Chapter 75: Alex entered the battlefield

The black warrior planted his feet firmly, sword was raised, aura flaring to its absolute limit. Godzilla’s massive chest rose and fell, each breath sending shockwaves across the battlefield, tearing apart the already shattered ground. The creature’s eyes glowed like molten tal, and its scales seed to ripple with the promise of destruction.

He charged. His movents were faster than the eye could track, spinning through the air, striking at every vulnerable seam in Godzilla’s armor. He slashed, thrust, and spun in perfect rhythm, each motion a calculated strike of lethal precision.

Yet the monster did not flinch. Every strike of his sword bounced off the scales with dull, resonant clangs, sending jolts of energy through his arms. He could not even leave a scratch.

Godzilla’s tail swept outward. The black warrior leapt high, twisting midair, and landed several ters away as the impact cracked the ground where he had been standing. He rolled to his feet and swung again, faster and sharper, using all his strength. The blade collided with a dorsal plate, sparks showered, but the scales held firm. Every ounce of his skill and power was rendered almost useless.

The creature growled, a sound that vibrated in every living being on the battlefield. It stepped forward, and with one motion its claw struck the ground near the warrior, the shockwave sending him tumbling. He rolled, tried to regain his footing, but every step was t with tremors and unstable earth. He cursed under his breath. Nothing in all his battles had ever tested him like this. He was strong, fast, precise, and yet powerless against sheer scale and strength.

He attempted a single, massive strike, pouring his entire energy into it. Sword flashing like black lightning, he aid for the chest, where the scales appeared thinner. The blade connected. Sparks erupted. The vibration slamd up his arms. Yet the scales remained intact. Not even a scratch. The black warrior staggered back, panting. His muscles scread, his aura flickered, and blood ran down his hands from minor cuts sustained in the effort.

Godzilla tilted its massive head, observing him. Every movent was deliberate, calculated. It stepped forward, each stomp crushing grounds and creating craters. The black warrior leapt again, swinging at the sa dorsal plate, and the blade bounced off uselessly. He gritted his teeth. This was a fight he could not win with skill alone.

The vampire prince looked at the woman.

"He cannot fight that monster anymore. Go and bring him back, even if you have to make him unconscious!"

The woman beside him reacted instantly. She began weaving spatial sigils in the air, a tear in reality opening behind the black warrior. She reached for him. "We must go now!" she shouted.

The black warrior sensed her presence, but he directly refused her. He wanted to kill this monstrosity even though he didn’t stand a chance or else, or else...

But suddenly an invisible force sealed the entire battlefield.

The ground trembled violently. Ti itself seed to falter. Even Godzilla froze mid-step, its massive claw suspended above the fractured earth. The air thickened, pressing against lungs like solid stone. Spatial currents twisted and folded, forming invisible chains that locked every inch of the battlefield.

The vampire woman gasped. The teleportation sigils in her hands flickered and died.

"Impossible... the entire battlefield is sealed. There is no escape."

The black warrior narrowed his eyes, struggling under the cataclysmic pressure.

Then the world looked up.

The dying human race. The Martial Emperors. The Saints. Every martial artist scattered across the shattered land. Civilians in bunkers across the Central Continent. The Dragon race. The Vampire race. The Phoenix race. The Werewolf race.

All eyes turned to the sky.

A young man stood suspended in the air, hands clasped behind his back as if he were rely observing a minor disturbance.

His long silver hair drifted gently in the wind.

His sapphire blue eyes regarded the battlefield with calm detachnt.

Elizabeth saw him.

Her hands flew to her mouth. Tears spilled down her face without restraint.

"Absolute Zero," the young man said softly.

The word fell like a decree.

In an instant, hundreds of thousands of lower-level monsters froze solid. Ice spread across the battlefield in a violent surge, swallowing flesh and bone alike. What had been a tide of nightmares beca an endless field of frozen statues.

An ice age descended with a single sentence.

Even Godzilla began to crystallize, frost crawling over its scales.

The young man stepped forward and vanished.

He reappeared before the mountain-sized beast and gently swept his leg outward.

Boom.

Godzilla’s colossal body was sent flying like a ragdoll, carving a trench across the battlefield before crashing into the distance.

The young man descended calmly before Elizabeth.

"I am not late, am I, Mom?" he asked, genuine concern in his voice.

Before she could answer, Godzilla rose again with a furious roar. Blue light gathered in its throat as it began charging the annihilation ray.

"Mom, please give

a mont. I will be back."

He vanished once more.

He appeared beside the black warrior and the frozen vampire woman.

The space around them remained locked under his authority. Absolute nullity suppressed the vampire’s talent. Teleportation was no longer possible for her. She had already lost the ability to bend space.

Alex stood beside the black warrior.

"Dad, we need to talk after this fight," he said softly before stepping forward.

The black warrior fell to his knees.

He could not speak.

For two years he had endured torture and humiliations for the sake of his son. And now that sa son stood before him, saving his life.

Should he feel pride?

Or guilt?

Tears stread down his face regardless.

"Dragon Transformation.
