"It feels calm."

Aaron smiled warmly as he leaned his head on the car’s windows, looking out at the Snombi’s beauty that managed to entrance him every ti he went out.

His hands rested on the steering wheel, tapping it along the beats of Solaris’s popular songs.

"Indeed." Claire smiled back at him, sitting relaxed onto the passenger seat and leaning backwards lazily.

She had offered to drop him to his college for the exams, and Aaron agreed instantly, taking the keys to drive.

*Honk Honk*

The loud horns from the cars behind him pulled Aaron out of his trance, coughing as he shifted the gear and began driving out of the signal.

Claire giggled playfully, "When should I pick you up?" she asked, as it was her plan to take the steering after dropping him, heading to the eting with her team.

Aaron humd, "I don’t think there’s a need to. Nancy said she can drop ."

Her smile soured at the na, harrumphing but not adding any more inputs from her side.

When he ca out with honesty, he didn’t hesitate to tell her about Nancy and Eva as well.

There was no point in leaking so details and withholding so, it would only cause more complications down the line.

As obvious, Claire’s possessiveness didn’t let her enjoy those secrets, but she had already told him of her view.

Permission was already given, and she had no intentions of taking it back.

Especially after the latest revelations of his... growth.

She still couldn’t believe that soone was able to break through the heavenly restriction at a re level 10. And that too a man! A human male!

If it was from a higher, stronger race, she would’ve understood.

Knowing that they had paid their price for such strength. May it be their intelligence, their reproductive capabilities, or any other thing.

But for Aaron, he managed to do it... so easily. It was more than just abnormal.

Claire knew she wouldn’t forgive herself if she let her mind get in between such a... mystery.

"I see. Have fun~" she smiled back, but her smile only made Aaron’s spine tingle, giving him goosebumps.

But he managed to swat them off, chuckling at her adorable jealousy.

Amidst the talks, they didn’t even realize as the car pulled up on the gate of his college, Aaron’s eyes falling back on the guard that was smoking a blunt, just like before.

"Oh, back for the exam? I guess your excuse worked?" the middle-aged lady laughed boisterously, "Good, good. Who knew Mrs. Clint is weak to pretty boys? That’s so interesting news."

Aaron’s eyelids twitched at her words, "Other 4 were allowed to give exams as well," he defended but the guard didn’t care about his defense as she had already imagined many different scenarios in her head.

And those scenarios sounded much more ’interesting’ to her.

Thus, Aaron could only give up and drive into the university while telling her to keep the gate open.

He pulled up in front of his school of music, giving a quick kiss to Claire, "See you later."

Claire held his hair from backwards, pulling him into a deeper kiss as she whispered, "Best of luck."

Gulping from the blood rush, Aaron quickly bid her farewell and slung his bag over his shoulder, walking into the building, which no longer appeared so empty.

Countless other students loitered around, so chatting with their friends, forming huge circles where notes were shared and revisions were done.

The cultural differences were already obvious as the mont Aaron got off the car, many feminine eyes fell upon him, checking him out with a poorly cooked excuse.

So pretended to look behind him but their eyes were focused on him, so had more brain and simply glanced from side-eyes.

And he wasn’t the only one ’suffering’ from it, as most of the guys, at least who looked presentable, were going through a similar experience.

Of course, none of them enjoyed it as much as Aaron.

It is always a good confidence booster when you’re popular.

Aaron walked with a asured gait, barely placing his foot into the building before feeling a hand pulling him towards herself.

Nancy appeared between the crowd, her platinum hair shimring and highlighting her compared to the rest easily, "You’re late." she comnted.

Aaron checked the ti on his watch, scoffing, "I am 10 minutes early."

"Should’ve co at least half an hour early," Nancy retorted with a cheeky grin, pulling him deeper through the crowd.

She beelined towards a smaller, more sophisticated circle of youngsters, all of them were dressed impeccably and had a certain air of presence around them.

With his superior connection mana and magic, Aaron was easily able to estimate their strength, and none of them gave him any feeling of danger.

But he didn’t plan to underestimate them, as he understood quite well that money and connections were also a form of strength.

Kings don’t always need to lead the war from the front, so are talented enough that they could sit on their throne and let their underlings do the dirty work.

All the eyes fell upon Aaron, making him nervous for a slight mont before his current status flashed in his mind.

He wasn’t an average young man anymore, the kind that you will forget if you didn’t et constantly.

He put on a smile, standing among them calmly as he nodded in a greeting.

Since there were 2 sections, so seed to recognize Aaron while others realized he was from the A section.

Seeing Nancy’s closeness with him, no other woman tried to hit on him while a few males seed jealous of the attention he was getting, but didn’t make a big deal out of it.

All of them were above such childish plays.

Final revision was finished in a form of group discussion, as Aaron took the role of listener and ran his mana in the brain, trying to morize all the information he heard.

Ti ticked by, the bell rang and an unforgettable, sweet scent wafted into Aaron’s nose.

His attention was pulled, eyes settling on a calm, mature woman with purple hair and an ominous aura.

Mrs. Clint.
