to.
Ulyss before removing his black fla shield around them told Roman still using their telepathic link, 'I had to used more than half of my power to be able to protect us, send another ssage and tell everyone that the transdinsional portals will open in 3 minutes.'
Roman then told him, 'I'm sorry, he caught off guard, it won't happen again… And I too had used more than half of my power to counter these golden particles, by the way, without you I would be dead so let's train harder when we get back to Lilith's personal dinsion.'
Roman then sent Ulyss's ssage to everyone, and Ulyss then looked at him, telling him, still via their link, 'Two minutes, Roman, and we leave as soon as the power of the black pills wear off, got it?'
Roman just nodded and Ulyss removed his shield of black particles, dashing straight at Elias.
