"No need for anything. I'll just proceed to my room," I reply with a slight shrug, making my way down the hallway.
The woman remains in her spot, and I can feel her gaze piercing through as I walk towards my room.

After a short while, I reach my room. As I step inside, I notice that Verona and Marilyn are already fast asleep.
