"Alright... Holdup. Let’s talk about sothing way more important," Zack leaned in, his voice dropping conspiratorially. "Bro, did you see her? I an, seriously, did you see Dressa Morgan?"
Maximus sighed heavily, "Zack are you kidding ..."
"No no hear out," Zack grinned, "That woman is an absolute smoke show. That plump ass, that perfectly toned body, those legs in that track suit? Damn man! You can’t tell you weren’t looking!"
Maximus leaned back against the leather seat, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Zack you do realize that she has the capability of murdering you, right? That whole interaction was her actively holding back her rage, not flirting."
"Hey so won like to hate on you first before they fall for you," Zack wiggled his eyebrows, clearly enjoying himself.
"Tch! She’s visually appealing... But she’s no match for the caral angel I t yesterday... " Maximus said, eyeing Zack with a cunny look.
"Max man!" Zack bursted out laughing and proceeding to shake Maximus hand.
"Who is she..." He followed up with intrigue in his eyes.
"Have you heard of the na Sawyer before?" Maximus said gently.
Zack raised an eyebrow up, staring deeply into Maximus’s eyes.
"Sawyer? Yes... Literally the richest family in all of Central City, they’re like a huge conglorate!" Zack ranted.
"All though their matriarch is old, they have an heir, she’s young..." Zack’s eyes shine with realization as his words hung dry in his throat.
"No Way!" His eyes wide with surprise.
Maximus nodded once.
"That’s not true Max, you’re lying..."
Maximus didn’t say anything but replied with an upside down smile.
"Valerie Sawyer!?"
Bam!
Zack slamd his hands against the table top, accidentally spilling both his and Maximus’s drink as he stood up.
"The Valerie Sawyer? The heiress to the Sawyer Group? You got with her?"
"Yes sir... But, before you assu dumb stuff... I should fill you in..." Maximus said leaning in.

"So you like and admire her but you want her to choose you for you and not because she has to find a husband so she doesn’t have to marry her stepbrother?"
Maximus nodded, "Basically... It’s complicated but I don’t want to expect anything. Whatever happens— happens."
Maximus had spent the last 15-20 minutes elaborating the happens of the previous in detail to Zack.
"You know," Zack said, his voice suddenly more serious, "if you really wanted to impress soone like Valerie, it wouldn’t just be about being a ’down-to-earth’ guy."
Maximus raised an eyebrow, "Go on."
"Think about it, she’s a bourgeoisie offspring— therefore she would never be with a guy that doesn’t have sothing going for himself, it might not be at a billion dollar level as hers but sothing close... "
"You want soone like her to actually be really into you?"
Maximus shrugged. "And what? You have the secret formula to winning the hearts of rich ass won like that?"
Zack smirked. "Not a formula... Possessions."
Maximus narrowed his eyes slightly. "Possessions?"
"Yes, she has to know you’re equally as financially and economically free as she is... No one wants to get with a liability..."
"But she already knows that..."
"Can she see it?"
Maximus sighed heavily and glared at Zack with an upside down smile plastered on his lips. "I see your point..."
"You see! You are so minimalist man! Like looking at you, I swear soone could mistake you for a gardener"
Maximus shrugged his shoulders slightly, "Bitch you talk too much... Drop what you have in mind."
"A car... "
"A car?"
"Yes a car..."
"Excuse , what the fuck is a car gonna do. I already have a power bike and a mansion, is that not enough for her to SEE..."
"Not just any car," Zack grinned, tapping the table. "Sothing that actually stands toe to toe with hers. You saw what she drove, right?"
Maximus nodded, "I did but I can’t rember the na..." He pulled out his phone and googled her quickly and in a few seconds he looked up at Zack.
"260,000 dollars is crazy money for a vehicle..." Maximus said with a frown.
"You see minimalist to the core! It’s not like you don’t have the money!" Zack teased.
"Yeah but that’s gonna take a huge chunk from my balance and a car is really just a liability if you think about it... "
"But I do get your point, although you didn’t explain it properly... I do have to socially rise to her level, for her to notice well..."
Zack’s eyes lit up like a light bulb, "oh, now we’re talking. You, my friend, need sothing fast, aggressive and just rare enough that it actually turns heads."
Maximus tilted his head, "like?"
Zack leaned forward. "McLaren X1. Terraria LA Ferrari. Koenigg Jesko. Hell, even a Bittagi Chiron would do the trick. Anything that says, ’I belong on among the elites...’"
Maximus humd in thought. "And where exactly do you expect to find one of those?"
Zack grinned devilishly, "Lucky for you, I know a guy."
Maximus gave him a skeptical look in return. "Of course you do, you always do... That’s one thing I like about you..."
"Co on n, let’s go car shopping!" Zack laughed.
Maximus chuckled, shaking his head as he leaned back. "Fine. But if I’m gonna drop a lot of millions, you better be right about this."
Zack smirked. "Trust , you get a car like that? Valerie won’t just rember you, she’ll wanna propose to you and probably race you... Haha!"
And for so reason, that thought intrigued Maximus far more than it should have.
Maximus followed Zack out of the club, still amused by his friend’s antics.
The late afternoon sun bathed the city in a golden glow, casting long shadows across the pavent as the approached Zack’s car.
"Alright man," Zack said, rubbing his hands together. "We’re about to find you the ride of your dreams."
Maximus scoffed, swinging his leg over this bike and pulling on his helt. "I don’t dream about cars, Zack."
Zack dramatically grabbed his chest like soone going through a heart attack. "Blasphemy! What kind of man doesn’t dream about cars?!"
Maximus chuckled, revving his engine. "One who prefers bikes."
Zack rolled his eyes but grinned. "Fine, but trust . Once you see what we’re working with your gonna be drooling."
Maximus didn’t respond but shook his head, and followed Zack as they sped off toward the dealership.
